on transaction page i used the coupen " BUYONEM002 "
i gave apply and showed it ll be shipped from 15 to 45 days .
on done transaction of rs.13099.
on enquiring to customer care they r denying tat i have not given coupen code so i wont get tat micromax mobile which you ppl have promised in tat offer.
kindly track my request coz if i dont get i have to file my case in consumer court india.
coz i have all the transaction documents to prove.

    i am prashant i have a complaint regarding the email's im getting for some "sellers account" .

    please let me inform you that i have never applied for anything kind of sellers account i use ebay for buying purpose. i am an intermediate student. im just 17years of age i dont need any sellers account but then why am i asked to pay for seller's account. this is totally unfair by ebay india.

    i strongly request you to stop sending such emails since i never applied for such thing as i am a student and need such things.

    please it's really a strong request you to rectify the issue. please do contact me for further information.

      Dear Sir/Mam
      My ebay id is smdshopkkp01635. I sold an item no.[protected] and its paisa pay id is [protected]. The item was delievered to the buyer but ebay put my payment on hold. I have provided tham with all the documents at [protected]@ebay.com. The status of the delievery is available at http://115.248.81.242/HomePage.aspx and tracking no. is[protected]. Please do something otherwise i will take a legal action against ebay. They harrased me alot. The proofs that i have provided tham are:
      1) Online delievery proof screenshort.
      2) Run sheet signed by buyer
      3) OnDot reciept.

      This is the worst expirience of selling on ebay.

          This is with regard to the claim ids 118609 & 118610.We have purchased these two products (item id:[protected] &[protected] on 31/08/2012 and took the delivery henceforth.The products we got were just not in the condition which we were expecting ebay to deliver us.

          Product1:Nicer Dicer with item id:[protected] was found in a broken state and the quality was just not acceptable based on the experience of my previous nicer dicer

          Product2:Prime Kitchen Dispense,item id:[protected] was again not in any convincing situation.The product was of cheap made,the blades were blunt and neither the holders could clasp the rolls.The whole purpose of buying went in vain.Not mentioning the quality of material being below the cost we have bought it for.

          I have been a regular customer and a regular follower of ebay,but this purchase has been a double whammy for me and discouraging.

          We have constantly been following this with customer care representatives but till now nothing has happened.Whenever we called they say that they have escalated the case and we should receive a call within 24 hours, but till now we have not received a single call from any ebay representative.

          EBAY — Nicer Dicer

          Ordered Nicer Dicer through Ebay. Shipping was fast but the Quality is dead cheap. The product is a duplicate of orginal Nicer Dicer. Labels and graphics are similar to original but product is fake.

          Ebay should check the product quality too while allowing sellers to sell item via its website.

            please ebay.In par kabhi order na kare kyuki customer care sahi nahi hai , na to koi reply/Call karti hai aur na hi koi mail... aap pahle customer care call karke dekho 20 min to hold karke rakhna padta hai

              I am a student & my this complaint is against ebay and M/s Mark Infotech( 511, Damji Shamji Trade Centre, Vidyavihar(West), Mumbai-400086 as I had booked a Gadmei UTV 302E(Inv No. MI/09/489) on ebay which was being supplied by the forementioned retailer. The card was maloperating and I reported the matter to ebay( Claim ID 120617) and informed the same to the retailer and requested both to refund the money. The response from both has not been satisfactory so far. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as it is very inconvenient for me.

                This classic case of malpractices including misleading,misrepresentation, distortion and manipulating of facts by eBay and encouraging false promise through its associates dealer. And subsequently manipulating the facts (negative feedback about its services). It has cheated me with the upfront paid money Rs 25398/- paid on 04.08.2012,and without delivering the product and services as claimed in its portal.
                Unfortunately, going by these misleading claims including protecting the consumer interest, I was enticed by the e Bay to put on-line orders. The sequence of events developments are as follows:-

