No Call, No Delivery Attempt, and the shipment shows, Customer Did not Respond.
AWB: [protected], order number se2ri[protected] was supposed to be delivered today. When I check the portal it says:
Remark: Comments:Consignee Called To FE : canceled Call Disconnected by : Consignee from sathi v2
I never received any calls from your delivery agent and when I called him, he said he will deliver the order by 11 AM - 12 PM today, but then when I again called him in the evening to check between 3-4 PM he was constantly disconnecting my calls. This is not at all professional behaviour and I would like to report it to you. Also, I am looking for my shipment which I haven't received yet and seems to be delayed at your end.
This is such pathetic customer service. Not recommending Ecom to anyone ever again.
