Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased HTC Desire 816 mobile of around 23000, I reshipped the same due to problem in mobile, they mailed me that i will receive refund DD within 12 to 15 days, My Claim id is 638118, It has been above 15 days and refund DD is not issued yet, I had called many time to customer care but they say that DD would be issued within 2-3 days, Then Again I called one of the representative assured me that i will be receiving the same within 2-3 days, They just be-fooling me. I am really fed up with this and i do not get satisfactory answer. Kindly help me get refund amount.       I bought an item on eBay which was faulty and when I asked for a refund, they gave me a coupon. When I used the coupon, the seller did not ship my item and I had to ask for a refund again. But this time eBay has not returned my coupon and they're not willing to refund in cash either. I had purchased the item on 9th august and today is 27th September. They've had enough time to fix this but it seems they're not interested in doing so. I'm wasting time calling them and this has become a torture for me. I want severe action against them.         I have ordered my product on 14.09.2014.Received message from e bay on 21st September 2014 that delivery expected by 27th September 2014 having way bill no.[protected] through Blue Dart Courier Service.By tracking got the information that the packet arrived in Calcutta on 25th September 2014.But the delivery has been delayed. what does it mean? When it will be delivered to my residence? Never I saw this type of negligence in courier. Expect positive response from you.           Hi Team, Myself Parikshit N. Bhavsar, since I have placed order for the Glister Tooth Paste as on 20th Sep. 2014 ([protected]) and today I have received delivery for the same. After looking at the packing prospective it was bit shocking for me the way in which the product was delivered to me. During all these transaction I have seen much ambiguity regarding product description, please check the following observation while putting this order. i) On product page the "Delivery (Shipping) will be Free" was written and when I moved for the final payment it was applied with the Delivery Changes. Due to some urgency although I have brought this product and I strongly believe that this looks to be a complete unethical practice. ii) As per the transaction process delivery suppose to be receive by 2-3 business working days after the transaction and same was mentioned as a status from your side. I have received the massage from your side on that my order was packed on 24th and shipped through DTDC (Order No. z[protected]. This looks to be delayed by 3 business working days and same I believe that your breaking the faith of customers. III) The most important things the packing which is done from your end, i believe worst ever parcel which I have received till the date through any online shopping. Today i have shown it to my friends and colleagues and everyone was laughing after looking the parcel. In future I really needs to think before putting any order to "e-bay".             Dear Sir/Ma'am, I purchased a new mobile Sony Xperia C on ebay.in. The product name given on website ebay.in is Deal Azadi: New Imported Sony Xperia C dual SIM purple[protected].I paid the whole amount (Rs. 13981) in advance through online banking. But I got the product around 10 days later. That's still okay to me. But the product which I got had a serious problem. The display of the mobile was not working. I complained both the ebay cusotmer care team as well as the seller (seller name is SARF Trading on the ebay.in). ebay told me to reship the complete item back to the seller. I did the same and reshipped the item back to the seller and the proof is attached herewith. But after that neither ebay nor the seller is responding to my communication. The seller doesn't even pickup my call. The ebay customer care takes around half an hour to pick the call but doesn't give any positive response. It has been around 1 month since I am having this problem. Everyday I need to spend more than 2 hours to know the status of the resolution but nobody is interested in my complaint. I am mentally frustrated with ebay and the seller on the ebay. I am a very busy person working at IIT Kanpur, one of the premier institute in the country. But everyday I have to spend more than 2 hours to know the status of the complaint. I will never buy any product on ebay again neither I would recommend any of my relative or friend to do shopping on ebay.               I had ordered a mobile phone nexus 4 from ebay.I receved a faulty product so i told them to arrange a reverse pick up but they said we do not provide that service so you ship it yourself.I shipped it through DTDC and now the seller is saying that he has not received any mobile in this packet.I am completely shocked at this.As they are lying about the product and not refunding my money.

              Thank you so much for the reply and at the same time I would also like to write a complaint against DTDC Courier services as this packet was sent by DTDC and nothing in the packet was received from the other side.I don;t want this to happen with anyone else, so i want to raise this issue for both as DTDC could also br responsible for stealing the mobile phone from it.Kindly please help to make them realize that this is not done.My docket no is : V18469762.Plesea help.

