For not doing any wrong ebay india has restricted my account and remittance suspended if a buyer is fraud then what is paisapay team doing and real card holder was doing and sending me messages and mails to ship the product for many days and finaly calling me and saying to stop shipping is this my mistake or urs if my remittacne and account restriction is not taken out i am not gonna live it .

Plz check into it and resolve the issue as soon as possible

I GOT THE REASON AS I GOT A CALL FROM EBAY AND SHE SAID ME WHY IT WAS RESTRICTED BUT I TOO SAID HERE THAT VICKYKUNAL179 IS NOT KNOWN TO ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS U CAN SPEAK TO PRIYA [protected] AND EVEN I SENT MAIL TO INAPPEALS AFTER SHE SAID REGARDING THIS ...ITS UR SYSTEM FAULT.

      On Wed, 21 May '14 I purchase Samsung Galaxy S5 G900S 32GB 4G LTE-A Water Proof Worth Rs. 41, 900.00. On 27-May-2014 I got Shipment through bluedart & Waybill No : [protected]. When i open the shipment i really shocked because i got blackberry z10. After That i Call ebay customer care & Ebay CCR Guide me to Open ebay guarantee claim & Claim ID: 516333(Wed, 28 May '14). On Second Day i Get a Call from Ebay & Ebay told me to Send Us Images Of The Products U Received at [protected]@ebay.com. As per ebay i send Images. After That No reply from ebay. When ever i call ebay customer care for resolution, they said wait 48 hours. In this way 12 Days Gone. On Fri, 6 Jun '14 Ebay Call Me & tell me that Send Us IMEI NO OF blackberry z10 For Proof To Ebay as well as seller. Also send me below mention mail : - Further action was undertaken on your eBay Guarantee* claim. We request you to review it and help us with the necessary information.         Allows seller with id : kalumswapan who sells fake watches and cheats his customers. Ebay on the other hand doesnt even bother to reply to emails and doesnt take action against the seller even after complaining about the seller to the ebay customer care.

              i ordered a watch on ebay. while booking expected date of delivery was coming as 03june, however after booking the order it changed to 11th june. i had to try hard to contact ebay team as there is a long wait of 1 hr on their toll free number, same is on chat. my order reached blue dart office on 4th june. i ordered it to gift someone special. as i had to have that watch on 4th june so i visisted blue dart office scetor 11 panchkula on 4th june to collect my order. i opened the order at blue dart office and i found the fossil watch box empty. i called up ebacy and thay said the will investigate it and they will refund me amount. after two days i received a call from ebay stating that they are working on this. after that i never received any call from ebay. yesterday, i contacted ebay through chat after wait of 1 hour, their representattive told me that they would get back to us within 48 hours and she ended my chat abruptly without giving me resolution. i e-mailed ebay and there is no response till now. it is harrasment for me as i oredered the watch by checking date of delivery. however my order was not delivered to me. i had to gift it to some. it wassuch an embararrasment for me. moreover i paid through credit card emi. my statement will be generated after few days and i'm charged intereret on that. so i will have to pay that as well i want my amount back with interest amount and that too before my statement gets generated Claim ID: 522910 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected]

                  I ordered a set of 5 gel pens by an EBAY seller called varsha.varsha, for Rs 89/- When I got the product, I found that the product's MRP (LEGAL MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICE) is only Rs 30/-. This means that this seller varsha.varsha charged me (FRAUDULENTLY) Rs 59/- MORE than the MRP. This is ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL and IMMORAL on the part of varsha.varsha and EBAY.IN I need an IMMEDIATE REFUND of Rs 59/- that the seller varsha.varsha OVERCHARGED me.

                    I have bought Sony Xperia SP mobile from ebay and it got battery swelling problem. As the actual seller of this product at ebay is sarf trading, I have sent the mobile to sarf trading servicing centre in chennai on 15th-May by bluedart courier. As per bluedart waybill number: [protected], my mobile got received by Ratheh on 17th-May.

                    But the sarf trading guys saying that they haven't received any mobile with my details. These guys are not giving proper response to my queries. I don't know how do i proceed now..

                      I ordered a watch on bay. firstly order was not delivered on time. when i collected order from ebay, it was empty. there was not watch in the box. its was a harrasment. i has to gift it to someone special. my whole plan was ruined due to ebay. they have a pathetic customer service. it takes one hour to connect with them

                      Ebay has suspeded my account without any reason and now i want to know about the reason of suspension but ebay is not giving reason of suspension..

