I ordered something from H&M and it was to be delivered by Ecom Express. I received a text message on 7th May stating that my order will be delivered that day and around 4:30pm in the evening I received a message that said that my order was delivered while I never got it. I tried contacting on the provided phone number but it wouldn’t direct to the delivery person. Its been 24 hours and I still don’t know where my order is. This is frustrating and pathetic.

    I have ordered a product online from meesho which was out for delivery since Thursday 4.5.2023.It was then told that there was a confusion in address although I have received many product in this address without any hassle.The next alloted delivery boy with a very rude and disappointing nature called me on holiday seeing it is an office address.His contact number is [protected]. He rudely assured to deliver it on Monday.But when I called him today he rudely stated that he has no idea about my parcel and is on leave.

      My product is not delivered yet which was showing out for delivery from 4th may but till now 8th may I didn't received my product. I don't know what was happening with ecom express but I was waiting for my product daily. please deliver my product as soon as possible.

        Tracking Id: [protected]

        Two shipments to same address was ordered on 17 Apr 2023 and one got delivered but not the other. No reason was mentioned. Also, we were not contacted by delivery person and we were available the whole week at the mentioned address.

        Parcels are not returned without attempting to deliver by delivery person.
        we need to know the reason at least. kindly respond .

            Since last 3 days I am getting a message in morning saying 'product will be delivered today' but at the end of the day I get a message ' delivery failed' even your delivery person is not trying to contact me. I have to stay at home to recieve the product since past 3 days leaving my all work. And today it showed ' ofd lock applied '. Kindly solve my problem as I need the product, otherwise I'll have to go to consumer forum.

                And my order was shipped on 26rd April and i didn't receive any call or the delivery person was not brought to my address and it has been 2 days that my order is in ofd lock..                     I have ordered 4, 5 times smartwatches from fireboltt and Ecom Express is their delivery partner. Fourth time I provided same delivery address where they already delivered 3 parcels before and now their delivery person third time cancelled my delivery with that reason ( delivery address wrong) I supplied my address and number again and without visiting at my address he returned the delivery with reason ( customer refused the parcel) and OFD Lock applied.now I have ordered same parcel again and today again nobody contact me or visited at my address and I got msg that my delivery failed because of wrong address. If my address is wrong then how come I received 3 parcels before with same company? Why they are doing this ?

                      My return parcel with awb no [protected] was marked as delivered but no one came to deliver to me.

                      On complaining the customer guy says we dont provide physical pod.

                      I have asked for digital pod which they refuse to provide.

                      This is day light robbery by ecom express vendors.

                        I have ordered books from PW which had reached the delivery centre on 21st April but they had delayed for 7days.
                        Atlast on 27th April I got message that it is out for delivery at 9:35 but at 11:30am it is showing undelivered in its tracking page and they sent a message for recshedule with a number but no instructions what to do. When we called the delivery guy he does not pick our phone. Even after complaining 5 times to the provided mail they don't respond to them and their helpline number is of no use it is just a IVR. This is a fraud company not delivering any of their products

                          Hey im seller on meesho. I had 3 orders that got picked up by ecom express on 20th march. And all those 3 orders got RTO on 24th March and 25th March. And today its been 26th April and still ive not got my RTO returns yet. Its very unprofessional of them. 1st RTO initiated on 24th march whose AWB number is [protected].
                          2nd RTO initiated on 25th march whose AWB NUMBER IS [protected]
                          3rd RTO initiated on 26th march whose AWB number is [protected].

                          Here im also attaching the images of that 3 RTO returns.

                            My package is send through ecom. Product reach at 19april and i recieved a msg. But after that i recieved a msg that package delivery will changed into after that day, and i recieved amsg that it changed delivery date again. But still doesnt recieve that. After that day i recieved a call from bobita(a worker from ecom aizawl) she said delivery guy cant make that day so they deliver my product tommorow, i still wait till yesterday, so i make a call and ask her about my package, i can pickup if delivery guy still absent, she asked me order id and i send her but no response after i send her a msg. But today i make acall and go to pick up my package, but they returned to sender?! Why this can be? They dont try to reach me, and never make acall ask me to pick up. Its a customize product and theres no refund policy. I wish all my orders never send through ecom express. This is the worst i ever experience from courier

                              1. I'd booked a parcel through subject service on 21 Apr 23 vide tracking I'd FFCC2312671.

                              2. I have not received my item as it was expected by 24 Apr 23 for which I've been charged by Rs 2293/- and after that still it's not delivered and showing invalid tracking ID and they have switched off his number also.

                                    There is one of my prepaid order with Ecom Express ( AWB NUMBER- [protected]) and the status shows DELHI-DEL OFD Lock applied. When the delivery executive called me, I asked him to return the product to the supplier as I wouldn't be able to receive the product due to some some personal reasons. It is very unprofessional of them that, it has been couple of days and status still remains the same. A huge amount of money is stuck in midway. They are neither delivering the product not returning it to the supplier.
                                    Kindly, return it to the supplier so that I can get a refund for the same.
