On June 23, 2014 I had ordered for one Luxcine C5 projector worth 34000. The deadline they gave me for delivery was on July 1, 2014. The projector was delivered only on July 3, 2014. I was shocked to see a bunch of magazines (Water Pump and some fortnightly magazines) in the case of the projector. I honestly don't know who to blame for it. Ebay or the Seller? I have tried to contact the seller but to no avail. I have talked to Ebay represntatives but the only reply or the most uniform replies from all those chats and talks was, "Could you please hold while I checked the system for your details?" and after waiting for about 10-15 minutes, all the representatives have replied monotonously, " A case representative will get back to you within 24 hrs or 48 hrs or 72 hrs." It has now almost been a month. I am fed up of it and will be cautioning all my contacts never ever to buy from Ebay.in again. The claim ID they gave me was Claim ID: 551555 Will be real grateful to you if someone, anyone help me with this. One thing totally unexpected was the parcel came in wrapped with Shopclues.com wrappers... For a second I was confused if I had ordered it from Ebay or from Shopclues.com I do not know if they have a tie up or something like that but it is very unlikely they would be trading with each other.

    I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 549452 post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed ( Service Request Number: 1-[protected] ), I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes more than a month to process the refund

      Hii my name is kirti attri I have ordered battery, but i got it damaged now i want to return it and want cash back.

      Same problem with me and the fact is that they are not able to show their face to their customers. They all are cheaters, no one reply from there- i also sent many mails to Mr. Saurabh and many phone calls but not reply. and Mr Nathani the MD of Ebay is reacting in same way.

      No phone call, No reply, No Customer interaction after submitting claim.

        On 2nd June I had purchased a Dell Laptop Worth 40000 Rupees from ebay and applied coupon that was some monsoon promo coupon which gives me a free Nokia 206 Mobile on any purchase between 30000 to 50000

        At time of purchasing i had called 5 times to ebay customer care on[protected] and conformed about the offer
        They gives me guarantee that i will receive mobile between 1st July to 15th July
        In their terms and condition they have clearly mentioned that they will send gifts between 1st July to 15th July

        Today 30th July and i still received nothing i had called more than 20 times to [protected] to ask regarding my mobile every time they just end up call saying that "Sir i will guarantee you that you will receive your mobile within 3 days"

        now i actually i don't want their laptop and just want my 40000 refund
        everyday when i call them 15-30 minutes i have to wait for my call they pick plus explaining my problem and all that gets another 15 minutes so daily i have to waste my 30 minutes behind Ebay cheaters.

          I ordered a bag from ebay.in and it was not upto the mark in terms of quality. for the past 3 weeks m trying to contact customer care and they make me hold the line for 30 minutes and up and still do not answer the call or receive it and dont bother about the customer. I tried calling the customer call more than a hundred times and raised a claim which asked me for a proof of the item that i received.. even after i sent it from 2 email addresses, they say they didnt hear it back from me and closed the claim. claim ID 555753 How is this possible? And i tried contacting through various other means on the website itself. there is no response and from the past 11 days the seller has not tried to reply. Didnt expect this from a company like ebay. Paisa Pay ID [protected] Please for God's sake refund my money back to me.

            my oder id is[protected]. I have got my order blackberry z10 mobile and when i started using it i found that my head phone is not working so i have raised a claim. And the claim number is 558376. And ebay team said offer 500rs worth coupon for the same to buy new headphone and closed the claim but i didnt get offered too. But after days only i checked with some one headphone in mobile shop that the problem is not with head phone and the problem is with phone itself. So now i want to replace my phone. I have called many times to support team and mailed too. But still i didnt get any proper response. And i'm wondering how the new phone is having this problem and i'm doubting is it original.

                I have seen lot of fraudulent ads. for brand new mobile phones at cheaper rates. When contacted the concerned person they are asking for half the mone deposit. Most of them doing are Nigerians as we can know from their conversation. So please remove these ads. which will be useful for real users.