                04.08.2012: Based on their misleading claims, placed on line order for 32” LED TV for Rs 25398/- (includes transportation charges upfront) on 04.08.2012, that was suppose to be delivered in 3 days on the occasion of my daughter birthday on 09.08.12. I was assigned e Bay ID [protected] for this transaction.
                09.08.2012 : Against all its claims, dealer failed to deliver the product in the stipulated time limit, the day I was expecting this product to be delivered as a birthday surprise gift to my daughter.
                13.08.2012: Against these false and misleading claims, registered the protest on e Bay portal and applied for refund.
                14.08.2012: Thereafter, dealer start harassing me to remove this negative feedback. On my refusal, he, in connivance with e Bay, manages to remove this feedback ( mean to alert other innocent users). This feedback is usually critical in decision making to buy on line product(and I too checked it prior to putting the on line order).
                14 to 17 .08.2012: Starting getting flood gates of harassing calls from e Bay Call centers to accept the product, unconditionally, else they shall forfeit the upfront paid money Rs25398/-. Which they did finally, as I decided not to accept these unethical practices.
                Immediately and thereafter,till date, have written number of repeated request , to eBay on this sensitive issue. But alas! they even did not bothered to reply it. Unfortunate the only interface is so called customer care(read harassing )center , without any accountability. And my latest e Bay complaint docket number [protected], dated 24.08.2012, in this regard also goes in vain. e Bay, even refuse to give address of its associates dealer to lodge police complaint against this cheating. The dealer operates under eBay user id : globalfaredeal2012, named Rajesh Gupta, listed mobile: [protected], and no address listed.
                Sir ! I have already lost my upfront paid money as well peace of minds. Requesting you to help me in bringing such fraudulent people to the justice. As a poor harassment consumer, I also want refund o[censored]pfront paid money with suitable compensation for this mental agony and harassment. Please guide me how to proceed on this and where to file the case in consumer court at Mumbai ( I stay at Deonar/Anushskti Nagar area of Mumbai)

                  I bought an eBay Item "Hush Puppies Men Formal Shoes - Size 8 | Article Code -8546956" from ebay.in but now i got a mail stating that the seller is unable to ship the item , Whereas the same item is available at ebay on almost double the price. my item no #[protected].                   I shopped for over Rs.10,000 on www.ebay.in a and as per the republic day offer was to receive a free samsung mobile worth Rs.1000. Its been over 2 months since the offer but I haven't received the mobile yet. I have made numerous calls to ebay but customer service has been of no help. My calls are either placed on hold for ages or the agents simply hang up. My ebay user id is (mandark13).
                  I have pain Rs 27, 000 online on 4 Oct 2014 for mini projector but till date product or refund is received.uii

                    I bought an item online on Ebay. The seller didn't ship the item and my refund request was initiated. However the refund request was put on hold. It's been more than 35 days since I bought the item and I am yet to receive it. The customer care has been pathetic. I have tried contacting them through chat, through email and through phone as well. I even opened a case no. 115169, but now when I search for my case it shows there is no such case available. The customer care does not reply to my email messages, and I cant open a new case or even find the existing one. Whenever I try to open a new case through the resolution center it says "You cannot open an Item Not Received case. You paid for this Item with PaisaPay." When I called the customer care, everyday they say the same thing that within 24 hours you will get a call back regarding the status of shipment. I guess I have nowhere to go but file a case with the consumer court.
                    Same case with me...can u tell me how to open consumer case ?

                      This is regarding teh freegift promtion in ebay. This is anew conspiracy to cheat people. The plan is that if you buy more than 5000 you will get free gift and no condition was written in the free gift.To avial the free gift you need to give promo coode for each time you buy.
                      I bought a 7 inch tablet of Rs 4999 which I was getting lesser in other site like india times.I bought it to avail the free gift scheme. Again to get the gift I have to buy more than 5000. So I bought a tablet case of rs 350. Both of the trnascation I did is online.
                      Now they delivered the tablet to me and did not delivered the case.So when I asked them regarding this they told me that it has been refunded and you will not get the free gift as well. Is it my fault that they did not deliver the item???

                        Hello Online Sellers,

                        We are on Ebay for 10 years . We have been selling our collection online on Ebay for quite long time. We hold very good reputation with customers. We would like to make sellers on Ebay aware of action and way Ebay India handles cases.

                        On 26th August our Ebay store suddenly went offline . We had no information , no communication, email from anyone . We had invested in production process for catering Ebay buyers. Since 26th we have been following our account managers, category manager based in Mumbai head office, nothing has been done yet , today is 4th Sept-2012.

                        We had around 600 styles online , Premium store with 99% + positive feedback .

                        We got in touch with concern person, they never mail you whats the problem, they speak on phone , giving excuses, which is not easy to digest . Waiting for long time , finally we have decided to get out of Ebay platform .

                        I am attaching our feedback score, our compliance status from Ebay .

                        Reason for writing on this forum is to make new sellers, young business minded people aware what Ebay can do and how they operate .

                        1) If you are trying something new on Ebay please do not sell : Ebay will study your sales and get new competitor on board .Ebay is not bothered about you, they are concerned about sales and getting commission ( which is very high ) . Do not introduce any new concept or product on Ebay India .

