I have purchased this item from ebay.
It says :-
* Made of Durable Leather with a good feel
* Protects phone against dirt, scratches, and minor damage

I have bought this, and with in 2 weeks the outer cover has started getting torn out. Since I started using this item two weeks after the purchase, it has been already a month to see that the item has started wearing out. Purchase is not covered under ebay claim as it has past 30 days.

Seller says he might give discount for future purchases, but nothing can be done for this.

    I made an online purchase of a watch Item ID:[protected] through netbanking on 24th July. Till date the Item is not delivered. I have made an online complaint on 7th August about the non recipt of the item. A customer care executive calls up and promised to resolve this issue. However, in stead of resolving this, receive a mail and a text message claiming that the item is already delivered to me. I HAVE NOT received the item yet. My repeated request to the customer care has gone unheeded. The Seller is also not being able to help much.

        The item is purchased on 18th jun 14. Ebay is ready to replace the damage material. A return shipment is booked by the Ebay for returning of damage material two times(2nd july) but none of the times the courier person appears. Same is communicated to Ebay. Then, after 3 days a SMS is received that your guarantee claim(542201) is closed on 11th july because you did not provided any details of return shipment. After communicating with the Ebay customer care, they have reopen the case with the condition that I had to ship the material and provide the shipping details to them within 48 hours. I have provided the details and confirmed by calling in Ebay customer care on 17th july. But none of the action has been taken yet in this case neither I was communicated by Ebay regarding the materials

          HI Name is Abhijit Mali. My eBay id is abhijit_mali. Claim ID : 600052 PaisaPay ID : [protected]. I had raised claim regarding Product not as expected in eBay claim id (600052). You can find the claim details using the claim id. Following are the details of the claim : I have purchased monitor ViewSonic VX2370smh led (Serial Number - TA[protected]) from computersale.in on ebay, India on 29th July 2014. I recieved the monitor on 4th July 2014. After using it for some time I saw dead pixels at multiple places on the monitor. Seller had mentioned 3 years manufacturer warranty in the listing, so as per Ebay policy I raised a complaint regarding dead pixels on monitor (Complaint ID - CUST14H187C) with Viewsonic Customer Care. ViewSonic customer care told me 2 things : 1) Invoice sent by seller is not valid. 2) If customer purchased any view sonic product through online shopping portal, Then view sonic will not be providing service for the same. Regarding first point, I had earlier contacted the seller, the seller has sent me 3 different invoices all of which have been rejected by Viewsonic. Coming to second point, seller had described 3 years manufacturer warranty on Ebay listing but Viewsonic Customer care is saying product is not under warranty. So I am not getting the 3 years Manufacturer Warranty described by the seller in the listing. I have email from ViewSonic customer care telling me the above 2 things. I have attached a screenshot of the same in this complaint. The seller has also verified that what I am saying is correct, you can view messages between me and the seller computersale.in. We had a 3 way conference call with me, the seller, "the eBay adjuster ashish2010". In this call it was agreed that the seller would try for 3 year manufacturer warranty in few days else he will refund my money(the call audio recording from ebay.in will prove it.) BUT THE CLAIM ADJUSTER REJECTED THE CLAIM SAYING THAT PRODUCT IS UNDER 3 YEARS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY WHITOUT GOING THROUGH THE PROOFS SUPPLIED BY ME IN THE CLAIM. I HAVE ATTACHED THE SAME PROOFS AS A ATTACHEMENT IN THIS COMPLAINT. Please explain me why the claim was rejected wrongfully by giving false reason by the claim adjuster "ashish2010", when all the proofs were supplied to him and when on conference call the agreement was different? Also can you provide me a copy of conference call as it is recorded on eBay servers ? I have also raised request to eBay.in customer service the reference no is - 1-[protected].

          Issue is resolved as after lot of emails with manufacturer and escalating the issue to service head of customer care, but one thing i would like to make a note of is still that eBay adjuster ashish2010 closed my claim by specifying wrong reasons which is not expected from them. EBay adjusters should thoroughly investigate before closing claims and should not be reckless and careless as it drives the customer away from eBay. Next time I would have to think thrice before ordering from eBay because of the eBay adjuster attitude.

