Dear Sir I purchased two perfumes using ebay.in and paid for the same Rs.318.4 using ICICI BANK Debit card.But since the perfumes were not delivered to me a refund was approved from Ebay Side.on 09/07/2014 by paisapay. Today is 23/09/140 still no money from ebay.in is reflected in my bank account.Customer support gave me some ARN no. but my bank officials are not aware of that.         Dear Team, My ebay id is sellonline1987. On 22 Sep 14, my paisapay remittance was due for Rs. 94, 000 (Approx.). But on the same day, 22 Sep 14, ebay suspended my seller account and put my payments on hold. When I called to their customer support, they told me that your account has been suspended permanently due to violation of ebay policies. But I am not aware about which violation. I am a very small and poor person. I don't have this much money to loose or left for later. If I lost this much money, I will be pushed 2 years back. I am very disappointed, stressed and helpless. I am not able to sleep. I request your team to resolve my pending money. If you don't refund my money, it means you are forcing a person to commit suicide. Please help me out.         I agree. eBay suspended me because o[censored]nknown reasons. They didn't bother to specify why they suspended me in the first place!

              Hi, I am struggling with a refund from ebay for a product i got which was in damaged condition. i was contacted and they told me that the refund was approved and the goods purchased with shipping charges plus an additional 10 percent was being refunded to me on the 3rd of sept and it will show up in 10 working days. I waited and then contacted them again since the money did not come. i called them and they told me that they will raise a ticket and in 48 hours it will be resolved. I've called them this morning and they have told me no such action was taken and the refund team has not done their job. I spoke to a supervisor named Vinod Murthy and he told me he was going to action it and it will take another seven to ten days. how long are u gonna delay this. This has been a very displeasing experience for a first time ebay buyer. Could someone please look into this on priority or this goes straight to the consumer court.                 Sir I have purchased one iberry linea l1 from ebay digittal e store.The product I received was damaged.GPS function not working, proximity sensor not working properly.I tried seller to contact over telephone and they didn't pick up.then I e-mailed the seller claiming replacement.And also I raised one claim on ebay itself.Both two parties rejected my claiming the product is under manufacturer warranty even though ebay page shows refund and replacement covered through paisa pay.then I contacted iberry for the replacement.I was advised to try resetting the phone.it didn't work.then I was advised to take the product to the nearest authorized service centre and I did so.After inspecting the phone they informed me that one of the IC is malfunctioning.then product sent back to iberry for replacement expensing 350 rs as courier charge.now they informed me they can repair only.now I want replacement or refund.

                  Hi, This is regarding my claim id: 627918 I have not yet received a coupon as email from ebay as a settlement for this claim. When I called customer care, person is asking me to read out all the mails that I have received in mail mail box till date, irrespective of whether it is from ebay or not. I told him that there are lots of personal mails that I cannot read out. Customer representative is asking me to read out all my personal mails also even when they are not from ebay. Customer representative is saying that they have sent the coupon but I have not yet received it. I am unable to reopen the claim. Request you to please look into this asap.                     Im rajil musthafa from kerala kannur, 19/9/2014 I have ordered an Intex brand mobile from ebay.in... Actually i made this purchase to gift that phone to one of my staffs.. And we planned to gift it in a meeting this sunday.. (21/9/2014) We made all preperations, but now i came to know dat they shipped my order Very late... Actually i thought i'l get it by few days... But they made around 1 week of delay for shipping... Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad service in making business... Very poor dealing... Thought of stopping such purchases through ebay.in.. IL tell my family members also..

                        I purchased a nokia lumia520 my fist order is lost in Transit (My First Paisapay id -[protected]) again i order same Prodcuts from Ebay India Online on 30/09/14. I received the order on 15/09/14 as per the given dates. The received item was in damaged condition. I informed the ebay guarantee cell on 15/09/14 through their online portal (Claim Id -650118) After that I received a verification call on 16th of September, They informed me to send the images of the damaged item on [protected]@ebay.com, then I had sent the images of damaged product. when i contacted ebay india through email, phone support, facebook post about my refund they are even not bothered to reply me & solve my issue.This is just disgusting.Ebay India is just playing with buyer's hard earned money. ill take legal action against ebay india for harassing a buyer.kindly refund my money immediately.

                          I purchased an item on ebay. The item was 'dead on arrival' - did not work at all. When I filed a claim for refund it was rejected with a message 'I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected. For more information on the non-eligibility criteria to file a claim, kindly check ...blah... blah'. Since my English is not as good as that of the sender of this message I was not about to figure out why the claim was rejected. I called the customer support number and they asked me to go to a service center. Since this information about service center was not available on ebay website I requested for details and was given a phone number in Pune. I tried calling this number but got a response 'the number does not exist'. I wrote a mail to the supplier but have not got a response yet. ebay have bluntly refused to own up responsibility saying it is a 'manufacturer's warranty'. The ebay guarantee is a sham and a hoax. I have been shopping with ebay for around 8 years but am now seriously considering shifting to Amazon, now that option is available.

