I ordered one universal laptop charger from eBay on 20th Aug, as per they mentation in eBay site that this universal charger is compatible with all the laptop. But this charger is not compatible with my HP DV4 laptop that's why i did claim for cash back but they rejected my claim and they are saying that your claim is under non eligibility criteria that why we can't do cash back on your claim.     I purchased 2 Samsung chargers on eBay (Item number:[protected], PaisaPay ID: [protected]) on 22 June 2014, one of which was not working. I raised a claim for refund (Claim ID: 551628) on 1 July 2014. On 4 July 2014, I received a message from eBay and a call that my claim has been approved, and the amount for one charger, in the form of a coupon of 50% of the transaction value, would be refunded. It has been two months now, and I have not received the coupon. I have called them my thrice, and I am always told that I have to wait for 5-10 working days. I am fed up of calling eBay.       Hi, I have purchased Spice Stellar 360
      on 7th August, 2014 and received on 11th August, 2014. And, the Paypaisa id. is [protected] and Item
      number:[protected] seems to be defect in phone.. I raised
      request on 7th August, 2014 through ebay my claim
      id. 604826 After having lot of discussion with ebay customer
      care, they provided reversal pick up on 22nd August, 2014 by Fedex, but no one
      turned up to my place. Then, again i submitted the product in nearest
      Fedex courier on 28th Agust, 2014, it was delivered to seller destinatin on
      29th August, 2014 received by Varun. Then, I called customer care and
      discussed with ebay claim adjuster Bhupender Singh, he says the item was not
      reached to seller destination. But, I have visited Fedex courier and confirmed,
      it was delivered and showing in Fedex company website with all the details.
      Now, this Bhupender singh is playing games and not provided any details about
      my refund amount. Kindly look into this matter.

        Ebay india, worse at there end to solve customer problems, and even they don't know how to even handle their customers,

        my claim has been open from last 35 days, and still not resolved, for the same i have been calling everyday.

        Each day tired of holding and verifying myself to Ebay after a long hold, what i get is claim register will call you

        within a while, or by evening .The executives are so harsh that they speak so weird way

        as if we don't have any value . Believe me my calls are now disconnected by ebay executives if asked for an

        answer ( they would ask us to hold and disconnect ),

        24 hours !!! 24 hours !!! 24 hours !!!, i am confused now as to what does 24 hours mean now ..

        worst company to buy online,

        The claim register Mr, Ranjeet singh the busiest person, doesn't even have a courtesy to call once and let me know the status,

        Your assurance are good for nothing, and i would like to bring this issue into public notice in few days time,

        Well, with all due respect i have been trying to keep my patience at par, but you people have crossed limits by harassing your customers, ,

        your executives are even happily mentioning that if you want you can kindly go to consumer court,

        Every call i have made, i have a recording with me with the harsh replies been given by your customer care executives,

        Is this the way a widely self proclaimed best consumer experience company should behave to the customers? Why don't it simply put it on display "buy at your own risk". At least we'll be saved from trusting and wasting time on the return/ refund and any other follow up procedures. I made a big mistake, should have gone for Flip kart or Amazon which are much better in responding and taking actions.

          I paid full amount and got an item, item was not new. Ebay inspector asked me to ship the item back to seller and they will refund the amount. I shipped the item back and provided them the proof of item received with reciever's sign and seal/stamp. Ebay ppl are saying that it is not valid and cannot refund amount.
          I paid full amount for product.
          I paid reshipping charges
          I Didnt have the product.

          Ebay closed the claim with me in triple loss... THis is how they treat customer. NEver buy anything from EBAY