              I have ordered Dell inspiring laptop on 03.05.16 through eBay for Rs39990/- .Product delivered on 05.05.16 which was defective, reported to eBay and seller .As per their advise claim raised and requested refund of the amount and product reshipped to seller 11.05.16through DTDC currior .As per their advise image of the currior receipt uploaded on17.05.16 for their verification and seller also confirmed the receipt of the item to eBay under copy to me.In this regard I have contacted customer care twice they told problem will be resolved within 24 hours, so for no reply from ebay.Sent several mails, system generated acknowledgements received saying our team will contact within 24 hours, no one contacted in this regard.Again on 25.05.16 eBay sent a message as"reminder about eBay claim 1949678, we request you to pack and ship the product to the seller, and upload the images of the despatch slip-on our eBay guarantee portal within 3days or claim will be rejected".As I have already returned the item on 11.05.16 how can once again send the item? .once again on 25th I have uploaded the image of the receipt and requested for refund of the amount.So for no reply from ebay I am fed up with the way in which eBay is cheating the customers and enjoying the funds of customers.
              Kindly advise me what is the recourse left to get back the amount.

                Id no is [protected], i have booked the product on 5th September 2014 and delivery was due on 16th sept but I have not received any communication from them so I have initiated refund on 17th September 2014 but they have kept my refund on hold and not releasing it after so many calls, have requested to transfer the line to the superior but they have disconnected my call.

                  I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received item that is not working(dead) and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the product but after a 12 days not a product revieced or any call from reseller and ebay. its very shame full that a very big company not responding because their sales depend on online and they have not responding when call on customer care waiting time is 90 min. 55 min. on chat 44 min, 36 min. no on hold a call for such a long time. which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.                     Ebay.in sells items with a guarantee that there will be a refund if the items reach the customers in an unsatisfactory conditions, damaged, different from the listed specification etc. Often we get bad, damaged or items other than the ordered specification. They used to refund before - at a time they feel convenient when it can be instantly refunded as fast as they collect it from customers. This gives them an excuse to play around with customers money for week without paying them interest. This is totally unjustified. Now they have become even more greedier. They wont refund the cash but will refund a coupon to buy items from them for the full amount within a few days. With me it has become even worse. I got a coupon from them and I ordered and paid for an item which the seller informed has now changed its specification. So I had to cancel the order. Now refuse to use the coupon again. Means I lose all money. this is robbery. What action can I take against this firm?

                        Hi, I ordered a Sony power bank on ebay and seller sent me a duplicate product so asked him to replace or refund me my money and when seller told ok then i have shipped it back and raised the claim#605404, They asked me to send a scanned copy of the return so provided them the tracking number as i was not having the scanned copy of return at that moment which is [protected], But dont know what happened ebay stated it as resolved and closed my case and from that timemy 1400 INR is gone and no one from ebay is responding. I have called there number and stayed on wait for half an hour but no one responded, Flipkart is far far far better in handling such thing. I suggest every one to never buy from ebay, i have been their customer for more then 10 years and have purchased many thing.But now never gonna buy again from these cheaters.                           I purchased xony xperia L mobile phone. on 28 aug 2014. I received Defective Products Then i raised claim against seller Claim Id-627428, After two day i got a call from ebay claim department they told me reship the products to seller address, ebay india who frauded me ... you told me to return the product and we will refund the money ASAP and told me, then I had send back the Products on 30 Aug2014 through trackon courier[protected], seller refused to accept the return products again i got a call from ebay claim department they told me again reship the products to the seller address again i had send back the product to seller address through dtdc courier-Z32704308 on 15 sep 2014, again i got a call from 19/sep/2014 from ebay claim department they told me provide proof of written letter with stamp i had already submitted all proof. I was astonished and shocked to hear that. I tried repeatedly contacting eBay. All I get is everyone pointing fingers, none of them will take responsibility for my issue. So apparently I lost both my cash and mobile. I contacted the above address given by eBay. They washed away their hands in single word, "We have not received your email ." I feel like I have been scammed by, I am not satisfied with all of above and. I want my full money back along with compensation for the holding amount interset with courier charge that I had to make and time wasted on this issue..i had already recorded all call conversation received from ebay claim department tomorrow i am going to consumer court file a harassment case against ebay regarding all proofs how you cheat with me.I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this. In grief and mental stress ebay is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good. this is now move to harassment issue also