EBay do not even care. Even after sending a couple of mails to them through consumer complaints, no response. They are just playing around. I am really fed of this eBay.                       I bought at bagpack from ebay on 12th july 2014. Received the same on 19th july. Withing 4 days o[censored]sage the bag started losing thread as if its tearing apart.
                      Item id:[protected].

                      As i am covered under ebay 100% satisfaction or refund(Within 30 days) stated on every product. I raised a claim on ebay. Claim id : 578758. I got very upsetting response from your customer support.

                      As per your customer support team the bag has a 1 year warranty, so ebay is not responisble for the product. They want me to go and get it fixed from american tourister service centre. If this is the meaning of ebay guarantee, then why should i buy online and waste my money and time.

                      If you really think my claim is not ethical then please ignore this email i wont bother you any more.

                      We regret to inform you that your eBay guarantee claim has been closed completely as per the procedure by the claim adjuster because the product you had purchased is under 1 year Manufacturer warranty.

                      We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*. But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved.

                      So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
                      I purchased a product from ebay on 24th Nov 2014. Till date (7th Dec), I have neither recd. the product, nor my money. Its a matter of 20, 000 and everyone at ebay including the seller, customer care, claim setllers is deaf, dumb & mute.

                        Hi, I have bought an item through ebay, paying an amount of Rs. 28, 278.00 through paisapay on 19th June and the item was not delivered within the deadline. So I initiated a refund request after confirming that I have not recieved the item. The item is IFB 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Senorita Aqua SX +Sealed[protected]. When a person from the shipping company contacted later after the deadline, I asked him to return the item to the seller. This information is clearly seen in the Fedex site https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/html/oldindex.html?tracknumbers=[protected]&... My paisapay id is [protected]. I contacted ebay customer support many times regarding the pending refund and each time I heard stereotype answers and they said that we will get back to you within 48 hours. But I didn't get any call as promised. Tried escalation channels also. I got a call few days after escalation to grievance officer, from ebay customer service, and mentioned that the item was shipped to Delhi and they are investigating on that. I clearly said, from my side I didn't even receive the product and I asked the shipping company person to return back to seller.I don't know why this happened and I am not aware if the seller tried to redirect it to a different address. Later on 19th July, I raised another claim for refund through paisapay guarantee on 19th of July with ID 574814, for the same. Now seven days are over after raising the second claim, still no response from ebay other than an acknowledgement call. If I have not even received the product, why is ebay not refunding my money? Why is ebay not even contacting me to enquire the details or update any progress on this? I clearly feel ebay guarantee is of no use, and is unreliable. What do you mean by the guarantee of five days to process a claim?? I have not got help on this for about one month and still waiting for help indefinitely. Please refer the attached screenshots. My money, an amount of Rs. 28, 278.00 is withheld by ebay for last one month without any genuine reason. Please could you help on this. Thanks Deepesh

It is more than 24 days that I am waiting for a refund and still I am waiting to hear from ebay customer care about the refund. I have not received an item that I ordered last month on 19th June, within the delivery deadline of 01-July 2014. So I initiated a refund request after confirming that I have not received the item. When a person from the shipping company contacted later after the deadline, I asked him to return the item to the seller. Don't know how it got changed later and was delivered to another person who bought the item from the seller. How would the shipping company get the address of another buyer of the same seller. I think the seller might have worked with shipping company for this change in delivery. Why is ebay putting me in trouble and not refunding my money, where there is no mistake from my side.                               Ebay please help me, need help or i would be no longer in the state of my mind. I had bought a camera from ebay costing Rs.154000.00 item no.[protected] and my paisapay id is [protected] and my ebay id is "madhurmittal20". But i received a blank envelop. No product in it. I opened a ebay guarantee claim ID 556038 as on[protected]. Also sent ebay a scan copy of envelop and receipt on it showing weight 20Grams only. I called ebay on regular basis on their customer care no [protected] to get update on its status but i got same answer every day "Please wait it will take 48 hours to resolve the issue.". But on[protected] i got an email from ebay that your claim has been rejected. My position/situation at that time was like I was finding a place to die. Its not a small amount for me. i called ebay and they said claim department fails to contact you through phone so they closed the claim and now claim is closed and they can't do anything. No refund and even can't do anything. Surprisingly i got an email from seller today and he stated that he have not sent any product to me and he sent me empty envelop and done this all to show ebay and their customers that they are not safe on ebay as ebay is sending sellers live on ebay without any verification. He also stated that he is not accepting the money and want ebay to refund me the amount. I called ebay again and told them all but they said claim is closed and they can't do anything. I want my refund or ebay left me only one way that goes to hell. Very depressed and disappointed. Please sir it is my humble request to refund me my amount. I was planning to make emi for this transaction but i have not got product and i am a salaried person and if i unable to pay it, you know batter what people do in case of fail to pay their debts.                                 I make full charg to samsung 9000mah power bank up to 4led lights onn.i charg it13hrs. I am using note2 mobile it contain 3100mah.power bank is not charged my mobile one at lest time.

