This classic case of malpractices including misleading,misrepresentation, distortion and manipulating of facts by eBay and encouraging false promise through its associates dealer. And subsequently manipulating the facts (negative feedback about its services). It has cheated me with the upfront paid money Rs 25398/- paid on 04.08.2012,and without delivering the product and services as claimed in its portal.
Unfortunately, going by these misleading claims including protecting the consumer interest, I was enticed by the e Bay to put on-line orders. The sequence of events developments are as follows:-
04.08.2012: Based on their misleading claims, placed on line order for 32” LED TV for Rs 25398/- (includes transportation charges upfront) on 04.08.2012, that was suppose to be delivered in 3 days on the occasion of my daughter birthday on 09.08.12. I was assigned e Bay ID [protected] for this transaction.
09.08.2012 : Against all its claims, dealer failed to deliver the product in the stipulated time limit, the day I was expecting this product to be delivered as a birthday surprise gift to my daughter.
13.08.2012: Against these false and misleading claims, registered the protest on e Bay portal and applied for refund.
14.08.2012: Thereafter, dealer start harassing me to remove this negative feedback. On my refusal, he, in connivance with e Bay, manages to remove this feedback ( mean to alert other innocent users). This feedback is usually critical in decision making to buy on line product(and I too checked it prior to putting the on line order).
14 to 17 .08.2012: Starting getting flood gates of harassing calls from e Bay Call centers to accept the product, unconditionally, else they shall forfeit the upfront paid money Rs25398/-. Which they did finally, as I decided not to accept these unethical practices.
Immediately and thereafter,till date, have written number of repeated request , to eBay on this sensitive issue. But alas! they even did not bothered to reply it. Unfortunate the only interface is so called customer care(read harassing )center , without any accountability. And my latest e Bay complaint docket number [protected], dated 24.08.2012, in this regard also goes in vain. e Bay, even refuse to give address of its associates dealer to lodge police complaint against this cheating. The dealer operates under eBay user id : globalfaredeal2012, named Rajesh Gupta, listed mobile: [protected], and no address listed.
Sir ! I have already lost my upfront paid money as well peace of minds. Requesting you to help me in bringing such fraudulent people to the justice. As a poor harassment consumer, I also want refund o[censored]pfront paid money with suitable compensation for this mental agony and harassment. Please guide me how to proceed on this and where to file the case in consumer court at Mumbai ( I stay at Deonar/Anushskti Nagar area of Mumbai)

EBAY — Nicer Dicer
Ordered Nicer Dicer through Ebay. Shipping was fast but the Quality is dead cheap. The product is a duplicate of orginal Nicer Dicer. Labels and graphics are similar to original but product is fake.Ebay should check the product quality too while allowing sellers to sell item via its website.
