I bought a tablet PC from ebay site for rs. 12249 PaisaPay ID [protected] about 1 month back and was assured of a warranty of 1 year. A couple of days back the tablet has started showing display problems. on contacting ebay the people there are not co-operative and tell me that they cover product only for 30 days u contact the seller. the seller is not responding to any of my communication. On asking ebay people to intervene and negotiate with seller to get me the warranty cover ebay refuses to do so and say that there responsibility is over. how come there responsibility is over if the seller that they have allowed on their site to sell products is not giving the cover. it becomes responsibility of ebay to look into the matter and persuade3 the seller to provide warranty cover. As i bought the product from ebay trusting their name and not from the seller directly as i don't even know the seller. kindly help me out in this situation and get me a replacement or my money back.

        My name is Rais Ahmed Qureshi I have an id at ebay with the name. Raisqureshi1965 .i am using this account since 2009.and a frequent online buyer.i have bought more than 50 items with 100%positive feedback On 20.6.2012 I bought a nokia lumia 800 for RS 15999 with paisa pay id [protected].on same day seller vardhandeals hacked my account. He showed the item shipped with dtdc airbill no.H98754698. Which actually shows some item delivered in panvell mumbai.and not in dehradun. you can check that on dtdc website. Within a minut seller showed the item as received. On 28.6.2012 I raised the claim in ebay to get my money back .and called in there call centre every day to know the Claim status. and on13.7.2012 ebay informed me that my claim is rejected. May I know what is my fault.why did ebay not even ask me what exactly happened. they never called up. Why they did not check airbill delivered address. How can any one get an item within a minut of shipment.why they did not check my registerd address .istead of taking action against seller they have suspended my user account. Why they suspended my user id instead of restoring it.I never ever received any item.and ebay never ever gave me any proof of delivery . Sir its my humble request to you that please contact ebay to solve this issue .and pay back my money.i am ready to provide any evidence needed . Please take a close look in this matter.justice should not be denied

          I purchased a laptop from ebay worth Rs. 32,590.00, on March 17th 2012 and i was supposed to receive a gift from ebay, Usually it takes 90 days to receive the gift according to the ebay policy, But haven't received yet till date 19th July 2012. I have been calling the customer service but no proper information is given. I guess not only me many customers are facing the same issue. I hope you can help everyone who is facing this problem.           In Ebay, I Purchased a "Brand New Dell 15R N5050 Laptop Notebook i3 4GB 500GB DOS Warranty" (Item ID:[protected] item with the PaisaPay ID [protected] on 25-July-2012. For that I entered a Friendship day Gift Code "YOBUDDY013 – Samsung E2222 (Mobile)". And I confirmed that I am fully eligible for the gift by your care peoples . But still I wont receive the gift Item from my-side. Already 85 days crossed from the purchase date. Kindly help me for this problem.

          Previously I sent two mails on 10-September-2012 and 29-September-2012 respectively for the same to the ebay help mail( [protected]@ebay.com ). But no response from Ebay. And I sent a mail to [protected]@ebay.com to promotion team on 04-October-2012. Still No responses for the mail too.

          I Queried many times through ebay toll free Number for this problem. Here I mentioned the Service Nos and Attended Person Names.

The time limit crossed. Now in my last Query Mr.Praveen Spoke with me and asked another 7 Days. But I not believe that i will receive the gift.

          Kindly consider this and make favor to me. Send the particular gift for my registered address soon.

            Dear sir,

            I have purchased Blackberry 8330 mobile set through Ebay.in the month of Jan'12. This item was manufactured in the America. After I received the mobile set I tried to utilize in India for CDMA number. But I was told that this mobile can not be activated in India. I contacted Ebay.in immediately after I found this problem. They have not given me suitable solution. My complaint is why they are selling these Mobile sets which does not work in India. Normally no one would know these technicalities while buying products. I was in impression that since the product is available in Ebay which is a Indian site thus I can get product which I can utilize.

Actually the courier company DTDC does not have services in my given area. So the item could not be delivered to me.                   I have placed an order to buy a dell laptop on Ebay India. I received a scrap laptop instead of a new. I have claimed for refund on 15th June,2012. My claim id : 98967. I am answered that your refund will be processed in 7 days, but till today my status is pending. I have already talked to customer care for this matter many times but they are giving me one more day to wait every time.

