With due respect it is to inform you that i have received a fradulent mail in my rediffmail id from the ebay.com about some transaction of computer goods purchased which i had not done .

Pls suggest how to deal with this kind of fradulent transaction and stop this type of mail which is generated for further harresment.

    I am very disappointed with such a big branded website like ebay.in ....

    in may-june of this year ebay had this special offer were if you buy worth 20000 you can use there coupon code and get a 64 gb pen drive.
    i bought a sony xperia P which was more than 20000 and used the coupon code and was able to place the order.
    i received the phone within a week and was happy but never got the pen drive.
    i contacted there customer support and they said that pen drive would be sent once the offer was closed and would take 45 days.. so i waited..
    but never got the pen drive.. i tried to contact them through there online chat and every time i was told that there is delay and should get it by next week..
    it's December now over 7 months and still have not received and still when i call there customer support they say that there is a delay and i should
    get in next week... one of the customer rep told me that he have escalated the case and i should get a call back which i never did. escalation complaint number is 1-[protected] after waiting for one week and to no shock to me i still did not got it so called again and this time the new rep from ebay told me the same thing that there has been a delay but its been shipped and gave me a tracking number for blue dart... and guess what??? that tracking number doesn't exist and when i call the blue dart they said that they have not recived any package from there end and this is a fake tracking number.... i think ebay is working to make some big scam ... i just want to know how i can drag them consumer court and also get this issue to better business bureau...

    This complaint is against Ebay.in. Ebay has launched diwali promotion for 2012 on which they were offering assured free gifts on purchase of goods from Ebay.

    I purchased a phone worth 31400 Rs from Ebay on which there were assured free gift of (approx 4000 Rs).

    The gift was to be reclaimed between Nov 26- DEC5, 2012.
    However, while claiming the gift the site shows that "you are not eligible for promotion'.

    On contacting Ebay several times they say that there is some problem with the sites but it would be solved. Now it is more than 10 days and the technical problem of reclaiming the free gift has not been resolved. It is ironic that every aspect of the site is working fine except the reclaiming link of Diwali promotion.

    I have sent many emails to Ebay but with no response. Also I saw a thread on Ebay forums that indicate that no one is able to reclaim the free assured gift. Please see the thread where many people are complaining about the issue.

      EBAY MONSOON OFFER GIFT NOT DELIVERED
      I have bought one Panasonic 42 Inch LCD TV in the month June 2012 and at that ebay was offering monsoon offer and giving away Samsung Champ mobile if you purchase any thing above 30000.00. I bought LCD tv which was delivered by seller on time. Later I checked with ebay for my monsoon offer gift and they told it will take 45 days to process it and now it is 03 month my follow with different customer care executives going on. They are telling it is in process and it will take some time. I got really frustrated. it is not about the free gift of around 3800 rupees it is all about why they are cheating people by offering such attractive offer and later frustrate them with not giving it.

      Consumer court should teach them a lesson so they stop offering such offer.

            Hi,
            I have purchased a mobile from ebay, my paisa pay id is [protected] . I bought this on 11th Nov-12. I have contacted ebay customer care when my item was not shipped after 5 days, they said it will be shipped before 19th Nov-12. I have waited till 19th but didn't get any notification about shipment. I tried to contact seller (phone & email) also but not received any response. Since 19th I am contacting ebay customer care everyday atleast twice thinking that somebody will help me out, but everytime I get new date from your executives. Day before yesterday they said please wait till 24th your refund will be initiated. Today when I saw there is no change I again called customer care and now he is asking me to wait for another 5 days. I have raised a claim also for refund for which claim id is 141942 but no action on that as well.
            Please help me.

              I placed an order for purchase of Morphy Richards Comfigrip 40739 Technology Steam Iron on eBay.in on 31/10/2012 and remiited the cost through credit card.
              Solardigitalcam,the seller,contacted us over phone on 03/11/2012 stating that the desired model is not available with them & offered to ship another model of the product.But we refused & requested for refund the amount to which he agreed.
              But till date,we have received no refund from ebay .
              This online website has withheld the refund stating that the seller has appealed against refund.But the seller has informed that he has not made any appeal against refund The copy of mail from the seller to this effect is pasted below:

                hi,
                i had purchase a mobile-Motorola photon from the Ebay and paid full amount of it Rs.14000
                but seller shipped that item from TNT courier service as "DATA CARD" without any insurance
                that's why due to rough shipping mobile is totally broken
                so i filled the case against seller in Ebay court & my claim id is 131148
                Ebay guaranteed that they solve the case within 20 days, but today 23rd day but no any resolution or progress in the Case
                so want to case against the Ebay to refund my full money

                    I brought a (Product from pay pai id [protected] ) on 31/08/2012, I had asked to

                    use the promotion code to avail gift but due to internet problem I could not make a payment

                    After that i logged in and I paste the promotion code but it was showing error.


