Date claim opened:[protected] .. ​ i tried to contact ebay more than 6 times using chat and call, but ebay not helping me.. even during last time when i called ebay, on call ebay representative promised me to give discount coupon for 1 missing item .. because ebay sent me only one pendrive instead of 2, and which 1 is received is started to use by me and i inserted personal-PRIVATE data of me in pendrive .. hence if i return this pendrive after formatting it even then it is the issue of PRIVATE-DATA-SECURITY, , because formatted data can be easily recovered again using DATA RECOVERY SOFTWARE, so, please try to understand my security consern and help me for refund of 1 pendrive as a coupon, , ​ NOTE:if my phone is not reachable then sent me email,

    I had purchased Air Lounge Inflatable Sofa Cum Bed form eBay for gift. They delivered damaged product. They ask me qus Like . Either you ask seller to don't send damaged product ? They want to deliver product to your city etc... I complain on 2-5-2014 on eBay guarantee. They say Don't Worry. Buy Happy! Your purchasing experience on eBay won't go wrong. But if it does, we've put safeguards in place to make sure you get the item you wanted. or your money refunded, including shipping in 20 days. Now I M waiting for money (Product + shipping). One month (31 Days) completed. My Claim approved they revived shipment. But not refund completed. Each time when I call they say we will call you in 24 to 48 hours.But may be eBay haven't Clock to check hours. They never call me.

    I had already complain at online complain but response is very poor.

    They want to give 30 days valid coupon behalf of money ( still not given ) but how can I trust eBby any more after and purchase other product.

        Hi ordered this phone Auxus Handy H01 Dual Core 1.3GHz on ebay Item ID: [protected] Order Id: [protected]-[protected] Claim ID : 514181 PaisaPay ID : [protected] Seller : Digital_estore And below are the issues that i am asking for refund. 1. Voice too low to hear directly through phone even in full volume have to use speakers. 2. Backcover is unable to fit completely after inserting the battery. 3. Unable to install apps from google play store keep getting errors even though have free memory. 4. It was delivered too late and it was mentioned that seller will call before shipping asking for color option and that has been not done.. 5. Overall this phone is too bad to own and it didnt like it all. Phone is not as it was advertised. 6. I haven't used the phone and its in same condition as it was delivered and packed..please collect the parcel and refund the amount ..it was ordered in credit card EMI option. Have raised claim with eBay return on 26th may. They are not providing refund for the faulty product they have sent, Raised the claim with ebay and they declined it and saying go to service center but i want refund for the Product is not even 10 % that they advertised. eBay and seller have cheated me. Is there any this that can be done to these cheaters. |

          Hi, I bought a Lotto Sports Shoe. The size I ordered was 8 and it did not fit my feet. I asked for a replacement and raised a claim. The seller responded that the item cannot be taken back as they have delivered the correct item as I ordered. I explained them many times that I ordered the item (Sports Shoes) for the first time thinking that the size would be similar to the formal shoes that I use. But still, no use. My claim was denied.

                  Purchase "Seagate Expansion 4TB USB 3.0 External Desktop HDD Hard Disk Drive Storage" Worth Rs. 14, 990.00 from seller - easymoneywfh and paisapay id is : - [protected]

                  Now after few days i got the wrong(Seagate Expansion 2TB USB 3.0 External Desktop HDD Hard Disk Drive Storage) products through Amazon.in . On the same day i called ebay customer care & told him i got wrong products, than ebay customer care open a eBay Guarantee* claim - 494744.

                  After 08/05/14 i got a call from a ebay & she told me to "you can send us pictures of the product on [protected]@ebay.com". As per mail i follow it and send images to ebay(10/05/14).

