I was to receive my ebay.in order through trackon courier on 29th Jan.
Courier delivery boy called me to which i could call back after 20 minutes. He told me that he came to deliver the goods and since i did not receive the call, he has left. and subsequently asked me to come to a place 100 meter on the middle of the main road to collect, in a very rude and misbehaving manner. a kind of threat that either take it this way or later "he will see"

and today i had to call him thrice to get the courier. still he delivered it not on the addressed but asked me to come on main road and was aagin misbehaving and threatening to sign the receipt.

it is a case of harassment and mental agony despite the online payment made in advance for the order.

please note: on informing ebay yesterday there was no concern shown



i would request you to take appropriate action and let me know incase any steps need to be taken further from my end

    I am very disappointed with Online Ecommerce Site ebay.in

    In june 7th of this year ebay had this special offer were if you buy worth 10k-20k you can use there coupon code and get a Nokia 101 dual sim.
    i bought a sony xperia neo v which was 14k and used the coupon code and was able to place the order.i received the phone within a week and was happy but never got the gift item.i contacted there customer support and they said that gift item would be sent once the offer was closed and would take 45 days.. so i waited..but never got the gift item.. i tried to contact them through there online chat and every time i was told that there is delay and should get it by next week..it's December now over 6 and half months and still have not received and still when i call there customer support they say that there is a delay and i should get in next week... one of the customer replied told me that he have escalated the case and i should get a call back which i never did. After waiting for one week and shock to me i still did not got it so called again and this time the new rep from ebay told me the same thing that there has been a delay but its been shipped and gave me a tracking number for blue dart... and guess what??? that tracking number doesn't exist and when i call the blue dart they said that they have not recived any package from there end and this is a fake tracking number.... i think ebay is working to make some big scam ... please help someone to receive the gift item

    eBay Fraud — fraud

    I sold an item ( #[protected] to a Chinese American Dr. Q. Fan in Northborough, USA. For US$ 358. The person paid through paypal and I sent the item by registered mail. After that he claimed his money from Ebay (NOT paypal) as the item ‘was not received’ (Case # [protected]), so the amount was deducted automatically from my account. As fraud was very evident, I started an investigation at the Dutch postal Customer Service. I got a report that the item was received on the 12th of Febr. 2011. Ebay.com cannot read the report as it is written in Dutch. On his turn Ebay.nl refers to ebay.com. Ebay is en expert in giving replies without contents, that is to say they are very good in sending useless info and only refer to other sites, persons but they are not able to solve a matter like this. Moreover they are not interested doing this and they tolerate and reward this type of fraud. I stopped selling after 12 years. To me Ebay-protection is down to zero.

      I had purchase Sony Ericsson Bluetooth headset MW600 from (Shabbir Atther) http://www.shopper52.com through eBay.in. During selling the product they told these have one year warranty. But during the period of warranty the device do not power on. With telephonic conversation with him they told me to send the bluetooth device by courier for repair or replacement. I had send the device and Bill xerox by DTDC courier. Details are as below. More than three month they did not replace the product and they do not response to my call. Please look the matter.

        so I use my debit card of axis bank and all time i used it was failed.
        further i tried my debit card of SBI. it was also failed. and i could not paid Rs.2/- On next morning I am seeing that the bank balance in my both accounts are gone nill.
        I felt like slipping of my feet, I could not under stand. further how it is possible that when it showed failure message and i have not applied my password also, and how does the balance was deducted. In total i lost Rs.5510 from my axis bank account and Rs.1800/- from my sbi account.

          This is to inform as well as request you to come up with an helping hand resolve my issue.i have purchased an sony xperia phone(PAISAPAY id-[protected]) and when i bought it i entered a promtional gift coupon which promised me a samsung phone worth rupees 1400.This promotional coupon was BIGDADDY promotional coupon.now it has been more than 4 months but i still havenot received the gift.several times when i consulted the customer care,some said that u will receive the gift and u dont need to worry,some said that u need to wait till an official called u,some even told me the "BLUEDART" item receipt(no. [protected]) for the dispatch of the item,but when i cross checked with the blue dart official they told me that the the item with that number has never been booked with them.sir atleast i have tried 10 times with your company's representatives but was everytime disappointed with the cold results and with the same wrong bluedart number.

          So,i kindly request you to intervene into the matter and help me out with a solution to my problem.