                        Hi Ebay, Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected] As per ebay policy : complete refund if item not shipped within 5 days of payment, but in my case it was almost 10 days.then why i didnt get my money back and why u guys replying same thing again and again..I'm asking about my refund as per ebay policy and u replying me my tracking details and all..I want my money refund as per ebay policy..                           I have raised ebay guarantee claim since last two months and it was supposed to be closed by 14 th April 2014. Till now I have not received those coupons. I contacted ebay customer care several times, and during chat, eBay person ends the chat without giving any information regarding claim progress. Ebay persons, keep saying that they have sent me coupons, when I asked them about those coupon number and dispatch date time of those, eBay persons simply disconnect the chat. On phone call also, those customer care guys keep phone on hold for around 20-25 minutes... So this time I am sending this message to all consumer forum websites, to inform them about this irresponsible behavior/Fraud by eBay. I have contacted ebay several times, but they have not answered my doubts and neither they have sent me coupons. My money is trapped with eBay and they just doing nothing for that claim resolution.

                            U have shopped atleast 10 times and all was good till last time. Last time I bought 3 products, 2 of which were bad chinese replicas which didn't work at all. I registered claim in paisapay, after 2-4 weeks they called up. Accepted fault and agreed for refund. Now again not cash refund but they would send half the value coupon for one product and full value coupon for another product. It was mutually agreed. They told within a week they will send coupon anand within a month I got to use them. I was like ok fine. Even after a month I got nothing. I called again, they told technical fault and will send coupon within 48 hrs. I was like am going out of country and instead of coupon I want cash to be paid back as I cannot puchte anything. They cut the call and nothing till then.

                            First of all their all coupon system is hugely faulty. How can they ill-legally keep money for weeks even if what they say I'd executed. Above that they never send coupons. I think it is internally sent out to relatives and kins of the employees of eBay. Never ever buy from them again. Once you pay, you can no way get your money back irrespective of what item you have got.

                                    A purchase of Nokia mobile from a seller at ebay has led to an unauthorised use of my debit card details online. Immediately after making payment I received an email from ebay saying I needed to verify my purchase else my account will be suspended. This email has my ebay username and mobile purchase details. The link in the email required me to enter my debit card details but on submitting it showed an error. The next thing I know is that over Rs 1 lakh had been withdrawn from my account in one night for making online purchases at various websites like Amazon, Flipkart, snapdeal, Freecharge, Mobikwik and Ebay itself. My order for the mobile was confirmed but even after the maximum limit it was not shipped, confirming that the seller is a fraud. NEVER TRUST EBAY AS THE SELLER ON EBAY MAY JUST TAKE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY FOOLING YOU THAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH EBAY.

                                    Ebay is saying they are not responsible for frauds done by sellers using ebay's system. But ebay is liable for the loss as the fraud seller used confidential information about customer ebay id, email and purchase details to send a fake email on behalf of ebay. If anyone can so easily use customer information from ebay then it is ebay's responsibility to make sure this does not happen. The email id in the fake email is ebay's email id - so ebay cannot wash its hands off the matter
                                    Ebay please explain me how can somebody else use confidential customer information from your system to send fake emails to customers and cheat them and still you do not accept liability?

                                      Its pathetic to state that, I have purchased Auxus Nuclea X OCTA CORE 1.7GHz MT6592 5" HD MULTICORE GPU 1GB RAM OTG iberry, on[protected], which was delivered to me on[protected].

                                      I really regret to say that from day two onwards I have been facing bitter and crucial experience with my mobile as it was not working properly, which is functioning inappropriate .

                                      The main issues which I have are 1. Rebooting automatically by itself. 2. Struck in between the calls and hanging the phone automatically. 3. Making Inappropriate alarms ( Not in a schedules time). 4. The display glass is coming out (which was not fix properly). 5. Opening applications automatically with out touching the screens.

                                      As I have called to customer service and spoke which I representative, who told me to register the ticket, which I had already done online ( The ticket for your reference is : Ticket No: #469131) . In spite of doing all formalities, no one is willing to bother and concerned about my issue which make me to feel very bad and sour experience with iberry.

                                      Its ashamed to say that I literally incurred loss of Rs. 13000/-, which is not a small amount indeed, unless until if you spent from your pocket.

                                      In this regard I request you to please intensively look into my issue and do the needful.
