    I've ordered online a Salon Express Nail Art Stamp Kit dated 01-September 2014 and I received it on 05- September 2014. And I opened the packet and saw the condition. The item was damaged. After that immediately lodge a complaint at ebay guarantee claim website(Claim ID : 640703). I've attached damaged product image to show it to the ebay. But thay keep asking me to show proof that item not as described by seller and my complaint was that item was damaged badly and unusable.
    But after that eday didn't contact me and they close the status of my claim on 12-September 2014.
    Please do the needful. I want my money back or replace this item.

      We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*. But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
      However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hrs stating the same.           Hi, I had ordered one Samsung Grand 2 on 27th July 14 from eBay India, confirmation no. [protected]. To my surprise it was delivered without the invoice & when I called up seller he was saying we have charged 3K less than market price because of this (no invoice). Now, within one month the phone conked, was not getting on at all. When I took it to Samsung Care I learned that the product is duplicate and spare part are not belongs to Samsung ( very inferior quality from local market & it is stuck with glues) and it is beyond repair now. I have lost 16, 500/- because the fraud product from eBay.             i had payed for the product in advance and recieved the wrong size of the product due to the errors in the website.
            i have contacted them several times, raised a claim. but the claim has been turned down without proper reason. i have also sent the product images to them. and they still dont accept to refund or replace.

                The amount got deducted from my icici debit card and it shows the transaction is successful. but I got a message from eBay that the transaction is unsuccessful. Rs 399 is deducted from my account. Either the amount should be refunded or i should get the item that i have purchased.

                    I have ordered a mobile through EBAY 24th of August 2014 and received it on 1st September (ITEM ID[protected] and found the item is defective right from the moment switched on. Below are the issues i face: Hangs Frequently, Restart automatically, volume too low (Cant hear a thing from other end) Plays very low(cant increase volume at all.)I have opened a guarantee claim ID 634253 with EBAy for replacement the very next day, but they have closed the claim asking me to contact the customer care and did not respond properly, i asked them why should i go behind the customer care when i trusted EBAY and bought it from them. i am verry depressed and utterly dissatisfied and now my hard earned money is gone. please help in getting my money back.

                      I bought a Seagate 2TB Hardisk through eBay (Seller: gautamco). The hardisk has the following problems 1) This was not supposed to be sold in India 2) I has USB cable missing and power socket is not of the India type 3) Only 1 year of warranty remaining (against 3 years promised by the seller) I raised a claim with eBay (Claim: 593567) and they have been going back and forth. The latest is they want a letter from Seagate saying it is a used drive. Seagate does not provide such letter as it is internal to them. Seagate Warranty site clear says this drive has only a year warranty left which means it has been in use from 2013. I provided that proof also to eBay. They still would not act on the claim and rejected it. I'm looking at a legal route for this to put a stop to this kind of cheating by eBay and their seller partners. eBay Claim: 593567

                          I am really very disappointed now I purchased xony xperia L mobile phone online from ebay.in on 26 aug 2014 for Rs. 9440/- and it was delivered on 28 aug 2014. I received Defective Products Then i raised claim against seller Claim Id-627428, After two day i got a call from ebay claim department they told me reship the products to ebay seller address, then i send back the product to the ebay seller address, yesterday i contacted logistic team they told me mr feroz khan refused the delivery, i don't Know why he refused the delivery because mr feroz khan is lying to ebay they do not want to agri to return back the products. so that they refused in delivery.ebay india who frauded me ... No Response From eBay Team. When i call customer care every time they says Guarantee Claim Team will call within 48 Hours. But Nobody Call me. i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me.i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I am not satisfied with all of above and.                             Hi i bought a product from ebay and several part has been damaged when i received via courier. I open a case to replace the product cause the product comes under ebay guaranty. ebay told to reshipped the product back by your self and we will refund the charges in thr foem of ebay coupan. i told him that i will take ebay coupan but will take cash. ebay told me that in that case you can directly contact the seller and also thet dint provide me the selle's contact information and they have closed the case. now niether Ebay is responding nor seller is responding. some days back i got a call from seller that you have to pay extra for replacing the damaged product . please help me.