                        2) If you are confident about your product, maintain your own website and sell on your own platform , do not use Ebay , thinking it will give you huge sales. It does not work that way, you will landup paying heavy commission , get into customers who will black mail wanting you to do what you can't do , threatening about negative feedback .

                        My advise to new young sellers , online entrepreneur is to it may take time, but promote your own website , nurture your own platform and website .

                          We have heard a lot about your channel and that is why we are writing to you from Nepal.

                          I had purchased 6 nos camera from E-Bay and paid accordingly but I received only 1 nos camera and a bill for 1 nos as well.

                          For the delivery of balance 5 nos camera, I followed up E-bay many times but they simply ignored by quoting the reference of their policy that they entertain any claim within 30 days from the date of payment after which we need to contact the vendor directly. However our claim was within 30 days, they are ignoring us.

                          We would like to ask that even if 30 days has elapsed, is E-bay not at all responsible considering the fact that we make transactions with E-bay because of our faith in their market goodwill without any appraisal of supplier.

                          I am attaching herewith the details of my correspondence with E-bay.
                          It will be very nice of you if you kindly put the matter forward and bring us the justice.

                          i Mr BEG RAJ RAI had ordered a lenovo net book from e-bay on Jan 19, 2012 19:51:40 IST model no Lenovo Netbook S Series Mini S[protected] qty) order no [protected] for Rs.14663. through my SBI debit card, the e-bay customer care called me back after three days saying that the said product was out of stock and said that my amount deducted from my account will be refunded in two days. Now it has been a month, so far my amount was not returned in my account, I would like to know about the unnecessary trouble that i am facing for the product and why my amount is not being refunded?                             Credit card EMI purchase on EBAY.in

                            I had purchased a costly sony zoom digicam item code[protected] through Axis bank credit card emi of 6 month option. The purchase price for item was Rs 20133/- + Rs 512.83/- as EMI charges taken by ebay . My ebay user id kavade1984.
                            I received the item from ebay seller after making my payments through interest free EMI option. However, I was surprised to see my credit card bill. The entire amount i.e. Rs 20133/- + Rs 512.83(EMI charges) was charged in single month to me.
                            I contact ebay through their customer care toll free number - They say that they have approved the EMI now the bank has to convert it to EMI. On contacting the bank, the bank says it has to be done by merchant. It is like a bull run here and there with no solution. Finally I wrote to customer care of Axis bank credit card and they are saying a whole different story - "WE DON'T HAVE ANY OPTION OF EMI purchase WITH EBAY"
                            What is going on? If there is no emi option how come they charged 512.83/- as emi processing fee. Now i have to make full payment or they will charge interest which is head blowing (1.5% per month on principal - which is around 1500 per month for three months)
                            If any one has faced such problem and has got solution; please let me know through email given at end of this complaint. I shall be grateful to you. We have to be as a team of aware customers to fight against fraud like this. Such fraudsters get away when we keep silent.
                            I had made this costly purchase only because it was available for purchase under EMI option. But this type of cheat and fraud has seriously impacted my financial condition. It is almost a month salary to a person like me with a family to look after.
                            Can anyone suggest me what action can I take against Axis or Ebay to get what is promised to customers? I have all valid documentation from Ebay as well as bank email correspondences required to sue these criminals but dont know how to proceed.

                            See what reply the bank has given to me. This indicates that some sort of customer cheat process is going on in online transactions. How could we consumers be safe against such frauds. A site (ebay) mentions emi facility on Axis credit card, now the transaction is done, the bank says there is no such tie up with ebay. Worst the site( ebay) also charges emi processing fees and customers like me get billed for entire amount including the emi processing fees in one single month- This is simply absurd. As per conversation below bank is asking me to speak to Ebay. And ebay is asking me to visit bank as they say that they have processed the emi and now it is banks responsibility to convert it to EMI. Its end of month now since I am debating on this issue of emi facility and surprisingly ebay is quite on this and Axis is trying its best to avoid taking any moral/legal responsibility for such frauds.
                            What is more surprisingly - that ebay is still continuing the emi offer with Axis credit card in emi payment option and Axis is silent while Ebay is minting money by cheating customers.

                            BANK's Reply below:

                            Dear Mr. Kavade,

                            This is with reference to your e-mail with regards to 0 % EMI offer for e-bay purchase done:

                            We need to clarify that, Axis Bank does not have any offer / tie up with E-Bay to provide the purchase amount into easy EMI @ 0 % interest as stated from your end.

                            However, we would request you to kindly take up your complaint with the merchant as the offer is been done from the merchant's end and not by Axis Bank.