                  Now, After that i dont call a single call for 5 days. After 5 days means On 15/05/14 i finally got a call from ebay & this time she told me Remarks: "For the resolution of your claim, we request you to reship the item back to the seller and provide us with valid tracking details and the scanned copy of Dispatch. But the copies that you have sent us are not clear. Hence, kindly resend us the clear scanned copies in JPEG or PDF format on [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hours from the time of receipt of email." seller add:- 11/345, 3rd Floor, Geeta Colony East Delhi, India 110031

                  Now, i again follow ebay india & On 16/05/14 i reship the wrong product to above mention address through bluedart and Waybill No : [protected] but after 2 days when i call ebay customer care then again i got a call from ebay saying that due to some techanical prob we send u wrong address. so, ple call back the shipment.

                  On 19/05/14 i again got a below mention email with new address of seller: -

                  Further action was undertaken on your eBay Guarantee* claim. We request you to review it and help us with the necessary information. Please find the details here

                  Action : Buyer to provide proof of Return shipment

                  Remarks: "As per our telephonic conversation on 19/05/2014, we request you to reship the item back to the seller and provide us with valid tracking details. We are requesting you to reship the item back to the seller and provide us the proof of Dispatch copies; you can send us scanned images of the Dispatch copy in jpg format at [protected]@ebay.com within 72 hrs.                   Now, i again follow ebay india instruction & told bluedart to RTO it. On 21/05/14 i got the shipment back & on the same day i again reship to below mention addtess through bluedart & Waybill No : [protected]

                  Now, on 22/05/14 i send POD to ebay & on 24/05/14 i again call ebay customer for my refund. on the same time i got a call from eBay Guarantee* claim department & saying that seller is not available to above mention address of Sambalpur. So, request u to ple recall the shipment again & seller will pick up from ur address this time. Its really shocked for me. So, i continue try to ask him why ebay provide me [censored] address than ebay made a conference call with seller. Than i ask same ques to seller but seller is try to make me fool. On the same day now again ebay send me below mention mail : -

                    I, Anupam Jolly, have been an avid buyer at eBay for the past 7 years and eBay is usually my preferred online destination whenever I need great products at great prices. However my recent experience with bidding on eBay has spoiled my entire journey with the company. It all started when I was in need of a biometric attendance system for my office use and as usual, I visited eBay to find great products. On finding a great system on bidding, I started exploring the bidding process for the very first time and placed a bid on Item Number:[protected], for Rs 2000. At that moment, there were several bids on the same product, which actually costs around 22, 000, but the maximum bid at that time was Rs 400. I placed a bid for Rs 2000 with a mind that I'll increase it if I get outbid. However, even after many other bids on the products, by the time the bidding expired, I was the winning bidder and was asked to Pay Now for the product at just Rs 1602. Obviously, Since I am bound by the terms and conditions of eBay and know that winning a bid is all about luck and the ability to purchase at product at heavy discounts, transferred the funds amounting to Rs 1, 602 through eBay PaisaPay. However, after the seller did not ship the product within the time frame, I just contacted them via Phone, and the seller says that since the purchase price of the product, which was offered on bidding, is more than 20, 000 they cannot ship the product, which is obviously against the terms of eBay. When I asked the seller that it is none of my problem if the product didn't receive any larger bids, he says that there was a technical problem with eBay due to which he was not able to enter a reserve price for the auction and hence the product was awarded to me at a lower price. I then got in touch with a customer care executive on eBay on Phone and he acknowledged that due to a technical issue with eBay servers the seller was not able to add a reserve price to his auction and hence the product was granted to me at lower price, and I will now just get my money refunded as is the policy of eBay PaisaPay. I deeply regret these services of eBay as I spent a considerable amount of time on the bidding and surfing the pages of eBay India to ensure that I was not being outbid. If there was a reserve price in the auction, I would have bid accordingly to purchase the product. However, the entire issue was with eBay servers, for which I am not responsible for and instead of accepting the problem and helping me in any other way and compensate me for the technical problem that I faced with eBay, the customer care executive of eBay told me on phone that I will just receive the refund. I am not here for refund as I have been using eBay for the past 7 years and know how things go.                       I have raised a complain on 13th may 2014 vide complain no.501765. ebay support team has tried to contact me to sort out the complain but I was travelling out of city and was not able to check my mails and missed few calls. on 20th may suddenly i got a revert that your complain is closed due to no response. I have told my reason but they are not re-opening the case. On discussion through phone they transferred calls 3 times and each time i was put on hold for minimum of 10 minutes. actually ebay want customers to cut the line. E bay is a cheater. never buy through ebay. they are selling below standard products, poor quality, below standard customer service. the product delivered to me was broken from 3-4 places... a big cheater EBAY...

