The term "online shopping" refers to when people purchase things by using an online interface instead of visiting a market. The act of purchasing products or services over the Internet. Online shopping has grown in popularity over the years, mainly because people find it convenient and easy to bargain shop from the comfort of their home or office. Usually you go to a site and when you find something you like, you click on "add to basket" or something similar. After browsing the site and adding’s things you like to your virtual basket, you "go to checkout". There you will be given easy instructions to follow to complete your purchase. You fill out your address and then organise payment. Usually one pays by credit card, in which case you enter your credit card details on the checkout form. You then wait for your package to arrive at your shipping address. Now, It’s completely duty of the e commerce company to delivery to Correct product to buyer shipping address. Now, I come to my Point. I Purchase a “Brand New Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black[protected]” on Tue, 17 Jun '14 12:39a through ebay.in Worth Rs. 8, 899.99. After show days products got delivered through Bluedart & I received the shipment from bluedart courier guy. When I open the shipment I found that I got a wrong product that is “Seagate Expansion 1 TB External Hard Drive (Black) ”. I call ebay india customer care & raised a compline. Ebay India CCR provide me Claim Id : - 53654. Within 24 hours I got a call from ebay india & she told me “Your compline is successfully registered with us. Also send us images of products you received at [protected]@ebay.com”. After that I follow ebay & send products images at [protected]@ebay.com on Sun, 22 Jun '14 5:35p. Now within 24 hours I again got a call from ebay, that guy says herself as ebay claim adjuster. At the same time seller is also available on that call. ebay claim adjuster asked seller to Provide us the declaration report with cost that the parcel contain rs.8900 with acknowledgment, seal/ stamp of courier service along with all proofs that you have in this transaction within 72 hours. On the same call ebay claim adjuster ask me to provide us with the scan copy of formal complaint in writing that you have received different product Seagate 1Tb with acknowledgment, seal / stamp of courier service within 72 hours. On the same call I ask ebay claim adjuster why I go to courier company local office for this?? I pay a advance payment for my products but ebay india forced me to visit local bluedart office which is about 15 km from my address. What is a meaning of purchase products from online shopping portal like ebay india. Ebay india delivery wrong products to my address though bluedart which is a courier partner of ebay india than why I have to visit local bluedart office to collect a document. At last that ebay claim adjuster end call without provide me resolution. Now, how ebay india order me to collect that document from bluedart and send us?? Ebay india think herself as a suprime court of india & as a buyer I have to follow ebay india. Or I m a employ on ebay india???? Who I m??? I m simply a buyer who purchase a product through online shopping portal (ebay india) and make a advance payment to ebay india for my products. Now, ebay india is doing fraud??? As I already say I am not going to any courier company office to collect any documents, it’s completely ebay india reasonability to delivery correctly to buyer. I do the same. On 27/06/14 I got a mail from ebay india saying that “Action : Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay Remarks : We would like to inform you that the claim filed by you has been closed from our end as you did not revert our mail within the given timeline.Hence we would request you to get in touch with your seller and get your issue resolve. Thank you for your co-operation. ” I request all india buyers to not make a single order from ebay india because ebay india is biggest fraud company. Why ebay india hide ebay india CEO Official Email Id??? So, there is no option to contact ebay india CEO. Ebay india is very big e commerce company but who is ebay india CEO. If as a buyer I have to send a mail for any reason than where buyers have to send email. I ask same ques from ebay india customer care & they disconnect my calls. Why ebay india hide ebay india CEO Official Email Id??? Why Ebay Customer Don’t say Ebay India CEO Email ID???? WHY SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE EBAY INDIA HIDE ITS CEO OFFICIAL EMAIL ID?????????? In this way ebay india is doing fraud with the indian buyers. Ebay india thinks herself as a suprime court of india & forced india buyer to do what they want?

    Dear Sir, I had made the payment of INR 12990/- on 12.05.14 for purchasing Auxus Nuclea X Octa core phone vide PaisaPay ID : [protected] through ebay and received the phone on 26.05.14. But regret to say that I have encountered "N" no of issues with phone and is not working properly. Hence I had raised the claim on 02.06.14 (Claim ID : 520496) for my cash refund. But regret to say that no one had the courtesy to address the concern nor my cash is refunded. Hence I had tried to contact customer support ([protected]) 3 to 4 times, but unable to contact executive even after waited for 15 to 20 minutes. Then I had sent a mail through "Customer support - Contact ebay - send us an email"on 10.06.2014. It is more than 1.5 months post lodging the complaint and till date I have not got proper response from them. Request you to kindly intervene and do the needful for refunding my cash at the earliest.       I've ordered Nokia 108 mobile last month(22/05/2014) from EBAY and I've didn't receive the item yet.Waiting more than a month and no response from seller and EBAY. It's really frustrating and worst experience inEBAY. I've sent the mail n times and tried to contact EBAY customer support(never seen this type of worst customer support) through chat and Phone and didn't get any proper response from them.         I submitted claim regarding the product deliver to me is not expected.but ebay.in is not considering my claim.The detail of claim which i submitted on ebay.in is shown below.even they are not replying my complaint.In my complaint it is clearly written that within 7 days ebay will contact you for further process.but still i didn't get any communication regarding my problem.So please help me and refund my money or replace my phone with another phone.         ebai.in still not resolving my complaint.Even they don't take any interest regarding solving my complaint.Please file a case against ebay.in.they are cheater and in this way they will cheat more people.They are giving false information on the site and cheating coustmers.Fraus site with fraud sellers.

