The act of purchasing products or services over the Internet. Online shopping has grown in popularity over the years, mainly because people find it convenient and easy to bargain shop from the comfort of their home or office.
Usually you go to a site and when you find something you like, you click on "add to basket" or something similar. After browsing the site and adding’s things you like to your virtual basket, you "go to checkout". There you will be given easy instructions to follow to complete your purchase. You fill out your address and then organise payment. Usually one pays by credit card, in which case you enter your credit card details on the checkout form. You then wait for your package to arrive at your shipping address. Now, It’s completely duty of the e commerce company to delivery to Correct product to buyer shipping address.
Now, I come to my Point.
I Purchase a “Brand New Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black[protected]” on Tue, 17 Jun '14 12:39a through ebay.in Worth Rs. 8, 899.99. After show days products got delivered through Bluedart & I received the shipment from bluedart courier guy. When I open the shipment I found that I got a wrong product that is “Seagate Expansion 1 TB External Hard Drive (Black) ”. I call ebay india customer care & raised a compline. Ebay India CCR provide me Claim Id : - 53654. Within 24 hours I got a call from ebay india & she told me “Your compline is successfully registered with us. Also send us images of products you received at [protected]@ebay.com”.
After that I follow ebay & send products images at [protected]@ebay.com on Sun, 22 Jun '14 5:35p.
Now within 24 hours I again got a call from ebay, that guy says herself as ebay claim adjuster. At the same time seller is also available on that call. ebay claim adjuster asked seller to Provide us the declaration report with cost that the parcel contain rs.8900 with acknowledgment, seal/ stamp of courier service along with all proofs that you have in this transaction within 72 hours.
On the same call ebay claim adjuster ask me to provide us with the scan copy of formal complaint in writing that you have received different product Seagate 1Tb with acknowledgment, seal / stamp of courier service within 72 hours.
On the same call I ask ebay claim adjuster why I go to courier company local office for this?? I pay a advance payment for my products but ebay india forced me to visit local bluedart office which is about 15 km from my address.
What is a meaning of purchase products from online shopping portal like ebay india. Ebay india delivery wrong products to my address though bluedart which is a courier partner of ebay india than why I have to visit local bluedart office to collect a document. At last that ebay claim adjuster end call without provide me resolution.
Now, how ebay india order me to collect that document from bluedart and send us?? Ebay india think herself as a suprime court of india & as a buyer I have to follow ebay india.
Or I m a employ on ebay india????

I m simply a buyer who purchase a product through online shopping portal (ebay india) and make a advance payment to ebay india for my products. Now, ebay india is doing fraud???
As I already say I am not going to any courier company office to collect any documents, it’s completely ebay india reasonability to delivery correctly to buyer. I do the same.
On 27/06/14 I got a mail from ebay india saying that “Action : Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay
Remarks : We would like to inform you that the claim filed by you has been closed from our end as you did not revert our mail within the given timeline.Hence we would request you to get in touch with your seller and get your issue resolve. Thank you for your co-operation.

I request all india buyers to not make a single order from ebay india because ebay india is biggest fraud company. Why ebay india hide ebay india CEO Official Email Id??? So, there is no option to contact ebay india CEO.
Ebay india is very big e commerce company but who is ebay india CEO. If as a buyer I have to send a mail for any reason than where buyers have to send email. I ask same ques from ebay india customer care & they disconnect my calls. Why ebay india hide ebay india CEO Official Email Id??? Why Ebay Customer Don’t say Ebay India CEO Email ID????