                    "only once u can use the promotion code" Then I called customer care and I ask for the help.

                    he told me that no need to paste promotion code it is already u have pasted it u make the payment


                    the transaction on the site, I could not use the code.

                    consulting with customer care on 17/09/2012 I was told I will get the gift but I did

                    not receive any, on subsequent complaints and follow up with the

                    customer care I was told that gift will be dispatched within 7 working days on 29/09/2012 and later again it

                    was denied. now (7/11/2012) there telling that u did not paste the promotion code we can not do anything

For that I entered a Friendship day Gift Code "YOBUDDY013 – Samsung E2222 (Mobile)". And I confirmed that I am fully eligible for the gift by ebay care peoples . But still I wont receive the gift Item from my-side. Already 70days crossed from the purchase date. Kindly help me for this problem.

                      Previously I sent some emails ([protected]@ebay.com) on 10-September-2012 for the same. But no response from Ebay.

                      And on 29-September-2012 I sent a email([protected]@ebay.com) to the ebay promotional team for the same. for that also no response from Ebay.

I called again on 04-November-2012. Again the ebay care person Srinivas asked me for Next SEVEN days time to issue the gift. But i did not get.

                      Now they told the Gift Item not in market. So they will issue a cash coupon for the worth of the gift(Samsung E2222 Mobile). For that they need again NEXT 15 days.

                      Kindly consider this complaint and help me.

                          Ebay is cheating sometimes.

                          I placed order on 19th oct. The timeline for shipping item is 26th oct. My item not shipped within that time line. I mailed to the seller on 23rd oct at 12.57PM and also i called him. But the seller not responds. I mailed ebay customer support regarding this on 26th oct but they did not reply. I contacted customer support thorough mobile on 29th regarding this. They said within 48hrs my money will refund. But it’s not happen. Again i mailed regarding this on 30th oct. Still no reply. I called ebay customer support on 31st oct. The conversation happen more than 15 min. Finally they said to contact the seller. So I accept that and called the seller.

Ebay also not respond. Where is my money? I don't know. What can i do for this? Please someone help to get my money back. Refer the attachment.

                          ebay.in are protecting its sellers even if they cheat on the buyers. Ebay do not accept direct complaint but used a lot of paraphernalia to misguide the buyers thereby protecting its unscrupulous sellers who go on cheating the public.

                          Be careful of ebay tactics - you cannot complain nor write directly to ebay in case of any problem you faced with cheating sellers.

                          I sent mononey for the cost of mobile phone through online bank trasfer. The sellers confirm that they received the money but after more than one month they do not send the item nor refund the amount Writing to ebay is like searching a pin in the hay stack. Tbhey dont bother abouy you - so watch out ebay will mess up your life and your money.
                          Sir- Ordered for a coffee percolator from ebay.in. The image shown in the website is deceivingly blown big and description is also misleadingly said to be 4-cups capacity. On receipt of the product on delivery the product was shockingly small like a child&#039;s toy. It could hold only 1-cup of water. Then how 4-cups is mentioned..?? Amount of Rs.1300/- inclusive of shipping was collected which was only for 4-cups and not for this single-cup. Thus I allege cheating and seek REFUND. Applied for claim and received NO PROPER response. A mock inquiry was conducted between me and SELLER[??] And a predetermined decision of REJECTION of claim was announced by the ebay.in staff appointee for negotiation. She was one sided and supported the seller Kitchenmart-executive Chetan Jain. Thus the ruling was one sided and my claim was summarily rejected as expected. This is the modus oprandi of the dubious business of eba.in defrauding the Indian customers. I request CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN to pursue in my interest and also in others who are victimised like me...

                          On June 23, 2014 I had ordered for one Luxcine C5 projector worth 34000. The deadline they gave me for delivery was on July 1, 2014. The projector was delivered only on July 3, 2014. I was shocked to see a bunch of magazines (Water Pump and some fortnightly magazines) in the case of the projector. I honestly don&#039;t know who to blame for it. Ebay or the Seller? I have tried to contact the seller but to no avail. I have talked to Ebay represntatives but the only reply or the most uniform replies from all those chats and talks was, &quot;Could you please hold while I checked the system for your details?&quot; and after waiting for about 10-15 minutes, all the representatives have replied monotonously, &quot; A case representative will get back to you within 24 hrs or 48 hrs or 72 hrs.&quot; It has now almost been a month. I am fed up of it and will be cautioning all my contacts never ever to buy from Ebay.in again. One thing totally unexpected was the parcel came in wrapped with Shopclues.com wrappers...                           I ordered a Blackberry Z10 mobile phone on 8th Sep, 2014. And credit the amount of the phone 14, 199INR for eBay.
                          After three days(on 10th sep) I got a mail of cancellation of the order( because of out of stock) and they will refund the money in next 2-3 days.
                          So if they doesn&#039;t have the stock, then why they deduct the amount.
                          i ordered a mobile zen ultrafone 303 3g paisapay id:[protected] on ebay.in on 2 feb.
                          And untill it is not delieverd to me when i contact ebay they tell me that it is delivered to wrong person in Ajmer while i m in firozabad up When i told to refund they are excusing.

