I had pruchased a sumsung phone online from ebay in April.The seller has sold a duplicate piece and i came to know this when Samsung service centre informed that they cannot repair the phone.The parts are assembled and then sold by your seller.The seller refuses to take my call and warns me"do what ever you feel".Hats off to the odacity of your sellers who are doing business with ebay.
Please get a call arranged and let me know how can you take this phone and refund my money.

Dear SahaC, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. As per our records seller has mentioned in the listing that the phones is imported from US/UK and Indian service centers of their manufacturers will not be providing warranty for this phone. So eBay will not able to intervene in this case.

      I have ordered for a headset that was worth Rs.510 from ebay.in...
      I have done d payment online
      They have sent me a message saying the product was delivered and confirmed successfully...
      But the product has not been delivered or confirmed

      This is what I got from ebay...

            I have purchased a 32 inch Sony Bravia 32R42 - full HD, based on the item specs in the website (attached the weblink of e-bay on date of sale). However on receipt of the TV, I note that the TV is only a normal HD TV (attached link from sony website) I requested e-bay and the seller to replace with a full HD TV as was mentioned in the item specifications. While the seller is ok to ship back the item and provide refund, (oneindia mart), he does not want to provide a replacement full HD TV. The only reason is brought the full HD TV was because of the deal price, I was not aware that there would be a mis-representation. The question I want to raise here is that how can we allow the seller to conveniently get away by providing a refund for such a major misrepresentation. The vendors need to be made accountable and should act in a responsible way by mentioning the right item specs which they mention on the e-bay website. It has been a very bad experience for me as I have taken a personal loan to buy the TV and now I am stuck with a product that I am not happy with. E-bay has not helped, in fact the representatives over call earlier told me that the seller would provide a replacement full HD TV and later they flipped their stand. Its been a very unfortunate experience for me and I wish I this forum could take this matter upward to ensure that I get a full HD TV as promised at the same price. We as customers place a lot of faith on online forums and pay cash upfront, however its sad when we are taken for a ride by unscrupulous vendors.                 I purchased 2 items from Ebay.in. Since the goods supplied were not as per specifications it was returned and the refund was received with my bankers within 5 days. I sent the scanned copies of the courier AWBills on 16/07/2014 as per their advice. After that i made several phone calls to the customer care centre and each time it consumed my time of 40 minutes for each calls. Each time i am told that i will be getting my coupons in 7-10 days working days. Today it is[protected] again i contacted the customer care no. wasting about 20 minutes and the answer was repeated with the same OLD message.CAN ANY ONE BELIEVE THIS SO CALLED EBAY FOR THEIR GOOD SERVICES OF GUARANTEE?

                  I had bought blackberry z10 mobile on june 30. Since item recieved was not working I opened a claim for replacement After a lot of follow ups and bad service from ebay I got new replacd phone without charger andthe bill. Seller provided me the tracking no for charger which he had sent but didnt inform me the nMe of courier service procider. Now I can see the parcel has been reshipped to seller back and the claim status gas been closed by ebay stating I have recieved tge item. They have also stated that I have asked them to close the claim though I never got any xall from them for asking me to close the claim. I have already shared the tracking id which was shared to me by the seller. In the tracking details it is clearly mentioned that item was routed back to the seller without any delivery attempt.

                  Fraud people all around. In the name of resolving the issue you people never event looked into the issue.
                  Yes it happened to me also. They supply UN matching low-costing cheap product and raise a CLAIM Number if we buyers call and question them. Then for the next 20 days they conduct a mock investigation where they connect the buyer with their partner seller via con-call and make us lock horn with them. Then after 20 days of this torture they ebay.in in the end cooley say in the end THAT THE COMPLAINT IS CLOSED and lootify our amount paid as cost. They are thus partners in loot. and this is their modus operandi...This forum must teach it a lesson. I lost Both Rs.1500/- and the fight for justice...

                        I had ordered for a pair of Slippers online which was delivered to me on 26th july, 2014. Following are the details Claim ID: 584102 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] The item when i received it was broken and i intimated the same to the vendor and ebay within 5 minutes of receiving the item. It has been almost a month now and I havent received any response from the vendor regarding the same. The vendor's phone is not reachable at all times. I had also written a strong mail to them regarding the same, and they said they'll revert back, but nothing was done. Today, when i called them to ask for the status, they said my claim had been closed because i was supposed to provide pictures of the broken item which i did not. This is just unfair to the customers and they are cheating us, both ebay and the vendor.

                          Sir, I booked a Laptop Model NEW DELL INSPIRON 3537 4th GEN i3 4GB RAM 500GB HDD WIN 8.1 1GB INTEL GRAPHICS on 13 Aug 14 vide item id[protected] and order id[protected]-[protected]. I got the message that the item will be delivered on 17 Aug 14 but till date the item is not delivered and your supplier is telling that stock is not available and take other model. On your e bay site your showing still 08 in stock. If you do not have stock than why you are allowing people to book such item. So poor servise and making fool of public.

                                I purchased Philips HR1363 Hand Blender(/white &amp; Blue) Item No[protected] from ssnd_store (ebay seller). PaisaPay ID [protected] Seller Shipped faulty / refurbished product which is not operative at all. Submitted claim under eBay Guarantee* claim - 601047 Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay Ashish 2010 Remarks : I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under 1 year Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected.                                   Earlier, I raised a claim (Claim ID : 580920) for a product purchased via ebay. This was closed stating that product is same as ordered and I have to contact seller directly for refund/replacement. As said, I have contacted the seller directly and after discussion I have sent the product to seller. Seller also confirmed that the product is received. Now, seller wants me to initiate refund via ebay. Ebay people are not initiating refund despite of seller receiving product.
                                  eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Contacted eBay many times. To escape at that time they will say, "concerned dept. will contact in 24hrs". But no one responds even after a week.

                                      i have purchased HCL ME tablet having model no: Me Connect 3G 2.0 version from eBay india private limited on 31 july 2014with Airway bill number: [protected], Paisa Pay ID [protected], i have received the courier from Blue dart courier on 6 august 2014 with supplier record no: 7808, when i have opened the parcle i found that the item is different from that i had ordered. i received HCL ME tablet having model no: connect V3, serial no: 1013YCCNV3DIT31402, IMEI NO: [protected], while i have received the bill written HCL me tablet 2G 3G Version 2.0 voice calling GSM sim slot wifi V2/V3. I raised the claim to eBay with Claim id: 597991 & demand for replacement with the item that we have ordered or refund our payment . Today i have got e-mail & sms that your claim is rejected, when i asked them by calling on consumer support no they replay us that supplier had rejected the claim please call supplier .when i call supplier that is S Sakti, 8 street, door no :1, Nandanam Extn, chennai- 600035, mobile no : [protected]. They also refused to return our payment . Please help us in this situation.

                                        I purchased a laptop battery with ebay guarantee. I returned the battery as the back up was no more than 90 minutes, which does not suit my purpose. The claim was opened on 05/Jul/2014. The refund was agreed by ebay on 15/Jul/2014, but has not been paid yet. Claim Id is 556376 They have 15 days (working days) period to process the DD. This period has passed and there is no action taken on follow ups using chat. They have a mechanism of escalation through phone call. But you would not be able to get through the IVR to the customer service representative, let alone go to escalations. I had not expected such laxity from ebay. I had a very good experience with other companies for occasional refund, and hence I was sure online purchasing is safe.