            8gb Mp4 5th generation player of SFO USA+shakable,gravity...[protected] from ebay.in on 09/01/2013 for Rs 1699/-.
            I recieved it on 14/01/2013.
            It is not at all working properly.
            I was able to charge the battery using USB,and was able to feed some songs.
            But its unable to hear any music using this Mp4 device .

              I have ordered on ebay, a new hynix DDR-II 1 GB RAM with bill and warranty vide PaisaPay ID [protected]. The product delivered to me by the ebay seller mithilainfotech was 5-6 years old with HP logo. The logo of HP was clearly indicating this to be old and used part taken from some scrap. Unfortunately for me the product was not working also. I raised the ebay guarantee claim and surprisingly I found the reply from ebay that as the item is covered under warranty contact the service center. Those cheats even did not bother to confirm that product is dispatched with bill and product is same as ordered. I returned the product to seller in hope that he will replace the product. The seller sent me back another old and used product this time with Dell logo it was another old and used one I sent it back to seller and awaiting replacement or refund since last 02 months. The role of ebay in all this situation is of agent who claims his commission and turn his back on you. Thank you ebay I will make this fact know to every one that you people are big cheat and no one should buy anything from you and even if some one buy from ebay he will be at mercy of god.
              I have been trying to get my problem resolve from them since 29th apr. I have recd samsung powerbank from their marketplace. As soon as i got the material i call them reg. non reciept of Invoice and also realised that there is no invoice as the material is duplicate.
              Below is claim no to which no one is responding.

                I had bought a SD Card from ebay.in from seller gizmobhai for about 455.70Rs with paisa pay [protected]. I never received the item and complained regarding the same in the website. They said it will take nearly 7 days to refund. After waiting for more than 10 days I called up ebay and told them the same. Then they asked to wait for 10 more days stating sometimes it will take more time. Then after that I called them up 40-50 times and gave all my bank statements as a proof in many formats. They said the transfer is done from their side even after showing them all the proofs. I also had registered 20 complaints regarding the same. But after doing all these nothing happened and I totally lost my money.

                Ebay India is a fraudster company, never believe that website or the company.

                  i ordered one a day women multivitamin tablets from eBay.in website and received on 1 Jan , 2013 . I consumed one tablet and found after that the product expiry date was Feb , 2013. The product contains 60 tablets and meant to be used fully in 2 months. Now it is so disappointing to receive health products which are verge of expiry.

                  i registered the complaint with them on 3rd Jan , 2013 and they finally Communicated me on 9 Jan that , i have used that product so i cannot claim anything. so who is at fault. is it me who ordered or Ebay/seller who didn't even tried to check expiry date while delivering the product and not ready to take their mistakes. I need refund of my money and an appropriate explanation for this negligence .

                    I have purchase a Samsung 40 EH 5000 LED TV from ebay dealer Ultimatedeals (Item No.[protected]. I paid Rs.35499 through SBBJ on-line for it.
                    ebay paisa pay ID[protected], dated 17 September, 2012.
                    I received a TV with Bill of M/s Nagpal Brothers, M-13, Palika Bazar, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001, bill No. A 17547, Dt. 21.09.2012, amount Rs. 35499 (inclusive of VAT @12.5% Rs. 3945).
                    The dealer given an offer for 1 year ServePro Warranty with this purchase. But I was not received ServePro Warranty Card with the delivery of such product, I contact to dealer for it. They reply that the ServePro Warranty Card for my TV will directly sent from ServePro Warranty Services Pvt. Ltd.
                    Even after more than 3 months I have not received any ServePro Warranty Card.
                    I have so many try on dealer provided Mob. No. [protected], but this mobile No. found switch-off. I have send so many e-mails to dealer (ultimatedeals.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@members.ebay.in) and ebay ([protected]@eay.in, [protected]@ebay.com), but I have not received any reply for that.
                    In meanwhile the TV has same fault. In absence of ServePro Warranty Card, I unable to contact ServePro Warranty Services Pvt. Ltd. for service of my product.
                    I fell very helpless, so it is request you to please take fruitful action against dealer and solve my problem at your earliest.
                    An early action is required to avoid Consumer Court petition against ebay & dealer.

                    I think we should jointly take some action against Ebay/ the fradulent sellers. Even I had purchased a TV on ebay. Within the warranty period the TV developed a fault. The Samsung authorised centre has refused to provide free service saying this bill is not valid. Further, since the product is "made in Thailand", the service charges are Rs.5000 instead of the usual Rs.1000/-. All these things are not informed to the buyer. This is an unfair trade practice. I cannot contact the seller as both their phone nos are out of service.