                            We also need to inform that, Axis Bank credit card has been the mode of payment towards the purchase done on E-Bay website by the cardholder.
                            Further, the EMI facility is available to the new customer(s) also for the minimum purchase of Rs. 2, 500/- done on their card account.

                            Further, the emi tenures are for 03, 06, 12 & 24 months respectively for only retail transactions and not for any other cash withdrawal / total outstanding due/ Balance transfer on the card account.

                            However, incase if the customer wishes to avail the EMI for his purchases done in future then the customer needs to ensure that there should be no cheque return charges in last 03 months to his card account.

                            We also need to clarify that, the total reward points would be purged off once the transaction is been converted into EMI facility and the posting date should not be more than 20 days old.

                            Further, there would an processing fee of Rs. 150 or 1.5% of the principal amount (whichever is higher) as a one time fee that would be levied to your card account and there would be a service tax @ 10.30 % on processing fee, EMI interest.

                            However, if the customer wishes to pre-close the EMI facility before the tenure opted then he would be charged with Foreclosure charges @ 3 % of Principal (EMI) outstanding.

                            In the light of above clarifications, we trust we have answered your query with regards to EMI facility available on your Axis Bank Card Account with regret to accommodate your request further and seek your co-operation on the demand raised at your end.

                            Something needs to be done for such cheats by ebay. As ebay says they have informed the bank for EMI conversion.                               I placed order for a Dell Mini laptop on 26-6-12 with parfumcorner and received the product on Jul 01, 2012. On my attempt to register the product on Dell website, it was found that the product was sold in 2010 and its warranty was over in January 2012. It was also found that the battery supplied was one of 3-cell and not a 6-cell one. Hence the charge stays only for 3 hours and not more than 7 hours as described in the eaby website. Moreover I didn't receive the bill of the product. I contacted the seller regarding all these and he responded to do good within a short time. But after 2 weeks gone by when I did not receive any output, I decided to raise a claim under ebay Guarantee on[protected] and on 17-7-12 I was confirmed my claim ID. I was made to understand that my claim will be entertained within 7 days. But after one month gone by when I did not receive any response from ebay I contacted the customer support on[protected] and then on 17-8-12 one Mr. Mukesh called me up and said that as because the product was lying with me for over 1 month, my claim cannot be entertained. Moreover, he closed the case with a note that the issue has been resolved by the buyer with a mutual understanding with the seller, which is an absolute lie. If this be the customer relation of ebay, I am sorry to say that its repute will soon be at stake. Even the local grocery shop owners are more genuine than this online selling giant. I once again report my difficulties here:

                              1) no bill of purchase as yet received. This is very vital for warranty. I have also come to know from DELL website that the product was sold to you in UK during 2010 and its warranty is over in 2012.

                              2) the battery provided with the product is a 3-cell battery and not a 6-cell one. The battery life as claimed (more than 7 hrs.)is far from reality -- it only lasts maximum up to 3 hrs.

                              3) the adapter plug does not fit into the socket

                                I have made 3 purchases from Ebay for GYM equipments on 20th of August. Ebay gave me a 6 months EMI option for the same (Order 1: Rs.7998/-, Order 2: Rs.3374/- and Order 3: Rs.3276/-). I was also charged with an additional convenience charges for the amount to be converted into EMIs (For Order 1: Rs.203.73/-, For Order 2: Rs.85.94/- & For Order 3: Rs.83.45/-). I used my Standard Chartered Bank credit card for these purchases. As I know that 22nd of every month is my billing cycle, I called up Standard chartered customer care to check the balance outstanding I was shocked to know that the total amount of Rs.15021.12 is going to be billed in the current month itself as they don't have any communication from Ebay on the amount to be converted as EMIs. Yesterday I made 3 calls to ebay and 4 calls to SCB. The end result, SCB says no communication from Ebay and Ebay says we have a preset agreement and we cannot share those communications as its a bank to bank communication. I have also tried chatting with Ebay support (Transcript No: SR#[protected]​42) today morning and also called up ebay customer support officer. Now they come out with a new story that SCB has blocked your amount and you can pay the 1st EMI from next month. But the point is, when I again called up SCB today, they are saying that the bill has been generated and it includes the complete amount I have ordered on Ebay (Bill to be sent in 3 days). This whole ordeal has put me under so much pressure and pain. i feel Iam cheated on multiple grounds. No: 1. I have been charged Rs.374/- for emi conversion (even though the emi has not been converted). No.2: if a customer wants an emi from a particular dealer, he/she has to buy products worth > Rs.2500/-. I chose three vendors and though my requirement was for < 2500 from 2 vendors, I ended buying stuff which I didnt need presntely just to vail the emi option. No.3 : If I go with SCB's words, I end up paying the whole amount + Rs.373. If I go with ebay's words, I will pay only 1/6th of Rs.15021 currently, but there is a high risk of SCB charging me for part payment. Iam frustrated, confused and irritated. Hope some one here understands this plight of a customer. Iam ready to provide the email copies received from ebay (confirming the emi option) and my contact details. I would be thankful is the issue is resolved before my payment deadline ie 13th September, 2012.