            I had bought two ladies Kurtis from eBay.in on 23/07/2014 and received these on 30/07/2014. I found that these Kurtis are not well fitted to me and decided to return these back. As per the eBay Guarantee mentioned in http://pages.ebay.in/ebay_guarantee_faqs.html#q12, I had raised two claims for these two items in http://eguarantee.ebay.in/eg/RaiseClaim . The following is mentioned in eBay Guarantee- I am a buyer and I have filled an Item Not As Described case and the seller agreed to refund the money. What will happen next? • You have filed an Item Not As Described claim and are looking for a refund of money. The same will be communicated to the seller and seller will be given 7 days to respond. • Seller agrees to refund the money and wants his product back before refunding the money: You will be informed to return the item and give proof of dispatch within 7 days. Once the same is done, eBay will refund the money to you and seller will pay the money to eBay. • Seller agrees to refund the money and does not want the product back: eBay will refund the money to you and recover the same from the seller. But after raising the claims, eBay support person (Renu) contacted me and asked me to contact the seller directly mentioning that there is no policy is eBay for such refund claims. This is very disappointing that she forcefully closed these claims on 08/08/2014 without taking any action on this and also without my consent. As I had bought this items from eBay and the seller has also agreed for refunding . I want these items to be returned and get my money back through ebay. If I directly send these items to seller then I will not get back the ebay charge and I have to pay the courier charge also . This kind of fraud from a renowned site like ebay is not expected.             Recently we have purchased "LUXURY Aluminiuim Side+ Tempered Glass BACK COVER for HUAWEI HOnor 4X" worth RS.939.I am facing issues after putting the back cover, the camera image is blurred, not able to take pics after putting the cover.

            I am also not able to connect charger, if I connect charger the charger gets loosend and comes out from the mobile.

              I have purchased Bosch Wiper from eBay.in . I wanted to go to Bangalore for a meeting this weekend. It's raining very heavily and I do not have proper wipers to install them. When I have ordered for an emergency I have not been satisfied. What am I supposed to do? I have paid for it and I have not received it properly. Kindly get my money back.                 I have purchased Alcatel idol x from Ebay via seller "re_blast" which was delivered on 22nd july'14. From day one handset had problems and after few days it got completely dead so i started calling ebay but never got a chance to speak to them due to absurdly high call wait time which is always more than 25-30 mins, so i raised a claim on their website for refund. They rejected my claim and didn't even call me once but they did give a miss call & dropped an email that the claim is rejected. Then i started communication with Alcatel and they asked me to go to their service center. Service center approved the product as DOA with respective approvals from their senior management issued me endorsed email print outs of the same. Then i contacted Ebay for refund as i came to know if the service center approves a product to fall under DOA category then they have to provide resolution asap but Ebay told me to directly speak to its seller "re_blast" saying that it can't help and gave me the email & phone number( which is not in use) of the seller. So i dropped them an email along with the supporting documents issued to me from alcatel service center but the seller rejected the claim saying you don't have DOA certificate but only approvals in email & one work order receipt showing the product in DOA status. I then called the service center to issue the DOA certificate then they informed me that you came after 7 days so our alcatel application can't generate that letter as its only generated if you had come before 7th day of purchase so that's why we have given you endorsed email print outs (attached) of approval from all concerned senior people which should work if they are send to the seller. So neither the service center nor the seller & ebay is helping but only playing blame games even when the item is declared as DOA by service centers and that too when not even 2 weeks have past from the date of purchase. Request you to please take immediate action. Thanks

                  I had purchased a Usb Charger Data Sync Cable For Apple Ipod Shuffle 2nd Generation on 26th June 2014 from ebay.in. Seller ID: truevalue77. I received the product on 5th July 2014 and found that it was not working. I raised a claim on ebay.in as well as contacted the seller. On contacting the seller he assured that the item will be replaced by him. He asked me to mail him the bill number and I did so on 7th July 2014. From that day till now he never picks up my phone call. I raised a claim on ebay on 20th July 2014. Claim ID: 576290. and they assured me to get back within 2 working days. I received a call from them which I wasn't able to pick up because i was in office. Later on the mailed me to call on a certain number which was not available. And after 2 days they closed my claim saying that i need to contact the seller to resolve this issue. Ebay is not responsible anymore. And the seller is yet not picking up my phone and neither replying to my mails. Please do the needful

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchase a Samsung Note 3 Mobile's Flip cover, when I checked in website they have mentioned that cost is 350 Rupees and it has S Viewer windwo. but when i got deliver that product S viewer window is not working, that is pukka local item, here we can get that same item for rupees 200. I mailed to the person who provide flip cover behalf ebay. those person told me to send back to their address and they told refund Flip cover charges along with Courier charges. I spent Rs. 80/- for courier charges to Mumbai. i sent that cousier on 3 weeks ago. but still not yet received amount. I mail to them many times, but they not responding to my mail properly. according to Ebay.in they wont refund after month. what should i do..? I have their Email Notifications, Courier Acknowledgement.