                    I am sure the same group of people keep coming under different names, make a profit and then vanish, only to come back with another name.

                    Now I am in a fix as to what to do!

                    Even i am a victim of this fraud. I got a Sony Xperia mobile in March 2013 and was under 1 year but now just in 8 months it is not working. The sony service center are refusing to repair/ replace it as the bill provided by Nagapal Brothers is a hand written bill. Now the seller on Ebay (The Gadget Shop) nor the Nagpal Brothers who shipped the items are reachable. All their mobiles/ landlines are switched off.
                    Even Ebay has refused to help in this regard.

                      Here is a excellent example how Ebay will cheat you:

                      I had purchased a computer cabinet on eBay paid using PaisaPay on 20/11/12 from a seller named sale8shop from mumbai . Initially the seller never shipped the item, after repeated followups he finally shipped something. The the seller provided me with an airway bill number that was for something else. When i inquired with the courier company they told me that the courier was a document and was not in my name. So i called ebay and raised a claim for refund. After few days eBay rejected my claim saying that the product had been delivered as shown on tracking details. When i checked online for tracking of the product it shows that it is delivered to some person named " XYZ" , i have told this to eBay calling them at least 15 times, ebay seem to be least bothered.
                      Every Time i call up; ebay tells me that we will call you back and nothing happens. Im sick of calling them again again.

                      Note: the seller will provide you with fake Tracking No. (Airway bill no.) and then you will keep on following with courier company only to know that the courier wasn’t for you. When you raise claim with eBay, ebay will reject your claim stating that the product has been delivered as shown on tracking details online. The thing is that the courier company will not show the address where the material was delivered (online as well as at their office) , it will only show the city; here is where the seller takes advantage.

                      Thats the end, you’ve lost your money and can do nothing about that.

                      I found It was non functioning. I sent back After some time he send a cocounut in a parcel.
                      When I complaint to ebay paisapay, first they accept to give a part of money.but after one month they susbended my account .and they rejected my refund request.
                      So, beware on ebay.

                      ebay has cheated me too. I ordered an item and it never arrived. I opened a case and ebay said that the case was closed because the item had been delivered. It has never been delivered. How can ebay say this item was delivered? no proof was offered.

                      ebay also sold me (or one of their "sellers" sold me a defective tool I spent 4 1/4 days (all day each day) trying to get a refund or replacement.. Ebay told me to file a dispute with paypal. I did, and as soon as I did ebay told me that since I filed a dispute with paypal they would no longer honor the famous "ebay guarantee"

                      The list goes on but I'm sick of going on about it. I never had these problems until recently, but after I get (If I actually do get) what I have already purchased and paid for I will be staying away from this company which, apparently, has never heard of business ethics or honesty

                        My name is P N PAI and this is regarding one of the long pending issue pertaining to non receipt of gift against ebay purchases.

                        BIGDADDY06 is the gift voucher no PaisaPay ID [protected].

                        The item was purchased in the month of June 2012 and I have not received the same till date.

                        The Big Daddy promotion gift redemption was ended on 17th June and i was informed by ebay that, the dispatching of the gift was to be started on 18th of June itself.

                        Further also as per ebay.in the timeline to receive the gift is 45 to 60 working days. Further I was also asked to wait for the timeline to receive the shipment details In your registered e-mail id.

                        I have been in touch with ebay.in customer support regularly for last four months. Apart from getting assurances of delivery of the gift item from all the support staff attended chat or telecall, i have not received the gift.Today is 6th Jan 2013 & I have not received any communication nor the gift from ebay.

                        May I request resolution of this long pending issue please.

                          Hello Consumer Complaint
                          i ordered Sony xperia ion "Brand New Xperia ION (LT28h) - Sealed Pack"[protected] mobile from ebay.in n my paisa pay id is [protected].
                          i placed order on 12-12-12 but i didnt get any info related to shipping by seller till three days so i contacted the seller "ultimatemobiles" they said they will ship the phone within three days till 18-12-12 but on 17th they call me on my mobile number and said that they have stock shortage of black colour phone and they will ship the red colour phone i said ok send it to me but fast so they replied that you will get the item on the evening of 18th dec but i didnt get any shipment so i called them on the same mobile number but they didnt respond even i email them they also did not reply. and now they said they will refund but till date i didnt get my money back i contacted ebay many times even i send them my latest credit card statement which i used to pay money during order but still they are not returning my money ...
                          i am really afraid,, will i lose my money ?? i didnt get the the item too :(

