I paid Rs.25449 for sony led tv model KLV-32ex330 using their 'paisapay' which is believed to have a protection of releasing the money after the confirmation by the buyer. Unfortunately, I recieved a different inferior model KLV-32ex33B which is made in malaysia, without two missing features, not DLNA compliant and no FM radio. These were not in their advertisement and the model offered was KLV-32ex330. I didnt confirm the receipt of the item. Instead, I submitted a claim in their resolution center thinking to return the item for refund. In a chat session, they promised me to contact me. Nobody contacted me till date and the payment is made after the deadline period. It is sheer cheHow can i go for another online buy?

    Hi

    I have placed an order on ebay for Item #[protected] NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND DUOS I9082 DUAL SIM 5" -8 MP DUAL CORE 1.2 GHZ 3G from seller srilakshm13 on April 17, 2013 worth INR 16750/-. I have attched the email confirmation form Ebay Paisa Pay.

    On April 20, 2013 I received an email from Ebay confirming seller has shipped the Item, In the meantime i received an SMS from seller saying that he will ship the order on Thursday (April 25 2013), which makes it clear he din't ship the order on the day he attached dispatch note.

    On April 23, 2013 my ebay was account security was compromised and some one changed email id and password for my ebay account which was not authorsized by me either on verification call or on email. Hacking my account someone changed the delivery status of the above order as Item received, which is not the case as on date. I am attaching here with email from ebay confirming someone trying to change my email id and password. The IP address in the email from which my account was accessed is nor my IP neither am familiar with the same.

    I failed repeatedly to contact seller via email or phone. I raised complain with EBAY for non-receipt of the product which they replied back saying, "Action : Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay

    Remarks : We understand that from your claim that you have not yet received the item. To investigate this further, we tried reaching you on your registered mobile Number ([protected]). However unfortunately, we could not get through as the number was constantly not contactable. We have checked the courier tracking details (mentioned below) of your item and it confirms that the item has been delivered at your shipping address on (Sat, Apr 20, 2013, 10:30 AM). Courier Name: (DTDC) Docket/Airway Bill Details: (E[protected] We request you to kindly get in touch with the courier company for more details. In case, if you do not receive any resolution, please feel free to contact us and we assure you that we will look into it. "

    On confirming back with courier company , they are unable to provide me with the dispatch address which nor ebay is providing with the copy of Dispatch note.

    I want to complain that product was not received by me and it was a fraudulent seller selling through Ebay , and EBAY can't be taking off their guarantee from the claim by saying seller has attached the dispatch details.


    I am unable to attach the copies of all the details as they are in PDF. Request you to please look into the matter and get back to me on [protected]@aol.in or [protected] / [protected]

    Both the buyer and seller are from Hyderabad?
    The best way is file a complaint with the local police first. Then send the copy to Ebay and also the seller. Dont delay. Dont forget to complain about some one compromised your ebay account.

      i bought mobile phone from Ebay 2 months ago, it was scratch piece they told that they will refund me 1000/- which is accepted but yet to get refund from them,i have sent about 10 mails regarding this but still yet to get any refund. please kindly check this issue and help me out. please take obligatory again company, I felt Ebay branded company will do fraud, please help me out.

        Sir,
        I have purchased xolo q800 through ebay on 4/4/2013 vide PaisaPay ID [protected] & the same mobile on 17/4/2013 vide PaisaPay ID [protected]. On both occassions the sellers failed to ship the product and they unilaterally cancelled my order. Even though they didn't have the stock, but they posted their advertisement on ebay shop. Rven today on 25/4/2013, xolo q800 is seen in ebay shops. It is an utter failure on the part of ebay to its genuine customers. Not only their sellers cheating their customers, it will destroy the goodwill and reputation of ebay. When I go through ebay, the same culprits, even though they didn't have the stock to ship xolo q800 mobile, they are selling the product through ebay. I have wasted my 24000/- through credit card, I have faced lots of mental agony and physical strain and also monetary loss. Therefore I request all ebay buyers don't buy xolo q800 mobile from ebay india, they will cheat you.Don't sleep my dear ebay, awaken and do save customers like me from drain away from you. very poor service you people ebay!!!! awaken