                        Dear, I place an order from ebay.com on dt.- 28.07.14 and my order no id is[protected]-[protected] and Paisapay ID [protected] and Claim ID 595108 I got the parcel / mobile on dt - 04.08.14 as per given ebay add item model no is showing Samsung note 3 N9005 but as per actual I got mobile is Samsung galaxy note 3 SM N900 (Fake Brand by Samsung) only. its a totally difference cell phone as per showing in add samsung note 3 N9005 4G LTE lot of difference showing between mansion Galaxy Note 3 N9005 or Galaxy Note 3 N900 1. - Its a fully locked phone, its showing INVALID IMEI. 2. - And not working my any 3G or 2G sim card in this handset. All pics are attached with this mail also If seller mention in add model samsung note 3 N900 i never place a order. if i want to purchase this type galaxy note 3 N900 phone its price is very different in kolkata or ebay, why i will pay Rs.18500 for this. I place an order only Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005 as per given/showing add, if its mobile not a Note 3 N9005 why seller mension in add.

                          On 20 June I was trying to buy something form ebay.in. But due to some issue I was not able to make final payment and transaction got cancelled. But my payback points deducted but till now there is no refund. I am following up with your customer care refund of my payback points and every time I am told it should be refunded in one or two more days but its 45 days now and no refund.                                 Paisa Pay ID : [protected] Transaction Date : 28.06.214 I would like to inform you that I purchased a mobile from ebay.in dated 28.06.214. It was communicated to me that your item will be shipped in 5-7 working days. After 5-6 days when item is not delivered I raised a claim with reference number 556450 that I need my money back. I used to call frequently to ebay team about my refund but always I used to get the response saying that someone from our side will call you and your money will be refunded back. Suddenly on 18th July I get an mail from ebay that your item is delivered, which I have not received yet. I communicated to ebat in written also, when i asked ebay team about refund they are saying that please contact courier service. Courier Service saying that our agent are not responding. Now i am stuck where my money is ... PLEASE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BACK I PROMISE THAT I WONT USE EBAY NEXT TIME ONWARDS Always i used to get confirmation from ebay saying that Your Item is delivered. Please find the attached screen shot here with about the delivery address and delivered address.

                                  I have ordered a USB charger 2 x AA. I received the product damaged on 16 June 2014. The paisaPay ID is [protected] .I called the shipper : Ketan Kalathiya ;B1304, Krishna Residency, Karada Road Katargam Surat-39004 several times each time they committed the replacement is on its way but it has been 40day It has been more than a month I did not received the product. There is no way to contact ebay directly or customer care support. Its Cheating.

                                    So as per their mail I should receive a coupon of Rs.385+10%. But from then I have called eBay several times but they all said the coupon was sent but I never got any coupons from eBay via post, courier, email to my personal id or eBay id. Please look into this issue. I got fed up calling them again and again and hear the same sentence that they have already sent it from their end. Thank you.

                                      Dear Sir, I sold my mobile phones on Ebay using Paisapay Last year in the month of December. After I received payment in to my Paisapay account I find that my account information is wrong ( the spelling of my name is wrong) and hence Ebay is unable to effect a bank transfer. Till this moment ( 2nd Aug 2014) I am not able to edit my profile due to some technical problem in Ebay India. My amount is lying with Ebay for the past 8 Months. I have already approached their 1. Phone Support 2. Online Chat Support 3. Email Support 4. Facebook Support Multiple times. Eachtime some one calls just to assure me that they are aware of the problem and a solution would be provided very soon but till moment nothing has been done. I only get error messages that my payment has failed due to discripancy in account details. Please advise me on next legal steps to be taken to make sure I get my money back.                                         I Hereby To Complaint Against The eBay.In Services Provided To Us. I Recently Buy "Xolo Mobile Phone Q2000L" From eBay For Rupees 9, 107, Which Was Shipped on: 15-Jul-2014, Having item No.:[protected], Buyer ID: nrawat17, Seller ID: it_india20, IMEI: [protected], AWB#: [protected], Record No: 10463 . As Soon As i received the item i Checked it out And Found That the SIM 1 Slot Is Not Working. So I Quickly Called The eBay Helpline No, There i Got a Single Reply "We Can't Do Anything Ma'am, Since The Phone Is Under Manufacturing Warranty, So You Should Call The XOLO Care Or visit The Xolo Care Office". On Hearing This On The Next Day i quickly went to the XOLO Care Office In Noida, They Just Mentioned That "Since The Phone Is Not Older Than 7 Days So We Can Just Ask For The DOA Letter" They Created The DOA Letter (DOA No:[protected], And Asked Me To Contact EBay For Any Refund Or Replacement Request. Then I Again Contacted The eBay Team For The Refund Or Replacement (Which Is Possible), But The Replied That The "Since The Phone Is Under Manufacturing Warranty, We Can't Do Any Thing, Contact XOLO Care" I Again Contacted XOLO But They Again Sent Me To The eBay, And The Cycle Is Running Continuously Till Now, So When I Got Fed Up Of all these So I decided to File A complaint Against eBay, XOLO And The Seller. Please Take A Legal Action Against The eBay About There Services.