                          my problem had been resolved ..ebay had refunded my money, and now i have no complaint against ebay.
                          Dear Team, I am having rahul_bimtech account from a long time. In starting I faced issues in most of the product I purchased from ebay. But Ebay great resolution system helped me to get my money back. After a gap of 1.5 month again I got some faith and started shopping from Ebay. Hopefully this time I was satisfied with the products. I have attached my last 5 transactions and my remarks with each item. Just Not I ordered my iphone cover and I found it was not even orginal what seller was claiming as KLD branded product on Ebay. I contacted seller, But in 5 days of time frame he has not responded. After That I made a claim through Ebay customer care which got rejected by saying "You have made so many claims earlier". I was not able to digest this reason. Your customer care executive was try to blame a customer. After that seller called me and asked me my personal account number to transfer my money back as he accepted issue with his product. Now I am not able to understand if Seller is accepting issue with product, then How can Ebay rejected a claim by saying that you made so many claims earlier. Now finally Seller is going to refund my money. and I will send his product back. But Now onward I will never shop from Ebay. Even highlight this issue to other my friends also, so that they could be saved from ebay cheating.

                          I bought that item on 20th August 2014 also i paid full money at the same date by my debit card and i was promised that i will get my item on 25th August 2014 but i didn&#039;t receive my item till now so, i have applied refund on 30th August 2014, when i see my ebay account the claim is still open, i am very frustrated about this, i also spoke, chatted and email with the ebay customer care agents they simply said wait for 48 hrs we will contact you, but i didn&#039;t get any response from their side i don&#039;t know how many 48 hrs i have to wait, around 20 days my money Rs.13, 999 /- hold on their hand i am very irritating, are they going to pay any extra rupees for this without giving any benefit they just hold my money Rs.13, 999/-. please do the needful.

                          I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with CSR he said that they are ready to refund the amount. Claim ID-656536, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 60 days to process the refund.
                          They are not refunding my amount of rs 300, which is generated from cancelled order.

                            I filed a complaint regarding an item (skullcandy metal jacket) and the claim I'd is 148346. Yet I have not got any resolution from seller and ebay claims team. i got a call from ebay claim adjuster (Mr. Samuel) few days back the seller was on conference and in front of claim adjuster he committed to give 300rs refund and the new piece of skullcandy metal jacket earphone but yet i have not received any response from seller nor ebay after filing so many complaints regarding the same. Everytime i asked to wait for 48hours. The item which I received is totally defective and fake and with no bill and no hologram on the product.                               I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet from the website by paying Rs 20,000 on 10th June 2012. The website showed a Big Daddy promotion at that time promising a free gift of 64 GB pendrive from Sandisk on any purchase of above 20000 rs. I got my tablet delivered on 13th of June, but till now i have not received my free gift. Moreover, I have been constantly trying to get this issue resolved through mails and phone calls to their customer support but to no use. Everyone gives more false promises of looking into matter but no one really cares. Their such ignorance and poor response have made me to take any extreme step to get justice. I don't care about that 64 gb pendrive which they promised but still have no idea where the hell it is, but i just want them to know power of consumer so from next time they don't treat customers like this. I have always been a loyal customer and have purchased may things from the website but did not knew they could drop to this level of neglegency. In other words i feel tortured by their customer support after contacting them so many times. Not just the representatives, but they all are corrupt to the manager level. No one there really cares how the customers are assisted. when try to mail them you will never get reply, and i[censored] get then they ask questions, you tell them more details then they sleep like they did not heard anything and customer keeps barking. if you try to contact them through chat, they just provide another email id to bark at and end the chat at their will. I really regret buying so many things from the website and giving them business of over 60-70 thousands till now. I would never suggest it to my friends or relatives and i also want to let other peoples know how they really are. They give ebay guarantee to make people trust in them but this company is totally fraud. I would be grateful to them if they just reply me in plane simple words that they will not give me my free gift so that i dnt contact them again and move forward to some higher lever where my plea gets heard. Tired of their customer support, truly worthless and pathetic.
                              I have always avoided buying from Ebay...
                              and even if you purchase from any online shopping company, buy only if you have cash on delivery.