          seller on ebay , her ID is melrose128 has been selling fake Gucci bags for outrageous prices ripping people off. ebay was notified and did nothing about it. In fact the pulled the evidence off their web site of the complaints and this seller is still on their selling these fake Gucci bags. I must admit they are great fakes, they look like the real things. does this seller actually have permission to sell these bags from Gucci. Isn't this a trademark violation. someone has to get this person off of ebay. since ebay won't do anything unless the company itself complains, I decided to write you. I was scammed out of 600.00 by her on a fake Gucci bag. i'm sorry I don't have photo's.

            I purchased AQUARIUM FISH TANK TAIYO MAX SUBMERSIBLE POWER FILTER WATER PURIFIER Item Id[protected] from Ebay on 25 Feb 2013 vide Paisa Pay ID [protected] and paid Rs. 459+ 69 Shipment ).Received the shipment 28-Feb-2013 vide ABW No.[protected]only to find that its broken from few delicate areas. Immediately I contacted seller (Ms. Gayathri) but she guided me to send the pics and register a complaint on e-bay. I could not post any comment as my ID was not 5 days old that time I sent a mail to [protected]@members.ebay.in cc to ebay <[protected]@ebay.in> along with all photographs on 28 Feb 2013. There was not reply from ebay though but with lot of follow up Seller finally responded and asked me to return the item and to provide my bank detail, i have returned vide Dtdc Courier P22784599 dt 01.04.2013. Now since seller have already received the defective item now they are negotiating with me with less than half the price which is totally unethical.
            I refused to accept any such offer and asked them to return the entire amount as I have informed immediately after the receipt of item. I also requested them to allow me to pick other article of same price as a replacement but not they are not responding to my mail neither they are picking my calls.
            I lost my money as Seller is not responding to my mail or call now. Customer care has refused to help as 30 days are over ( SR.No. [protected]) Its wrong practice of having money back policy for 30 days on the other side seller will indulge buyer by some promise till 30 days is over.

            I have inofrmed them Immediately after the receipt of shipment and not used this filter alall. Now they are responding.

            Need your help to get my money back .

              Dear sir/Madam I have place an order on dated 11.04.2013 through ebay.in the item is (2 Fans Laptop Cooling Pad using USB Power"[protected] on 11-Apr-13. My (PaisaPay ID [protected]). The seller give the details of shipping as under

              * Courier name: PROFESSIONAL COURIER
              * Airway Bill Details: Vpl[protected]
              the item has to reach me on or before 18.04.2013. But when I didn't receive the item I claim for refund. They take five days more to resolve the problem. After compliting the second deadline they failed to resolve. Again I inform them and finally they said within 24 hours your case will be resolved. But the third deadline is about to finish but I have not get any response from them. I have not received the item and didn't get my money back.
              Please take serious actions agianst them. They try to fool the common people. I hope I will get a solution from your side.

                I purchased a nokia asha phone online from ebay.in on 11th of april and it was delivered to me on 16th of april.and i was delivered a used phone with ear phone missing, contacted the seller and ebay who never answered my call or refunded my money. i want to take strictest action against ebay india for cheating me with a used product and providing fraudulent service

                  In our India There is a company Name-eBay India. eBay India Pvt Ltd started online shopping business .thousands of Items are selling by so many shopkeeper/manufacturer companies. eBay is a platform for sellers.
                  In online shopping customers have to pay cost in advance but some time if the received good is defective it is very difficult to get back his amount.
                  Most Important thing is that eBay India working dishonestly, protecting the dishonest sellers. few days ago there was a option for buyer that before buying the Item buyer have a right to ask to seller to give details, quality ,price, warranty etc regarding goods but now this option removed by eBay India, second option -contact to seller by buyer-also removed. This has been done by eBay to protect
                  Those seller who are selling their Item on arbitrary, unjustifiable manner and four times to ten times higher rate than real market price. In eBay without license Bid/Auction is also allowed to seller to sell their goods at any rate through eBay. If any buyer object and raise question against this mischief, cheating than eBay have no answer but eBay suspend the transaction of such buyer. EBay India has no right to play gamble in the name of Bid. Customer has full right to ask any thing to seller regarding sold Items/displayed Items which are kept for sell. Sellers should not free to cheat customers.
                  Kindly take necessary action to punish eBay India Pvt Ltd.Please cancel the license of eBay India.