          I purchased a binocular from a seller on eBay India and found the item to be defective / disfunctional. Item was returned by ordinary post on insistence by the seller and company, but refund was never made. Reason provided by the company is that proof of delivery is not provided. This was never told when the item was claimed for refund.

            I had raised ebay guarantee claims since last 3 months and those were supposed to be closed with eBay coupons by 14 th April 2014 . Till now I have not received those coupons. I contacted ebay customer care several times, and during chat, eBay person ends the chat saying, claims will be resolved in a week, like this its been around 16 weeks. Ebay customer care guys keep saying that they have sent me coupons, in spite they have not . So this time I have marked consumer forum in CC, to inform them about this fraud by eBay. I have contacted ebay several times, but they have not answered my doubts and neither they have sent me coupons. My money is trapped with eBay and they just doing nothing for that coupon resolution. JAAGO GRAAAHAK JAAAGO...STAY AWAY FROM EBAY...

            After posting complaint on consumer forum also ebay is not caring for resolving this issue, please let me know how do I proceed further so that I can get my money back as well as compensation for mental harassment caused by ebay. I contacted around 15 times with ebay customer care team, I have those many complaint ID which ebay gives each time they take our complaint, each time they said it would take max to max 5 working days, many customer care guys and gals named Pranali, Hemalata, Sunita, Saraswati, promised deeply that they will try personally their best to resolve this claim, I trusted them, but after that also no result.

            I require compensation for this mental harassment caused by ebay people.

              i purchased a mobile phone (blackberry z10) for Rs.16950/- two months before. However i wasn't satisfied with the product so i claimed refund. they asked me to courier the product to the seller and provide them a proof(photocopy of the courier receipt). seller got the product and my refund was approved on 28th may 2014 and they asked me to wait for 15 working days for my cheque /DD. its been 25 days and every time i call them i get a new excuse like 1) there is some issues with our DD department, 2) we have dispatched your DD but we dont have the details of the courier, 3). you have to wait more 15 days etc.

                Respected Sir/Madam, Its a real betrayal act from the seller and clearly supported by eBay policy. I received a Micromax fun book P410i (Paisa pay id : [protected]) tablet which was not working properly as soon as i opened. I browsed the tablet and it founds to be partly defective. When i put forward the claim to eBay concerned department. They have easily rejected the claim with help of one word "manufacturing warranty". My real concern is, Why should i go and stand in front of the manufacturer as soon as i receive a so called brand new item by eBay. In this case eBay should accept their failure in protecting the buyers safety. In other words, it helps to produce fraudulent and unethical sellers, who can seal a faulty product in side the box and sell to us. Give us a proper reason or i want to take up this issue seriously, just to protect the poor customers who rely on eBay products and its sellers. Its a clear cheating act by eBay.                   Paisapay id [protected] i am new to eBay as a seller before eBay i used to sell through olx, as eBay is widely accepting than olx i started to sell product through ebay, after few hours after listing the product sold and i shipped on that day itself, and on Tuesday buyer confirm item receipt, and the till Thursday i waited for my money but i received a mail instead of money saying my remittance on hold, and asked to send the pod, it is the first time i heard about pod i contacted speed post and they said it will be available only when it is requested in the time of sending product, and they said that the online tracking is necessary as a valid proof even in court. in online tracking it is given that product received by buyer even then ebay not giving my money back. i will say all seller to sell through olx dont go for ebay, ebay is not a good company they will simply hold your money and will not reply for your mails . i need my money back its hardly earned money. pls ebay

                    I bought a battery from ebay.com, But that battery is fake. Its sticker is falling out and as compared to my older battery that I have been using for at least 4 years . New battery seems to be working worst than the old one. Its battery backup is only for 3-4 hours .Voltage is not correct as my phone frequently reboots at 20 percent or below.
                    This battery is little puffed up as it does not fit properly in the battery slot.
                    I want a refund and want my money back that I paid for it.

                    This has shaken my faith on eBay in India.

                      I received the phone with Order ID[protected] iBerry Auxus Nuclea N2 on 14/06/2014 and i filed a claim with ebay.in no 535330. But they closed that claim stating i have to fix the problem in warranty and the claim is not eligible. Please help me get a full refund of my hard earned money as i reported the fault within 3 days of receiving the phone.

                      We regret to inform you that your eBay guarantee claim has been closed completely as per the procedure by the claim adjuster because the item you had purchased is under manufacturer warranty. We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*. But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved.

                      However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service center to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hrs stating the same. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.