                                Hi All,

                                I bought Samsung s2 on august 25th 2012 with mobile pe mobile offer. Even after 3 months haven't received the gift(Samsung c3322) .So let me know when i am going to receive the same. Customer care people are so rude. They don't know how to speak with customers. Whenever i call them they will say you will receive within this week.Like that already 1 month over. Even sometime they will give courier details to track which wont work in courier websites.And also they said they have escalated to promotion team with service request number 1-[protected]. But when i called last time and asked them to give update on service request they said its not created and i will escalate again with new service request number and promotion team will call you back. So many people from customer care told you will get a call from us but i didnt even received a single call from you people. Which is very bad.

                                I dont know what is happening in ebay.in. When you people cant give gifts why you promote fake offers.

                                  I have purchased Galaxy Note[protected] on 4th Dec, the ad said Powership(Ebay will courier) within 3 days.
                                  After I had paid money I got an email saying shipping deadline is 10Dec( 5 days)

                                  In between Calling up seller who has forwarded proof of emails sent to Ebay to pickup items as he is ready.

                                  Now on 10 Dec, Ebay Customer Care said we have escalated issue pls wait 24-48 hrs
                                  Same on 11 Dec, that exec did not about my 10 Dec complaint!

                                  On 12Dec, exec says that the time limit is 12 days so please wait, I asked him where it is written, he does not know. Tries to mislead me by saying 10 Dec deadline is not true.

                                  Ebay refund button not active, asking me to wait till 14th Dec.

                                  So, you can see how they misguide seller saying 3 days and then earn interest on the money for 15-20 days.It all depends on your luck if you get a proper item or refund after that.

                                  I had purchased a leather jacket from eBay on 25/11/2012 which turned out to be a rexine jacket when I got the delivery. I returned the item back to the seller and applied for refund with eBay Guarantee. On 08/12/2012 I got email from eBay saying the refund has been approved and the amount will be credited back to my bank in 3-4 working days. Today its 24/12/2012 I have not received the refund. I keep on calling eBay customer care and in reply they says its due to technical glitch please wait for another 3-4 days. The chain of "another 3-4 days" never seems to be ending. I will have to pay a huge interest to my credit card company due to eBya's negligence. Please help me get my refund alongwith interest.

                                    I have purchased Sony Ericsson Live mobile from eBay vide Paisa Pay ID:[protected], which has been delivered (Shipper) by Sankyo Electronics(Invoice number SE1491), Chennai and I received the item without Warranty card though said item was having warranty of 12 month by Sony India Ltd and same has been sought by eBay while purchased. After repeated correspondence by email and phone eBay as well as Sankyo Electronics promised to deliver but not yet received Warranty card so far. Finally mobile became faulty and contacted with Sony Ericsson Service Centre with the bill given by the dealer Sankyo Electronics but while checking by Sony Customer Service it has found said phone is delivered to me is "out of country" item. Again I contacted with eBay as well as Sankyo Electronics but nothing has been done by them till date. Though eBay replied and promised to call me but not called so far and in my second reminder they have not replied. Sankyo Electronics not bothered to reply at all. I want them to replace my mobile phone new and serviceable one with India warranty otherwise they should refund me money back earliest.

                                      I had purchased Quick heal antivirus pro 2013 software from ebay.in at 08.11.2012 and i got it on 16.11.2012.They had sent a pirated version and they had assured that the key is 100% original and they had mentioned that you got one month extra.After installation it couldn't ask key because it is demo version,regarding this i talk to seller they told me to enter the key after 20 days.but today 9.12.202 i entered the key and i had found the key is also duplicate regarding this i called the seller but no one is picking and i talked to ebay customer care but they simply saying eBay is not responsible for that.i was totally cheated by eBay and i recommend the people don't believe eBay.Plz some one help me to get my money back.

                                        This complaint is against Ebay.in. Ebay has launched diwali promotion for 2012 on which they were offering assured free gifts on purchase of goods from Ebay.

                                        I purchased a phone worth 31400 Rs from Ebay on which there were assured free gift of (approx 4000 Rs).

                                        The gift was to be reclaimed between Nov 26- DEC5, 2012.
                                        However, while claiming the gift the site shows that "you are not eligible for promotion'.

                                        On contacting Ebay several times they say that there is some problem with the sites but it would be solved. Now it is more than 10 days and the technical problem of reclaiming the free gift has not been resolved. It is ironic that every aspect of the site is working fine except the reclaiming link of Diwali promotion.

                                        I have sent many emails to Ebay but with no response. Also I saw a thread on Ebay forums that indicate that no one is able to reclaim the free assured gift. Please see the thread where many people are complaining about the issue.