                              eBay India it has been 12 days, I made a complaint first to the Seller than to ebay guarantee and then again with the seller but till date their has been no reply. Ebay guarantee doesn't cover my matter and seller cannot refund moreover on frequent mails he doesn't even reply. I bought Sony headset from ebay, on delivery I checked they were not working fine and were not even original even the sound quality was not good at all. On the next day I made a complaint with ebay regarding the same and after 3 days my complaint was registered and after 2 days complaint was closed without any solution with a reason they tried to contact me and I was not available in spite I replied to every mail in reference to the complaint. The issue is the product sent was not original, whereas the descriptions shows it to be original SONY and no where writes it a duplicate product, whereas when i made my complaint the customer executive told me its a duplicate product so the quality will be of this level only, I was fooled with false description and confused over the usage of brand name with Duplicate product. The proof of Description has been attached in which there is use of SONY but not mentioned any where it is not original sony. More over the headsets are not even working fine and still they are not providing me the refund rather shifting Claim from seller to ebay. kindly look into the matter and get me the refund, it has been more than 12 days i have wasted my time efforts and my hard earned money saved from my expenses i get to travel for my classes for my exams.                                 This is my very bad experience with ebay. I booked one mobile on[protected] during the time of booking it was showing the delivery date [protected].but still I have not received any details about the shipment whether it is ready for delivery or where it is . When I contacted to eBay customer support even they don’t have the idea where is the shipment. And the details which is they mention on website about the seller that is also wrong the mobile number is not genuine and when I try to contact on the email id . I didn’t receive any response from the mail. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I don’t know why ebay is not taking any action against the fake seller if they are not able to do the commitment. Still I didn’t received any response from the seller as well as the eaby. Ebay is not working like professional company like flip kart and Amazon and other online e-commerce website. Let me know when you can deliver my product or should I cancel the order.

                                  I had purchased on Blackberry 4GLTE from Ebay India seller which turned out to be Fake, Locked or stolen as per Blackberry Service with MM#6 Error Despite my best efforts an immediate Guarantee Invoking Ebay Customer Executive intentionally closed it without resolution and did not process the refund. It seems a Nexus between them and denying buyers basis rights to register compliant and seek resolution. It's cheating and should be tagged as avoid.                                     I bought "Sterling Silver Ear Cuff with Rutilated Quartz[protected]" for my wife from e-bay. The item shown over the website was very nice, but item received was very degraded. My issues with the item : 1. Delivery was very delayed 2. It was not finished as shown over the site. Item is not finished and glossy as shown over the site. 3. On the site they it was written that this ear cuff has crystal, which actually is a plastic bead. I reported the same to e-bay the moment I received the item. I requested e-bay that I will courier back this item to seller as it was not as described. But e-bay denied the refund without stating any proper reason. That item looks 3-4 times more the actual price. I contacted seller but the number provided was not reachable and also, the seller is not responding over the mail. For ebay Sony and Soni is same thing. Ever yellow metal is gold.                                     It was written on ebay site that 14 days money back guarantee .. Shame on ebay for looting the customers like that .. Selling plastic beads in the name of crystals ..

                                      I've purchased Intex aqua 4X from ebay.in (paisa pay id : [protected]). The product received is inferior and has memory of 134MB only as against the specified 512MB ROM+256MB RAM. The processor speed also could not be ascertained. When contacted, ebay has refused to accept blunder and has closed the complaint unilaterally against my consent. Please intervene and arrange for immediate replacement.

                                        Bosch Wiper Blade Set Replacement Car Part for Ford Figo ...[protected] I raised my complaint and they called me from eBay. They did not give my refund as they told yet, which is time consuming. Wasting my time for this. Time is precious. Worst customer care.