                        I order product on eBay India and getting the product, the product not working as per describe so i decide to refund the money against the product . eBay team member call me and sent it back to the seller for checking the product and then product not working fine . eBay said that we will refund your money soon you will get the money in original mode still i m not getting any refund and any message from eBay alteast eBay provide to know the status of Refund if i chat with customer service they said " Refund is in Process " I want to know when the money can be refund

I had sold and Iphone 5 in ebay item ID is[protected].This was the first time i was selling on ebay.I have a company salary account in HDFC bank in kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh(MICR[protected].I tried to register the same bank details in paisapay but the branch was not at all listed in paisapay.So I gave account details of my friend bank account in paisapay. Now the item has been sold and the buyer has accepted that item received but now I got a message from ebay saying that my account has been suspended and my paisapay remmitance is on hold.Its 21, 504 Rs on hold. I am staying in my company guest house .I had already sent the rental agreement of the same.Also i have sent the electricity bill and my bank statement attached.Now this was the first item i sold on ebay was gifted my friend which was imported from US ebay.com via my friend pavan deepak, his ebayid is pavandeepak2012..Please check the item number[protected]. I have requested the payapal invoice from my friend pavan deepak and submitted the same. Now that buyer has no issues with the phone and has already sent a mail for the same then why my payment is held up for more than a month.I am really frustrated..                             It happened to me 2 days before and it took all my sleep, I'm worried, disappointed, Very Nervous... I sold few items on dated 13 June. It was local buyer so I handed over the items and asked him to confirm tghe item as he did. After the confirmation i got email from ebay that your PaisaPay remittance is on hold, I contacted ebay customer care and they first that there no delivery of proof, They agreed if buyer sends an email about this confirmation then they ll release the payment. Buyser sent a confirmation and after that i received another email saying "Your ebay account is blocked" What the hell? WHY ? Kept calling them for no of times, they dont give proper answer and saying that ll take 30 days. My money is stuck, Its 40000 got damm it... It's a huge money and i need my money ASAP. My Account id - pinujain Paisapay Id's - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] I politely request EBAY.In to release my funds ASAP as i really need money and cant wait for 30 or more days... It's cheating and not acceptable. You blocked my account kept the money with you ? How does it fair ? I have no idea what i did and why did you block my account.

                              I ordered a product from eBay on 10th june 2014 and it was to be shipped and delivered within 7 days i.e by 16-17th June but it hasn't even been shipped till now i.e 19th June . I urgently needed that product. It's for Rs 1030.When i contacted the eBay customer care, they refused to refund my money and told that they would contact me in 2 days after contacting the seller and still no reply from them.                                 my order no is [protected], i purchase a shopper stop gift voucher worth Rs. 9, 400.00 on Mon, 2 Jun '14 but till now same has been delivered till now. when i click on item not received and ask for my refund on Tue, 10 Jun '14. After some days ebay hold my refund & when ever i contact ebay customer care they said me wait for 24 hour we will resolve ur issue. yesterday i got a call from ebay & name of the person is Mr. vinod murthy. hen told me we r refund ur money & u will get ur money in ur bank within next 6 to 8 working days. When i ask to mail me they said today(17/06/14) i got official mail from ebay india. So, i waited for today, No ebay i got from ebay. Ebay is going fraud because ebay call me and provide me false commitment. When i today contact ebay customer care than they again told me to wait 24 hours. What is this????? Refund my hard earn money & stop playing with me.

                                    Hi, Regarding the paysapay id : [protected] I ordered a torch light worth - rs1350 on 30Apr2014 in Ebay and they promised me to deliver it in 5 days. But I didn't receive my product on time, also got a mail that they have cancelled the order and will refund the money in 10 days. Until today (15Jun2014), they haven't refunded my amount. When I spoke with the customer care, they replied saying the money has been already refunded. I'm completely disappointed and unhappy about the Ebay service. Please help to get back my money.                                       i had ordered a samsung battery bank on ebay. on the 1st of June and very promptly within couple of days i received the item, however after receipt, it was observed to be not charging. i immediately contacted the seller, who promised that the alternate replacement piece would be shipped to me by 9th of June. however as a safety measure i initiated a ebay guarantee claim just in case. today is 13th June and the seller has refused to take my calls since 9th june and on the ebay guarantee site it continues to say the claim is in progress. its been a week and i was in urgent need of the battery bank but i don't know when and if at all i will get it. kindly help me in early resolution of the case. i sincerely don't think i will ever use the services of ebay in the future after this experience.

                                        I have registered a complaint to ebay Customer Care on 04th June 2014 and they have registered the complaint and given me the claim ID as mentioned above. and later on told that its an manufacturer warranty, so asked me to contact the same, and will get back to me within 5 days for the replay, but till now, no response from their end. as I have approached the manufacturer service center and they clearly told that the problem is from initially itself so, asked me to contact the seller for further assistance. So, help me in this regards.

                                        The main complaint about the handset is regarding battery, its not at all giving backup, and only 6hrs it will work totally and not as per its standard's or minimum time set by the company, set gets heated up and discharge within noon.

If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.
