Hello Sir, I have bought sony xperia z from seller "rajarshi96" via ebay.in through paisapayid [protected]. I have order the item on 08/08/2014 and recieved the item on 13/08/2014. Seller has mentioned phone is brand new but no warranty as it is imported but can be repaired anywhere in India.Within a month o[censored]sage, phone battery becomes sudden dead and phone is not switching on. I thought it is a battery issue due to software update as I check the info in online. I went to local sony service center, they said they will not service imported phones. Then I searched for local service center which can service my phone. One of local service center person examine the phone in front of me and said phone is not new and it has been tampered. After knowing this I reported this to ebay india customer care and the seller on 12/10/2014. Ebay india customer care denied responsibility as it is more than a month after I bought the item and ask me to contact seller. On 13/10/ 2014, I had conversation with The seller and ask me a day time to respond. But seller never responded on 14/10/2014 and does not even recieved my calls. Finally he sent a mail on 15/10/2014 saying it is now more than 2 months after the item was sold and denied to refund or replace as item does not have any warranty. Now I lost money and no repair also possible.

    Hi, I purchased Apple MD760HN/B MacBook Air (Ci5/ 4GB/ 128GB Flash/ Mac OS X Mavericks)(SIlver) [protected] in Rs.58558.0 . I paid it via SBI card emi. On the parcel that a courier boy brought, cash on delivery option was written though I had already paid via EMI. Now the courier is returned back to ARAMAX courier company. The seller ithub says its ebay's problem ..ebay says its ithub's problem...ARAMAX says it's not there problem and no one is delivering my macbook air. I want my item and not the refund. I contacted the ITHUB Guy via Tel - [protected] ARAMEX Courier and EBAY As well Worst shopping experiance on EBAY Thanks, Anurag

      I have Purchased an 2TB Seagate Hard Disk Drive from Ebay on 17/09/2014 On 25/09/2014 I have Receive the item and on 26/09/2014 Seller called me about the Feedback Before I update the Feedback I have Checked the warranty status on Seagate website and it showed warranty will Expair on 21-June-2016 since I have Purchased on 17-Sep-2014 I have called seagate to update the warrant status Seagate said that your hard drive with serial number NA76MDFN is shipped from US and this Drive will not get support in INDIA. I have Called the seller and informed the same Email to Seller : Dear lowestprice2014, Hi Seller, I have Received the Following Email from Seagate Support when I have Called them to Check the warranty Status 2TB Seagate Backup Plus Slim External portable Hard Disk Drive that I have Received Yesterday.           I had ordered a phone at Ebay.in and after ordering i feel i have ordered wrong item, I contacted back to customer care and Seller to cancel the order or change the order but they were helpless ...i have Question in india if rest all shopping portal providing the support like you can always cancel or change your order if it is not shipped ..then why ebay not following the same ..? why not you are helpful for consumer ..?

            they have given the piece which is not working and i have raised for the money back with claim id 687680 . Now thay are saying that the money cannot be refuded nor the piece cannot be refunded and thay are advertising that they provide 100 % Ebay Gaurantee Money return This is totally against the consumer rights and that s why online shopping sites are very careless in india . Can you please take the action and make sure that i get the amount for the claim which i have spent 17k for the mobile . Also the Ebay site should be sued for advertising wrong / improper ads

                I tried purchasing laptop on oct 12 and made payment of 27108.90 rupees. But during transaction process some error came . Order was not confirmed but money got deducted. I got msg from SBI which says "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX0381 for a purchase worth Rs27108 on POS [protected] at Ebay_BD txn#[protected]." I called ebay and they said money will be refunded. I got no refund . Please raise my complaint.Thanks

                  this is to bring to your kind attention that my claim id- 672305 on www.ebay.in for a blackberry pearl flip phone bought via PaisaPay ID [protected], has been forcefully closed and no proper investigation was done. The claim has been wrongfully closed against me and i was not even given a chance to talk to anyone. The seller failed to ship the item as per the timeline and i raised a claim for refund. The seller however shipped the item later and despite all efforts failed to escalate the issue with courier company and arrange for the hold for the delivery of the item. The item was deliver to my room, which was received by someone for me in my absence. i agreed to ship the item back to the seller so that a refund could be made but they closed the claim and am left with no option than to forcefully keep the item.the item was supposed to be delivered on 24th September but was delivered on 6th October. It was no my fault and should have been returned but was not. Despite all efforts the company has not responded and have failed to resolve the issue. Please help.

But, it suddenly stopped working on 01st Oct, 2014. I continuously interact with ebay team via toll free no. and mails after that, but still no resolution of my prob. Now, I even cant repair it from outside, as if once its get open, it will be out of warranty. ebay is saying to contact to seller from which I bought this laptop, but on ebay website there is no contact no. of such seller.                                 HI, I have ordered "Baby Bed with Play Gym - Delivery only in Bangalore - Gift for New Born[protected]" from ebay.in(PaisaPay ID [protected]) on 25th September 2014. I have not received the item before the stipulated date 04th October 2014. I have raised a request for refund on 05th October, 2014. The following is the message I received "You have requested for a refund on 05-Oct-14 since you did not receive the item by the deadline of on 05-Oct-14. Your refund will be processed within 5 days from the date of initiation." On 10th October, there was an update saying "Your refund request has been put on hold by PaisaPay on 10-Oct-14 as the seller has appealed against this refund. PaisaPay is currently verifying the proof provided by the seller. Please contact eBay Customer Support for further clarifications, if required." When contacted ebay regarding the same, I got an answer from "Ketan Thale"(The so-called customer care support guy) stating that the Seller has provided a new Courier tracking number, so the Refund Request has been put on hold. As per the ebay guarantee as I have not received the item on or before 04th October, 2014 I am entitled for a refund.

                                  I’d ordered a xolo play 8x 1200 from ebay which was received by me few days back. But my concerned is instead of black device, I have received a RED one. at the time of booking black device was shown to me with no further option to select the device color. I have not even switched ‘on‘ the device yet, and all its accessories are still intact as it is in factory conditions. I have provided no information about that by ebay at the time of booking. The device is looking sort of pink. Its not even a proper red colored. I have opened the box as ebay told me to send the device snaps for proof that i have received the wrong product.(Have not switched ‘on’ the device yet) And now they are not helping me saying that I have Brocken the seal. i have claimed to ebay about either replace my device to black colored one or refund the amount. my ebay claim id is "668919". but they are denying on all the options. PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS

Then i called EBay customer support and they were start saying we are helpless and you need to check with Seller (Gunman) but he never responded my call or mails. I can see in EBay site if you are not satisfied with the product there will be Refund but nothing is happening there is no response. Yesterday after i gave negative feedback on seller. Gunman called me and said that we will refund you if you are not happy. Please send us mail. I did the same after that again he is not picking my call. This very bad.                                     Hello sir/ma'am My name is Vishal Patel. I have a complaint regarding Refund from eBay. I had bought two shoes from eBay.in and one of them is defective and other is not in size. So I had raise claim for replacement but they have no stock for these item so I had told them to give refund. According to their policy, refund process take 15 days still I had wait for 1 month but there is no response from eBay. Now its all most more than 3 months but still I didn't received any Demand Draft. I had call many times they told me that wait sir we will deliver it As soon as possible. But now I don't think that they are doing their job perfectly this is big fraud for me. These are my claim ID Claim ID : 549226 Claim ID : 546595
