Ecom Express — 11.02.2020... took otp but not delivery to the address | |||
Dear team.. As i was in office the courier guy called me for delivery the item and asked for otp to deliver the item... I gave the otp but he dint deliver to the same address... But i hv received the message as item delivered... How can a person whithout deliverling can asking for opt... If provide also he has to deliver to the same adress... Sir I ordered a saree from WhatsApp . They sent me this saree via Ecom express courier . But they sent wrong saree. So I want to return and get refund from ecom express .