                              Hi, I have faced a very bad experience from EBay India, I have purchased a mobile Flip case book for Karbonn A100 on 5th September14 and the delivery date was mentioned 13th September14.I received a message from eBay that my product has been delivered to my address.But till date I haven't received the product.When I called customer care and they said that my product has been delivered on 9september.I immediately raised a complaint and ask them to deliver my product .They assured me that your purchase is in eBay guarantee and you will definitely receive the product and if it is a courier company fault then also they will take action against them.On the very next day I again received the message that your claim has been rejected. I again called customer care and spoke to their manager and supervisor and they clearly said that your product has already been delivered that is why your claim has been rejected. Now my question is how a couriour company (Blue Dart) can deliver the product on a wrong address without any identification and verification.And according to me it is a blunder mistake and fraud by the company.Who is responsible for this.No one can purchase any Item from eBay now if they are doing such kind of mistakes and fraud. I want my product to to be delivered or return my money at the earliest or give me compensation at the earliest. Kindly do the needful.                                 I'm very unhappy with my recent experience with ebay. Bought 27 k Sony Xperia phone, turned out defective. ebay has refused to provide a refund or replacement saying that it is covered under warrany. However, Sony is also not ready to cover it as warranty is void. Had a horrible time with customer service executives, they were not able to provide any solution and I'm stuck with a defective product and money is down the drain. Had opened the resolution cases twice but they rejected it without confirming with me or providing a proper response. They rejected my claim even after I submitted the 'Dead on Arrival' declaration letter from the authorised Sony Service Centre..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

                                    I have been purchased a Nokia XL mobile from ebay for Rs: 9699 on August 2014 . When I received it, it was not meeting the specification given by ebay on their web site. After repeatedly communicating with ebay and understanding my issue is genuine, ebay asked me to ship back the product to the following address (Contact Name :Ganesh Kumar Address :390, Upper Ground Floor, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash New Delhi, India 110065 email:[protected]@outlook.in Phone: [protected]) given by ebay. Ebay had promised me that I must get my cash. But unfortunately, after receiving the item by ebay, they mailed me saying that my claim has been denied without telling any solid reason for it. I was astonished and shocked to hear that. I tried repeatedly contacting Ebay, all I get is everyone pointing fingers, none of them will take responsibility for my issue. So apparently I lost both my cash and mobile. I contacted the above address given by ebay, they washed away their hands in single word “ we have not cheated you”. I feel like I have been scammed by all, where are my rights as a consumer? Shame on you Ebay guarantee. Can anyone help me to resolve my issue either to get back my cash or replacement of mobile? If not, advise me where and whom should I approach to get justice?                                       Hello Sir/Madam, My eBay ID : kathiravan7 Buyer's ID : karnatak786 Claim ID: 646181 I am Divyanathan Kathiravan... I am small time seller who used eBay.in for selling my products. I sold a product of my Samsung Galaxy Note - II (N7100) not long ago (07/09/2014), after receiving confirmation I shipped it to buyer's address. It reached the buyer on 11/09/2014 at 5.00 pm. The buyer was happy with the product so he accepted confirmation of package receiving him safely. But what happened on the next day, the buyer called he said it had some hardware problem, touch screen problem... etc. and asked me to put Rs.3000 in his personal account and threatened to raise a fake claim against me. So I told him to do so in believing that eBay wouldn't support this kind of remorse buyers. So I further complained against him of misusing of my product and explained them how is threatening me... The buyer as said opened a fake claim against me. I was a called by eBay guarantee customer respective and was told that I have shipped faulty product (they said what the buyer threatened me... the product has touch screen problems & not working properly like that)... I clearly told about my listing that I won't do refund or take return... They never listened, never let me explain anything, just told me that the buyer would reship the product and money will be returned to him.They treated me like a third class thief or a lier, and they supporting this guy who is actually doing the real thing. Now the buyer is threatening me send some junks instead of my original product. I also mentioned this to the customer representatives but they were in full support to the buyer saying the buyer will never do that. I am sure i am not only going lose Rs.13.252 + 700 eBay tax but also my product. Buyers know exactly how the eBay Guarantee system works you can the product bought for 10 days, tear it, wear it, damage it and just raise a fake claim... then you'll have your money's back. Buyer wins sellers goes home unhappy in loss of money and original product... I am not complaining of the buyers, all the buyers will not be like this. I am also geniune buyer, knows true value of other people products & respect them. I only not happy with the eBay Guarantee system... It is like a organised crime where fake buyers meet and loot your money and your product where eBay just uses a system which is not good for sellers. I AM WARNING YOU BROTHERS OUTSIDE WHO THINKING OF SELLING YOUR COSTLY PRODUCT IN EBAY... You were not sure of getting your product return or money if the buyer is not genuine... I just lost mine & you guys don't want yours... Thank you Divyanathan

I call regarding this to their customer care number all of the whom ever attend the call ask me to wait for another 10-15 working day and that too without any assurance of refund