                    I ordered a Leg Messager from Ebay India online on Jan 11th 2013, but I received a broken one (Broken Back panel). Immeditely I reported to ebay about this case and raised a Claim against it. (Claim Id- 170099). Its been agreed that seller will send me the just the back panel. I am fine with that.

                    Its been more than 3 months I am following up in mails and phone. No response in phone. and in mails each and everytime I get a reply saying "We've forwarded all the details that you have sent to the relevant department. We are looking into the issue and will get in touch with you soon."

                    I cannot use this product after paying the full amount (Rs.12200). I dont know, when I will get the back panel replacement. Please help me with this issue.

                    The about is seen to be high. You seem to take too high risk. ebay is not worth so much. Now ebay is coolly going to say " ask the seller" as if some one sold it to you.. Rs12200/- is a very big amount which disheartens me.. My condolences to you.. [RIP-12, 200]. Feel sorry for you.

                      I purchased a 16 GB micro SD card (Rs 608.22) from eBay.in on 19th March'13 ((PaisaPay ID [protected]) ). It was supposed to reach on 27th March'13 but never reached me.

                      I lodged a complaint with eBay's customer executive (Claim ID: 193356) and they commited me to reimburse the amount if delivery is not done. But no response is seen at their end till date.

                      Kindly help me recover the amount.

                        This is regarding My order ID[protected] on EBAY.IN.

                        I have been given a faulty phone not once, but 2 times from the seller. and according to ebay policy I am entitled to a refund within 20 days. Its 21 days now and I am yet to get any solution from your side. Your customer support executive who called Me told Me that I "HAVE TO" take a replacement, and so does your seller, who has been rude to Me all along.
                        1. When his 2nd replacement phone also turned out faulty, he said I WAS IMAGINING THINGS.
                        2. When I forwarded him a a copy of email sent to Ebay customer support, he replied back to Me saying "I WILL TALK TO MY LAWYER ABOUT THIS CASE AS I AM OBLIDGED TO REPORT CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU.
                        3. WHEN I LEFT A FEEDBACK ON HIS PAGE ABOUT HOW HE HAD CALLED ME CRAZY AND THAT I WAS IMAGINING THIS< HE REPLIED BACK SAYING "DILLUSIUNAL CUSTOMER".

                        IF this is the level of the sellers of EBay and the site Ebay which allows such abuse to its buyers, then I have no option but to take this matter to court.

                        EBAY POLICY clearly specifies that a customer is entitled to refund/replacement if he is not 100% satisfied. It also says that if the seller doesnt respond to a cmplain raised against him in 10 days, then the money would be refunded to the buyer, but in My case it has been 22 days and the seller has not even once contacted Me or responded to the claim raised by Me. This is a blatant non fulfillment of the companies own words written on their own website.

                        I have no means left now but take up this matter legally with EBAY INC, and the SELLER. I have spoken to My lawyer regarding the matter and if My money is not refunded now to My account, and I do not get any assurance their side on this case within 24 hours, then I would be forced to file a case in the CONSUMER COURT OF DELHI STATE, against the COMPANY as well as the SELLER, and claim My REFUND AND DAMAGES, LEGAL FEES, and CLAIMS FOR METAL TORTURE.