I have been a loyal ebay customer for quite sometime and have never had any kind of issues. I am here to report a mishap with regards to one of the items my sister bought from ebay. Now she ordered the following item:- Inline image 1 She was supposed to receive this item through DTDC courier. she received a call from DTDC guys who told her she can collect it from them.When she sent someone to collect it they did not give it to the person even though everything was clarified on the phone beforehand. She then spoke with them again and they asked her to send someone again. When the person went to collect it a second time he was told the shipment was sent back.When my sister called ebay they said according to their systems the shipment has been delivered. Now its a complete enigma where the shipment is? Nobody has any answers to this be it ebay or DTDC. This is really not acceptable Sir as she has already paid up the money and I guess it should be ebay's accountability to figure out if the shipment has reached the customer or not.On the contrary ebay and DTDC is playing a blame game and my sister is being victimized. I thought I'd bring this to your attention so that you could see things in clearer perspective and help my sister get her shipment back. After that I talk to the customer care of the Samsung mobile and it told that The piece is UAE make and Samsung India don’t give the warranty of this phone in India. So this is the biggest problem. I can’t claim the warranty of the phone in the India. Then I talked in the customer care of the Ebay. And customer care executive told that send this mobile by my own expense. This courier expense Rs. 2000 claim it by Ebay inform of Ebay Coupon and this coupon is valid within 1 month. This is biggest problem. Please see the following detail regarding the claim of Ebay.                     I have bought an item which turned out to be defective for which I initiate the refund claim. (ID: 582247) Now the interesting part starts. One eBay representative called me up and told that I will get the refund in 7-10 days and closed the claim. 2 weeks passed and no refund at all. Again called up the customer care and been told that I will get it in 48 hrs max. Same story and no refund whatsoever. I called up agin to customer care and asked for supervisor as shown in resolution chain. The customer care did not connect me to supervisor instead told that I will definitely get the refund in next 48 hrs as the case is now highest priority. But the usual show repeated and no refund happened. I called up again to customer care and asked for the supervisor. This time got connected to the supervisor and been told that "we are very sorry for the problem caused, the refund will for sure take place in next 7-10 days". What a plain lie from the supervisor too. I did n't receive any refund even after two weeks. I tried to contact via mail which didn't get any response till date. All this time I couldn't do any thing against the claim since it has been closed on fisrt day itself to clear off their pending checklist. I ask a simple question: why to lie on the name of some eBay guarantee for protecting buyer's money when eBay has no intention for doing the same. Upon checking the track suit I found out that the fabric of track suit is too thick and not as expected. So the track suit is of not use to me. I raised a claim (ID: 616436) for refund on 21/08/14 and got a response call the for the confirmation. On 23/08/14, i got a mail from ebay saying my contact number is not reachable and if i do not send a response to their mail in 48 hours otherwise my claim will be closed. I sent a response mail stating my problem and to contact me again on same number. They again sent a mail on 26/08/14 to provide an alternate number in 48 hours otherwise my claim will be closed. I sent a response with an alternate number and timing s to contact me on alternate number. Finally i received a mail today 29/08/14 saying that the alternate number was also unreachable and we are closing your claim. I was surprised to see how cleverly they avoided the claim.They should have contacted me over mail if the alternate number was unreachable instead of closing the claim directly. It seems all numbers are unreachable for ebay in case of a claim. However, we could not speak with you as the number was engage. We are awaiting for your immediate reply for exact issue with the item and the current updates and your alternate contact number and images as item not as discribe, reply us within 48 hours from reciept of this mail on [protected]@ebay.com. Failure to respond to this e-mail within 48 hours may result in closing this claim. we are awaiting for your response at the earliest. 26/08/14: As per eBay policies we have requested you to provide the alternate contact and relevant documents to us within the given timelines. On checking the records we see that you have send the same number which is again not contactable. Hence this is a reminder email, providing you with more 48 hours to revert us back with relevant documents. Failure to this may lead to denial of your claim. Awaiting for your earliest response. Thank you for shopping with eBay. 29/08/14: On {23 August 2014} we sent you a mail, requesting you to provide alternate contact number by {25 August 2014}, we have received communication from you regarding this but your number is engage the timeline stated above and even you had replied to our given reminder mail also with alternate contact number but again which is not contactable. So we are closing the claim from our end. We request you to get in touch with the seller to resolve the issue with your purchase. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

                          I buyed an item from ebay with following details:

                          "hydro tech hho bike fuel saver kit"[protected]

                          I recieved the same but it was not working. So i raised refund claim with ebay

                          Claim id: 620954

                          Now on 26/08/2014 ebay e-mailed me to send proof of "item not working" within 48 hrs .So i send the proof of "item not working" and also reciept of returning item back to seller "india post parcel tracking no-cu[protected]in" almost 20 times but then i called ebay to confirm that the proof is send to [protected]@ebay.com but customer care is denying they did't recieved any e-mail from me which i am regularly sending.They always just say that i will recieve call from claim adjuster which i didn't recieved.
                          I just want refund / replacement whatever possible at the earliest.

                                    I have Raised a complaint against PaisaPay ID : [protected], Claim ID : 604461 user ID shailkvish on 'ebay.in' against damage LED TV received (photograph attached), on 26/08/2014 ebay closed the claim saying, it is covered in one year manufacturing warranty, But manufacturer is clearly saying that any kind of physical damage is not covered in warranty. Now please tell me where to go & what to do. More details (explained) I have bought an 32” LET TV on 05th Aug & Received it on 8th Aug. same day informed the seller that I have received an faulty product, waited for 02 days, for seller response (also shared photographs, 02 times, as ebay/seller required )On 12 aug, raised a Claim ID: 604461, after regular follow up & all most after 18 days on 26th aug, they have closed the case saying : Action created: on. 26 Aug 2014 Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay by ashish2010.eg As per our telephonic conversation dated[protected] on [protected], we have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under (1 year) Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected. I was shopping @ ebay from when it was formed, but As per this experience I would say, online shopping not safe, at least on ebay.in & I would never ever suggest any body to shop on ebay as I use to do earlier.

                                      ebay cheated me since starting date of purchased mobile without IMEI they sent HTC onex . I raised a claim but they people try to escape from this issue they asked one authorized letter from htc servicing centre everyone know how they give letter for Imported cells in Indian servicing centres. Ebay time passing with buyers I spend lot of time on this issue one claim adjuster name is MAYANGAR whose created this improper situation take a serious action on ebay. This is second month running but nobody respond …ebay supports fake sellers mind it dear buyers please don’t prefer this ebay site…
                                      in any mobile invoice bill give IMEI no but in my bill there is no IMEI than why they can ask me this letter again this very very wrong thing..