                          Not Dilverd the camera

                          Respected sir, i am purchased the SONY CYBERSHOT DSC W830 DIGITAL CAMERA 20.1MP : 8x OPTICAL ZOOM : HD VIDEO on ebay.in 21/10/2014 11:10 PM. But still i don't get the camera or refund too. Please help me out from it.

                            I purchased item id[protected] on September 28, 2012 from seller nirajk11 who never answered my email or phone call after I made payment but he shipped the item on October 3 through DTDC AWB No. – Z74645428 and DTDC delivered it to a wrong place on October 4.
                            I contacted DTDC and they said that the person who delivered the item at wrong place have left the job.I emailed DTDC but I am unable to get any kind of help from them.
                            Paisa Pay initiated the refund as seller didn't marked shipped but they then told me that seller have showed us a proof and that I hae recieved the item and then I raised a claim through Ebay Gurantee and they did the same they called me and told me that seller have showed us the proof and that they are closing the case.
                            I asked DTDC for the DRS copy and I found out that no relation is mentioned by the receiver.
                            I have opened a case on seller as a last hope but I am not seeing any hope with it also..
                            I do not know what to do now...
                            I would suggest everyone out there that buy only from websites which offer cash on delivery option.

                                I have bought an item from ebay. Then told me to deliver item within 1 month. When I contacted them after 1 month, they didn't respond and told me that it might take more days. Then still after 2 month, they are not able to deliver me. So I need my money back. When I contacted ebay resolution center , it told me that I have done payment using paypal so I must contact paypal. When I contacted paypal, they told me to contact ebay. When I have contacted ebay customer care , they told me to contact ebay.Com[international one], but I am unable to make isd call, and their india toll free number never picked up my call.So do the needful.
                                Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

                                  Regarding eBay global easy buy. When you place an order they do not ship it. 75% of my global easy buy orders have never been shipped. They give 10 days as shipping time and further take 7 days to make refund , in all nearly 20 days. Now if you take all the money from similar un shipped transaction and take that money, you can easily have enough money for you to run another business , maintain legal books or use that money for running cost daily expense

                                  My complaint is,
                                  1) Why do you take orders that you know you'll fail to ship
                                  2) Once know it will not be shipped why do you take so long for refund. When you charge money instantly then return it instantly.
                                  3) Even after my numerous email, they do not respond.

                                    Hi,
                                    This is regarding a complaint for the shopping I did on ebay.in with PaisaPay ID [protected].
                                    The amount got debited from my account on 9th Oct 2012 but as of today i.e. after 1 week the transaction still shows as Processing.
                                    I called up ebay customer service 3 times and each time I am told to wait for 24 hrs.
                                    They are not even ready to refund the money nor are ready to process the order.

                                    The shows that the EBAY GUARANTEE is a FRAUD.

                                    Is there any way I can escalate this.

                                      I purchased the Morning Walker machine for my aged Dad from Ebay.in Details as below:

                                      Delivery type: FREE Flat Rate Courier - Delivery anywhere in India
                                      Payment done: PaisaPay ID [protected] dated 1th Sept.

                                      I suppose to receive parcel by and before 19th. I felt lucky to see parcel on 19th and demanded with delivery charges by courier guy. I got the feedback that DTDC that they have tie-up with EBAY but parcel is directly from seller. so I have to pay the money. I had purchased the product from Ebay and expected free delivery as mentioned.
                                      I refused to pay the extra money and returned the parcel and opened the refund case with Ebay.

                                      Even though I opened the refund case and not confirmed item received, I got the mail by ebay on 25th saying "This is to inform you that the item "Walker Jogger Walking Machine Morning Chi Exercise Equipment icod "[protected] has been treated as received by you."
                                      I felt very cheated seeing this mail as how the system in ebay works. The payment to seller has made even before acknowledging refund case.

                                      Till date 7th Oct, I got two calls from Ebay saying we will contact seller and look after refund with no positive response. I had to call 5-8 times so far and every time the same feedback.
                                      I am still waiting for my refund. Neither I will deal with ebay in future nor recommend anyone to go for it. Very unresponsive in terms on conflicts.

                                      Please help in my refund in this cheating case as I am not receiving promising feedback from ebay. My money is blocked since 28 days.

                                        I have made on-line purchase transaction on 1/10/2012 on EBay's on-line shopping for a purchase of micromax A100 model smart phone ( paisapay ID [protected]) for an amount of Rs10199.00 through icici online bank transfer. The payment has been transferred to EBay instantly as hot payment. I have verified with my banker's side that the payment has been passed to them. After so many calls and mail there is no response from EBay. simply they are saying the payment has not been received because of some technical problem of theirs. I am totally disappointed about the attitude of such a big on-line company. I want the transaction to be cancelled and the money to be refunded immediately.