                          I ordered a sony micro sd card of 8 gb with e bay on 18 march 2013,they promised to deliver the card within five days of order.Then after two days they text me that product will be delivered to you by 28 march 2013,here they breach their promise of delivery within five days of placement of order,BUT i d'nt get the product by prescribed date.Now i claimed for refund and they asked me for five more days for inquiry,SHOCKINGLY they rejected my appeal for refund just by giving one side decision,and just gave me the no.of courier company DTDC.following are the no.they gave me....

                          I called on both the no. nobody is picking the first one i am trying from last three days and the second no. is wrong no. the man who picked the call told me that he is getting many calls from customers of ebay he was also irritated by it.Now i also want to conclude that it is not my responsibility to talk with the courier company i just ordered the product and make the online payment now its all your responsibility to deliver the product what happened on the way doesnot matter for me.

                              I bought an iPod shuffle on 25/03/13 (Item #[protected] and PaisaPay ID: [protected] Claim ID 190824). I received the item today and was really excited regarding my first apple product. With full of excitement, I moved my hands to open the box. Carefully tearing each and every end I was getting more and more excited. Finally the time came when I had to open the box but I saw the box was already in opened condition. I thought the seller might have opened it for a quality check. So without bothering much for it, I took out the iPod from the box and had a brief glance on it. I turned it round and round but couldn’t find any Apple mark on it. I thought may be Apple doesn’t mark on Shuffles because I never had any apple gadget. After few minutes of Inspection, I connected the device with my PC to drop some songs on it. I successfully added approx. 50 songs in it which were my favorite and left the rest of the space for future use. Now it was the time to get the headphones connected to the device and my ears as well. I pinned the headphone and started playing the tracks. Sound was as normal as an ordinary MP3 player. I was really disappointed with the sound quality. Then I convinced myself saying don’t expect too much from Apple in Rs.3599. But I went on my nerves when I couldn’t switch after 10 songs. Yup! The iPod couldn’t play more than 10 tracks. So I reconnected it with my PC and deleted the tracks and again dropped the same list of songs into it. Again I played them on the iPod but no result.

                              Thinking that there might be some problem with my PC configurations/Hardware issues, I took it to a shop which deals with all kind of electronic gadgets including mp3 players. I showed it to the shopkeeper, explained the overall issue and requested him to transfer some songs from his system. The shop owner and I had good business relations as I use to buy electronic gadgets from him. He had a glance on it and smiled. Finally he asked how much does it cost to me. I told him Rs.3599. He looked in an amazed manner and told are you nuts? This is a Chinese iPod and cannot cost more than Rs.100-150. I couldn’t believe on his words but wanted to cry out louder at the same moment. I asked him to check it carefully and he said that he’s 100% confident that it’s a Chinese copy. He moved on and showed me some exact similar products. He told me that these both are the same things and he hosts it for low budget people. He also explained me that these replicas have a corrupted memory ICs in them and hence they can store a lot of songs but cannot play more than 10-12. Such things are only meant to be used as Pen drives-cum-music players. I couldn’t respond to him being in trauma.
                              I really don’t know what I should do… I’m totally fed-up from shopping with eBay. I filed claim on my previous purchase also because the seller never shipped the item giving a fake tracking code. My experience with shopping on eBay is degrading every time. This time I’m damn disappointed! If the seller would have been In front of me when the shopkeeper told me that it’s a Chinese copy, I would have kicked the seller’s a** hardly! Sorry I don’t mean to be rude but this time I’m really disappointed and can’t control my anger. I was too much excited regarding my first Apple product but I got a Chinese copy!! The other reason behind this is my parents keep cursing me all day long after knowing the fact. I just want to punch the seller really hard so that he couldn’t cheat the buyers in future. I’m totally inclined on eBay guarantee for getting my problem solved. If police’s help could have been possible for the case, I wouldn't have hesitated to the visit the police station. My all excitement ended in a Chinese copy.
                              It’s my folded hand request from you kindly solve the issue ASAP else my parents will keep cursing me.