                  Customer care always saying that your claim assistant Mr. Mukesh will call you in an hour, but I am waiting for his call for more than a week.

                    I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case claim id is 90198 2 months ago, post which I have chatted thrice with the customer service but everytime I receive the same answer that they have escalated my case to higher authority and I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed in 10 days, But nothing has been done till now and I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service.

                      eBay.IN, the Indian website is many a times hopeless compared to its American counterpart: eBay.COM

                      The webpages load very slow or sometimes not at all. After the "BUY" botton is depressed from a mouse, the next page does not show up even after half an hour. This is frustrating. Today, ie. 20/06/2012 since around 0700hrs and until now ie. at around 0138hrs in the morning of 22/06/2012, the eBay.in website is malfunctioning. This 'Chalta Hai' Indian attitude is condemned completely. When will the improve?

                      Get your arses moving up and about bhanchod! This is not done in business. Else shut down.

                        Ebay India - fleecing customers by luring them with special promotional offers and subsequently finding an excuse to make the offer void!!!
                        When i was unable to apply the special big daddy promotional offer coupon code to a transaction i called up the ebay customer services (5th June '12) and was informed that there is a problem with the server. The service executive Ms MAYA, asked me to proceed with the payment against which, she took down a request to process the promotion herself... I WAS PROVIDED WITH A DUMMY SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER, which i discovered when i subsequently followed up on 12th June as Ebay Indian COERCED ME INTO MAKING A TRANSACTION. I escalated the matter to the floor supervisor Ms.BABUL DEY on 12th June 2012 and am yet to hear from her, nor was a proper escalation procedure explained to me. Subsequently, to my great surprise, i learnt from the ebay india facebook page, that 'coupons are not applicable' for that item... Why wasn't this explained explained to me at the time of transaction? Why was i given a dummy SR number? Why haven't i received communications from ebay on the matter? Why haven't my call to Ebay India on 5th June being referred to?

                        Ebay India lacks credibility and their customer services lack integrity!!!

                          I purchase Samsung Galaxy S2 from Ebay on 19/04/12. And I received it on 26/04/12. When i opened the parcel, i really got shocked, the box is in unsealed condition and the phone is second hand with lots of scratches on it. Than i contact the ebay seller clickbuy.in, but the contact no. which is provided is always switched off or they don't pick. Than i raised the claim (89849) on ebay against seller clickbuy.in. and send the proof that seller has provided second hand phone instead of new. i Called ebay many times on alternate basis and mail them, but they always gave me foolish excuses your case is under process, we are talking to your claim adjuster.
                          But i Didn't understood, such a big company in online shopping, also cheats there customers like this and not listen to them. In my case its near about 45 days + i am in touch with ebay in this matter but thy are making me fool.
                          Ebay is totally a fraud, fake company and is only for cheating there customers by sending second hand products instead of new
                          I want refund from ebay and not to buy anything from cheaters like ebay

                            I ordered a Mobile handset on 31st May 2012 & paid using Internet Banking mode with ICICI bank discount coupon. Wanting to gift the item my dad on his anniversary on 6th June.
                            - My bank account was being debited with the amount immediately.
                            - I recd a mail from your end that the payment is being process & it will take 24hrs.
                            - After 4 days of no-communication, I called your CC to know the status.
                            - I was given a 24-hr resolution assurance from the executive, saying my issue will be resolved by 12noon the next day.
                            - Thereafter I called the CC everyday for next 4 days and everyday I had to verify myself with all personal details, wait for 10-15 mins, waste my time over getting some resolution, but all I heard was 24-hr deadline.
                            - When I finally lost my cool & asked for immediate answer I was sent the message from you that the payment has been rejected, without any reasons for rejection.
                            - Moreover, the mail states that "Please note that your bank account has not been charged for this transaction." whereas my account was debited on 31st May itself.

                            After 8 days of gruesome followups & waste of time over this, I was said your payment was rejected at payment gateway. This has to happen within 24hrs. Atleast I would have bought the item again using other modes.