                                I buyed an item from ebay with following details: Paisapay id [protected] "hydro tech hho bike fuel saver kit"[protected] I recieved the same but it was not working. So i raised replacement claim with ebay on 24/08/2014 Claim id: 620954 So i send the proof of "item not working" and also reciept of returning item back to seller "india post parcel tracking no-cu[protected]in".Seller received the item on 2/9/2014 and since then he is refusing my calls.So I called ebay customer care many times every day but They always just say that i will recieve call from claim adjuster within 24 hrs which i didn't recieved.So I again request the claim adjuster to please call me at the earliest. It has been now more than 15 days of raising claim but no response from claim adjuster and seller. I just want refund / replacement whatever possible at the earliest.                                     I know that sending emails to you is useless because your company, your vendors, your courier partners and mainly your so called customer care executives don't believe in responsibility and accountability. But just to keep the matter in written form, I'm sending this email to you. My grievance is related to following ebay guarantee claims, 571338 & 579836 It is really surprising that even after one and half month of commitment for 110% coupons, you don't have any intention to deliver the same. Each time when I call to your customer care, they need four days, twenty four hours etc. etc...just to buy time for story telling. On Friday(22.08.2014) when I talked to your so called team leader "Aadina - the name she told to me", she promised that she will resolve that matter within twenty four hours. She also requested me to talk to me directly if the matter is not resolved. I knew that she will not that anything. When I tried to talk to her yesterday (27.08.2014) for enquiry, one super executive told me that she is in different location and he is unable to connect her. When I requested to connect another team leader, he kept my call in hold for half an hour and finally I ended my call understanding his unprofessional intention. After such experience I didn't try to contact your customer care. I believe that for making money you don't need to have any legal business, you can catch money with a lot of illegal activity. Sometimes I wonder when I see banner and advertisement of your company that why are you wasting so much money on these advertisement tools. You can save this money for recruiting several so called customer care executives, team leaders and vendors for cheating customers with proud.

                                      I order a product <item no:[protected]> <PaisaPay ID: [protected]> on 28th june 2014 which was a sunglasses. I received the product and paid Rs.1049 at the time of delivery on 3rd july, 2014. I found that the product does not match the item i actually ordered. I called the customer support and raised the claim on the same day i.e. 3rd july, 2014 <Claim ID: 553773>. After that, i was asked to send the product back to seller. I sent the product back to the seller and it costed me Rs.217 <DTDC consignment no: V17430466>. After all the formalities, my claim got approved on 13th july, 2014. But i haven't received any amount till now. i have called the customer support a lot of time and they are giving me dates after date. Now, I am completely fed up with the unprofessional behaviour of the ebay. Please help me getting my money back, i.e. 1049+215= Rs.1254/-.

                                      Seller shipped the Item very late,

                                      9th October booked mobile phone on ebay,
                                      18th October ebay has initiated for refund, so i brought a mobile phone as ebay has initiated for refund.
                                      24th October i have recieved shipment from seller, ebay has cancelled the refund.

                                      now im holding two phones because of ebay wrong communication,

                                      requested a for a ebay guarantee claim id(693350) and on 20/10/14 i received a telephone call from ebay customer service that they give a coupon of 110% of the product but till now i didn&#039;t receive my any such coupon and it has been more than 10 working days, am getting a bad experience with ebay which tells me that i should never shop with ebay. And after that i contacted the customer care more than 6 times every time they say within 48hours or a week we will send it . or else the customer care will get back to you . But till now i didn&#039;t receive any
                                      coupon code and am receiving all stupid advertisements from ebay . worst experience with ebay which tells me delete the ebay account and move on to other good shopping websites.I just want either a refund

                                      with reference to the above paisa pay ID &amp;amp; product description, I made the payment. Product cost was for Rs.1079/=. But in the end, I received a wrong product, a Rs.250 worth juice maker. Made complaint to ebay and they took almost 1 month to resolve my issue. Finally agreed to refund my payment.

                                      I sent remainders 3 times, but there is no respose from ebay for paying my money back.

                                      I have complete details / communications had with ebay and true picture of customer support of ebay.

                                        I ordered one universal laptop charger from eBay on 20th Aug, as per they mentation in eBay site that this universal charger is compatible with all the laptop. But this charger is not compatible with my HP DV4 laptop that's why i did claim for cash back but they rejected my claim and they are saying that your claim is under non eligibility criteria that why we can't do cash back on your claim. What i can do with this charger if it not compatible with my laptop.