                                I have ordered mobile covers and a screen guard from ebay about 2 months ago. when i got the delivery i found that the delivery or the product was not according to my expectation.
                                so i called ebay customer care service several times for getting my money refunded and take their product back, but every time they kept on saying that you will receive a call from refund department and misbehaved with me. but i never received any call form any department of ebay.
                                So i request you to help me in getting my money refunded. i am not a rich man.

                                e bay — Annoying customer support by E BAY

                                Recently purchased a USB modem data card from E BAY through one of their re-sellers. Since the device was not working on my machine, the same was re-sent to the seller and claimed for the money re-fund. It's been more than 2 months now. The problem has not been resolved.

                                Reached them through mails, calls..but their customer support is so annoying. Each time a customer support executive picks the call and collects the details repeatedly but in vein.

                                Their customer support sucks!

                                e bay — no service post sales

                                Hi ,

                                I bought a new mobile(blackberry 9520) thru e bay on jan 3rd and current is getting passed in the backside of the metal body when i do charging. I wrote a mail to the dealer but they didnt respond me properly. Today when i call the cust care, they simply said that you should check prior to the sales and said that we cannot help you anymore. It costs rs.15k and now mobile is useless.

                                It was a bad experience and i wont buy anymore from and also wont recommend anyone.

                                  Im very frustrated with the service from Ebay India. They really are not bothered about their customers and definitely do not believe in customer service.

                                  Its a complaint that I have bought moblie cover(SamsungGalaxy SL/S PLUS / I9003/I9000/I9001 Back Detachable Flip Cover/Case) from Ebay on 21 March 2013 it got delivered on 23rd march 2013 when I opened the box product was defective I just called to customer care but they are least bother about the problem and not willing to help me out.

                                    www.eBay.in launched a promotion in February 2013 ( titled "eBay.in makes you richer)as per which customers buying in various slabs starting from Rs14999 were to receive free vouchers worth money starting from Rs1000. As per the scheme I followed the terms correctly and bought worth Rs 51000 and was entitled to receive a gift voucher worth Rs3500 by 15th March. Despite repeated reminders by me and promises on phone by their customer service I have till date not received anything. Nor have they sent any communication advising about the delay whereas they promised in the communication of the terms they would announce the delay if any in delivery beyond 15th March. The eBay team is working in a very funny and unscrupulous way trying to cheat me off my promised benefits and services leading to lot of heart burn, anxiety and trouble. I am having to spend loads of time chasing them on email and phone for the promised voucher but every time they give a new date and never deliver. Please help in sorting out and advise what more I should do to take this up and get them punished as well as get compensation for the wrong being caused to me.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S Duos phone in ebay india on 10.02.2013 for Rs. 12,006 from the Ebay Seller "MY ELECTRONICS", Mysore.

                                        And the Seller has to ship the product by 16.02.2013, and he failed to ship the item and ebay started refund process.

                                        On 16.02.2013 ebay started my refund and more than 15 days refund is processssinggggggggggg.

                                        Since Refund started from Paisapay, I confirmed with ebay customer care through mail/chat and call that I will cnfirmly get amount then I bought the same phone from other online site for rs.11300/- and waited for ebay refund.


                                        On 01.03.2013 the seller suddenly entered the shipping details, and EBAY PAISAPAY PUT MY REFUND ON HOLD ??? (Why ebay allowing the seller after refund has stared?)

                                        I spoke with seller and the order was cancelled and Seller also sent mail to ebay to refund my amount.

                                        In between this, several times I chat with ebay customer care, called, emailed soooo many time about my refund, they assured you will get it soon.


                                        Finally on yesterday 18.03.2013, in ebay chat with customer care end, they assured within tomorrow you will get the status.

                                        But nothing has been updated?

                                        Unwantedly EBAY PAISPAY is holding my amount more than 40days ? Is this fair ?
                                        Why Cheating customers like this ?
                                        Is I did any mistake ?They only failed to ship the item in time? even I waited for a long time ?

                                        Please help and take neccessary action on ebay india.

                                        If need I am ready to provide order details and all necessary documents/evidence.