                            I know I am going to get back my payment (you have no choice but to give my money back), but I need resolution for the below queries:
                            - Why did it take 8 days & 4 complaints to revert in such manner without reasons???
                            - What is the reason for rejection? (Don't give me stupid answers, saying Payment failure at payment gateway. I very well know in such cases the bank account is not debited or the amount is immediately transferred back the same day)
                            - Why does you mail state "Please note that your bank account has not been charged for this transaction." whereas my account was debited on 31st May itself???
                            - I wasted 4 days in getting answers from you people & I get this Lie?
                            - My account was debited on 31st May, the payment was at your end for 8 days, who is going to pay back the loss of interest on the payment?
                            - Finally, to make things worse, after their rejection mail on 8th June, I am still waiting to get my money. Bloody cheaters.

                              Regarding my problem i had online chat with customer care of ebay..They said they will call me on 21st may 2012 but till now they never took an action to solve my problem and they never sent any mail to cart2india.com....

                              This is not the 1st time for me this is happening with ebay.In it happens always when ever i buy a product they are sending a defective one...They will never replace also and they have a cheating tie up with sellers....

                                Im very frustrated with the service from Ebay India. They really are not bothered about their customers and definitely do not believe in customer service.

                                Its a complaint that im following up on behalf of my friend as he is Pune for educational purposes hence cannot deal with these incompetent ebay employees.

                                He had purchased Galaxy note during Christmas and was eligible for a Gold coin. The request was placed and ebay confirmed that it will be delivered in 3 months. Now its almost over 6 months. Ebay on twitter confirmed that they will ship the gift but nothing arrived. Then they started crying over delivering gold coin via speedpost is difficult and asked me to collect it. I was fine with it as well and now again they have disappeared and do not respond any request.

                                  I ordered a Blackberry Storm 9530 from ebay. But when i received the consignment it dint have the mobile in it but a stone, wrapped and placed in place of the mobile. Cost of the mobile was 8000/- . We contacted their Customer support service, they assured us that their claim settlement team will look into this matter, but nothing happened. We were also asked to send the pics of the actual consignment received to ebay. I raised the same issue at ebay India facebook page on 22 May 2012, to which they replied that they have not received the pics but at the same time we got the confirmation mail of delivery from ebay, I still have those mails with me. Then next day they said send the pics one by one, i did that as well, after doing that i asked them on ebay whether they have received my mails or not, but i dint get any reply from them. It's almost been a week but i haven't received any mail or call from them. I have anyways lost faith in ebay India but i need my money back. It's been a month now from the date I received that stone worth Rs. 8000/- but ebay is still silent about this.
                                  Suggest me what shall be done now, I am anyways going to take legal action against ebay, and this is my first step towards the same.

                                    I have purchased 8GB Sony Pen Drive for Rs.380/- (http://www.ebay.in/itm/8GB-Sony-USB-2-0-Pen-Drive-Portable-Flash-Memory-High-Sp... from Seller protos_brands on 9.5.2012. Seller shipped the item on 11.5.2012 through DTDC Courier via AWB No.D08902457. On 16.5.2012, I have received message from DTDC Courier that item was delivered to you on 15.5.2012. I thoroughly search my item and complaint to ebay and seller but nothing fruitful comes. It is amazing that seller provide me a copy of delivery receipt. I request for refund but Ebay don't believe me for only Rs.380. On 29.5.2012, I have received the message from EBAY that "Your refund request for item (8GB Sony Pen Drive) has been rejected by PaisaPay.
                                    It is my opinion that don't by any item through ebay. Go to any shop or buy your choice item.

                                      The victims of both the fraud company lets communicate each other and lets file a case in court on them so please dont delete the mails and telecommunication recordings with date and time....Lets go for a case against them and lets go to media as well....

                                        I bought a "Yukon Tracker 2X24 Night Vison Binocular" through ebay.in on 2nd may 2012..i got the binocular in hand on 17th may 2012...
                                        I opened i tried viewing it but the left side is not visible and it is blured in vision i tried all way reading the user manual but its not working 100%...
                                        Regarding this issue i mailed www.ebay.in 0n 18thst may 2012 they replied they will mail back within 48 hours but they never bothered so AGAIN i am mailing each and everyday but they are not helping me....Ebay.in is always helpful to the seller and not the buyer this is my 2nd experience with ebay.in

                                        Note : I JUST ASKED THEM FOR REPLACEMENT AND NOT CASH BACK BUT WWW.EBAY.IN IS NOT RESPONDING..I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR RS.26,806 AND ITS NOT AN EASY MONEY...
                                        FINALLY I WILL GO TO COURT IF THEY CONTINUE CHEATING AGAIN....
