I had booked 2 orders from a site that uses this Logistic concern for delivery, and I am have not received the consignment and instead a deliver was attempted message is sent at the end of the day without any contact number.

        on their tracking website it says "shipment attempted-customer refused to accepted " but i didn't receive any call or message regarding my order and now it shows "ofd lock applied" on my order.

          Hello, There is complaint regarding your company return taker, I am from " Udumalpet " and I have ordered products from meeso and your return collector collected that product which was of 2 quantity in same cover, He didn't mention the quantity in it specifically so I have lost money for one product due to his mistake, Each product is of value Rs.568/-, so the total amount I paid was Rs. 1136/-, As the provider gave the product in the same delivery cover I too returned both the products in the same cover but the return taker didn't notice it and has filled it as a single product and i have only received an amount of Rs.568/- . Regarding this i talked with the Ecom branch office in Udumalpet on[protected]Today), but they responded very rudely that they cant do anything regarding this and i should contact meesho customer care . I called meesho customer care and they clearly told this was mistake of the return taker as he is supposed to mention the Quantity correctly . I want my refund amount as this is not a problem on my side . For more details you can contact my number [protected] / [protected] .             I placed an order via an online store for computer parts. The order was shipped via Ecomexpress and the tracking number given was [protected]. The order was placed on the 20th March 2023 from Delhi and till date the tracking page shows the status to be in transit since 23rd March 2023. And there are no updates to the tracking number since the 23rd March.

            It surely cannot take 3 weeks to ship parcels from Delhi to Bangalore. I tried writing to [protected]@ecomexpress.in multiple times, but no response till date. Also their IVR number [protected] only says "Your order cannot be delivered due to" and gets disconnected.

            Please resolve this as soon as possible.

            Thanks for the clarification on this. I cannot understand how the shipment can be sent back to origin without even one delivery attempt to the consignee. There was no updates shared whatsoever throughout the journey. Request you to take this feedback to the concerned teams internally to ensure such a thing is never repeated as it just creates a very bad impression and experience for everyone involved; and it only tarnishes the image of the company.

                  Delivery guy is very rude and marking false delivery status from 5 days. The order is in my city from 6 days and he is not even calling and delivering the product. And today he marked that I refused to receive the order. I want my product asap. Very dissatisfied from the delivery. The delivery guy should be expelled from the company as he is a fraudulent employee. I never got the order and today it says ofd lock applied. I want my product.

                    I ordered a phone worth 20, 000/- from online person in odisha and he sent me a ecom express bill that need to be paid for shipment. i paid them Rs.2157/- [ including insurance ] for which they issued me a bill and qr code to pay. The tracing id issued was FFCH[protected] dtd 6/4/2023. but now on your site this tracking ID is not visible. can u pls confirm when will i get my shipment. thanks

                        What kind of service is this. The delivery partner never reached out to me and they say pincode mismatch. Neither they allow us to contact them now they contact us. Pathetic service. Atleast give us the delivery agent number. Please resolve this issue at the earliest

                              I have ordered 4 items from panchhipetha on 29th March 2023 but recieved only 2 pack and remaining 2 empty boxes on 3rd April 2023. recieved from Ecom express and COD person company took full amount and ran like he was the culprit. and said it's not our responsibility, talk to company. company doesn't have proper number to report this. I do believe it's the work of courier company person who stole the item and repack the parcel as their was double tape over it on one side. AND ONLY HALF IS STOLEN WHICH IS FULL OF DRYFRUIT DALMOTH AND KESAR PETHA. SO IF ANYTIME YOU RECEIVE ANY TIME FROM THIS COURIER SERVICE, CHECK TWICE

                                  No Call, No Delivery Attempt, and the shipment shows, Customer Did not Respond.

                                  AWB: [protected], order number se2ri[protected] was supposed to be delivered today. When I check the portal it says:

                                  Remark: Comments:Consignee Called To FE : canceled Call Disconnected by : Consignee from sathi v2

                                  I never received any calls from your delivery agent and when I called him, he said he will deliver the order by 11 AM - 12 PM today, but then when I again called him in the evening to check between 3-4 PM he was constantly disconnecting my calls. This is not at all professional behaviour and I would like to report it to you. Also, I am looking for my shipment which I haven't received yet and seems to be delayed at your end.

                                  This is such pathetic customer service. Not recommending Ecom to anyone ever again.

                                    I'm complaining about the services offer here in Churachandpur District, Manipur . The delivery services by Ecom Express here is very bad and corrupted comparing with those of other places . Here the delivery guy take additional delivery charges on top of the delivery charge paid during the orders. They didnot ask in the name of a tips but make it a compulsory or mandatory to pay for the delivery they offer, the worst services ever kindly please look into the matter