                                  Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                  This is in reference to Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected]. I purchased BAOER 388 Executive Black Gold Medium Nib Fountain Pen NEW online from your website www.ebay.in via my email ID [protected]@gmail.com on[protected]. I received this pen in safe and sound condition and worked well as well.
                                  But today I saw certain small protrudes on the pen which even on gentle touch weathered off revealing copper colour back ground. I always used this pen with very care and never gave it to anyone. This is very serious issue that your company is selling such cheap quality pen at high rates. I trusted ebay and purchased this pen with great confidence and your shattered my trust as I am regular customer of yours.

                                  So tell me straight away how will you sort out this problem either refund my total money of Rs. 325 by taking this pen back or send me some other good quality pen in same price range or above. Make sure I will not spend even the single penny for the same.

                                  Moreover I have attached picture of my weathered pen for your ready reference.

                                  Kindly take quick action on urgent basis pertaining to my pen.

                                    I bought a coat from this ebay.com and the seller was "buyday18" and it's been one year and I haven't received the coat yet. And i have done the full payment. People are not even responding to the mails.Really pissed off:( Can anyone please help?

                                      r i have purchased lg g2 mobile on ebay.in on 130414, in the listings it is named as used one only but the images are crystal clear in the listings at the time of purchase.But .I bought it for 23000, totally waste piece for that amount.I received the mobile on 4july2014 and opened a complaint ebay The response procedure from e bay customer care is as below me I purchased mobile online

                                        Hi, On the deals page one product shows the product is for Rs.11, 088 while when u actually go and buy the product and make payment it has Rs.11, 400. When complained the ebay people the key highlights of the reply were: We would like to thank you for taking the time to forward this information to us. eBay relies on dedicated users such as yourself to assist us in keeping eBay the kind of place we all can be proud of. Although we are not always able to catch the small percentage of illicit activity that occurs in the thousands of transactions completed each day, with your assistance we can make things better for everyone. Woahhh... Small percentage of illicit occurs is what they admit and still they are fine. Its a pure case of cheating be it small or big how does it matter. When i replied to them theres no answer from their end infact at the call centre when you speak with the manager he keeps us on hold for 30-45 mins and finally u have to give up. This is how ebay works. Hope after this post the concerned people fet back to me and refund the money as i have already requested the same. I also have the screen shot of the page which clearly shows the price as 11, 088 and will furnish to the concerned person if they still have doubts.

                                        Your complaint has been forwarded to eBay.in customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.

                                        Woahhh... The website says 48-72 hours. Here the person says within several days. This shows how much they are concerned about the customers. I would like to say that boss m least bothered about your reply ... I want action... The compliant has already been brought to your notice 4 days back so please just don run away.

                                        Secondly, on the page it shows the shipment will be delivered on 23rd Aug... Till now 24th i have not received the shipment. The blue dart guys take 2 days from Mumbai to Delhi thats amazing service when it just takes 2 hours for a Mumbai Delhi flight. WHich world is e-bay in where in competitors are delivering in flat one day...

                                        Really disappointed with the services of E-bay and hopeful that at least they will refund my money.