                      E bay has not kept their commitment. I was told that i will be provided with a 110% coupon in my mail ID.
                      Its already more than 10 working days. This again prove how un committed they are.

                        Hi, I had already paid the amount on 10th Feb 2014. But still receiving these mails for non payment and my account has been suspended. I had made the payment through cheque of INR 1180 on 10th Feb 2014. I had called eBay customer service regarding this as well last month and they said they will resolve this ASAP but nothing has been resolved. My earlier registration was in eBay UK that is why my balance amount was showing in Pounds and when I tried to make online payment from India, eBay not let me pay online. Then I called eBay and they told me to make payment through check to eBay India MUMBAI. The money has been deducted from my account on 10th Feb already. Please resolve this issue and close my account. After receiving continuously non payment emails since Feb 2014, I am registering this complaint. This is a kind of harassment I am facing from them. I have not received even a single response from them since then. I am sending proof of my Bank statement from which the money has been deducted on 10 Feb 2014.                           I had ordered a product from ebay.in "Brand New Sealed mother board Cmos 5 batteries pack" Item Number = [protected] on 23 january 2014 and paid rs 70+40=rs 110 through paisapay.I never received the product and neither received any refund.I even opened a case under Ebay Guarantee (Claim ID:428173) but it didn't resolved any problem.Its my humble request from ebay that please refund my rs 110.

                            This is in regard to the above claim ID, which Ebay says resolved, However in reality it's not. They promised to send a reimbursement coupon for the reshipment cost for the product I returned but they failed to do so. It has more than 20 days, Also I called the customer service several times but Ebay has worst customer service department, they even have no manners to talk to a customer. I felt very disappointed to speak to a CS executive when he behaved in an unprofessional manner. If I don't receive the coupon in next 48 hours I'll have to take some other actions.                                 As per ebay policy : complete refund if item not shipped within 5 days of payment, but in my case it was almost 10 days.then why i didnt get my money back and why u guys replying same thing again and again..I'm asking about my refund as per ebay policy and u replying me my tracking details and all..I want my money refund as per ebay policy..

                                  I recently started a seller's account on eBay with the username - sendanicegift. I submitted all the required ID proofs and address proofs to complete my registration on May 18, after which I moved ahead and listed a few items and started generating sales within a few days. But now all of a sudden eBay has suspended my account permanently for reasons unknown to me. When I tried appealing against the decision, all I've got is a reply from their Trust and Safety Team that they can't reveal the reason for the suspension due to eBay policies. This is just plain ridiculous. Why does eBay even provide an option to appeal if they are not going to offer any information regarding the suspension?It seems eBay India only wants sellers who overprice products and pathetic services. All the products I was offering were priced significantly lower than all the current listing on eBay and yet I'm the one who gets banned. That's not all, the sellers currently selling these items have received several negative feedbacks. If you don't believe me, go and check out the complaints on their forum - community.ebay.in. Instead of taking action against all these sellers, eBay is more interested in suspending accounts. No wonder they have fallen behind in the Indian eCommerce market. Just wanted to give a heads up to all those interested in opening a seller account on eBay, stay away. Instead go and sell your products on Amazon, Snapdeal, Shopclues who are way more professional and will do their best to help you. If you rely on eBay, you're doomed. You won't know when they'll suspend your account and you'll be left off with nothing. However, if you have an inferior product and you are willing to put a ridiculous price tag on it, eBay India will welcome you with open arms. Stay away from eBay India at any cost if you don't wish to burn your hands.