                                  The most poor service provided by any online shopping web site.

                                  I place an order for three items,

                                  I was not notified that item was out of stock, I went ahead and they accepted the payment,

                                  After 3 days I get a message that said items are out of stock as reported by seller, and payment will be refunded to my account,

                                  There was no mention when I would get the refund through their paisa pay service nor has the money been received as yet after 2 weeks,

                                  I tried looking on their web site for customer care email id and was linked from one page to another without any clearly display of number or email id.

                                  Finally I found the number and did call, was put on hold for 16 mins!! and when the cust care rep did come online she was least bothered to know in details and said she didn't have enough authority to resolve the issue, and gave me some email id to mail the entire story to.

                                  Thus I was made to go around in circles, made to waste my one week for 3 small orders, and finally told the money will be refunded without any clear indication within how many days etc., my online complaints and email complaints were not acknowledged not replied to.

                                  This only highlights the poor service and selection of sellers/vendors by ebay.in

                                  A total waste of time, Don't ever shop on www.ebay.in

                                    He started a deal on ebay for selling BSNL tabs. Ebay was careless enough to list his item on the main page only to fool the customers.I along with 240 customers ordered this BSNL tab which was never bound to be delivered. The Android.curve1 seller entered fake shipping details of first flight on 5th August and mentions in the note that the product will be shipped on 10th.The product will never be shipped as the seller is fake. First flight has not issued the tracking number that this seller has provided. Sellers phone is switched off and he never replies to mails. His negative feedbacks on ebay have risen to 160 in last 4 days and now he has also made his feedback private so that no one reads the negative comments !He is a complete fraudster and ebay.in is fool to have such people run fake campaigns and that too on main page with 240 people buying

                                      I sold a mobile phone on eBay.in with my user id : ELECTRONYXBAZAAR to buyer : SHAILESH KUMAR SINGH, NUNGAMBAKKAM , CHENNAI.
                                      The buyer found the phone faulty ( don't know for what reason , it was just a software problem he could have solved it himself )
                                      But rather asking him to do it himself, I told him to send the phone back and I will provide him a replacement for the purchase as per policy.
                                      Before receiving the faulty phone from the buyer , we had shipped a new replacement for the purchase only on TRUST factor.
                                      We received the package (DTDC F[protected] on[protected] which was found to be EMPTY from inside and there were other materials found inside the consignment - Times of India newspaper , Chennai Edition of 15 June 2009 and a GOOGLE ADWORDS ENVELOPE with NUNGAMBAKKAM SEAL ON IT (PLEASE CHECK IMAGES)
                                      The phone wasn't inside the package and was reported to the BUYER , DTDC Courier and eBay on[protected] itself.
                                      The BUYER SAID HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING, He's JUST SEARCHING FOR THE CASE.
                                      DTDC PEOPLE SAY - WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS THE CONSIGNMENT WAS NOT INSURED and UNDECLARED.
                                      eBay CUSTOMER CARE - THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO THIS MATTER WHEN I SEND THEM AN EMAIL AND MESSAGE THROUGH CONTACT US.
                                      Now after sending the new phone the buyer has found the new replacement also FAULTY.
                                      The phone wasn't faulty anyhow, the buyer had raised a claim through eBay Guarantee and Claims Department for Product not as described.
                                      eBay Guarantee and Claims are saying that the buyer will ship the phone back to you and the refund will be approved.
                                      BUT HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT IF THE PHONE IS NOT FAULTY , THE BUYER WILL SHIP IT BACK AND WE WILL PROVIDE CLAIM FOR THAT.
                                      They are not LOOKING IN TO MY PROBLEM, I've INCURRED A LOSS OF RS.38000/-.
                                      THEY ARE JUST SAYING THE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.
                                      NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO, THEY (eBay) representative said WE WILL PROVIDE REFUND 'ANYHOW' FROM YOUR ACCOUNT TO WHOM THE AMOUNT WAS CREDITED FOR PURCHASE.
                                      I TOLD THEM WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH A CLAIM.
