Hey im seller on meesho. I had 3 orders that got picked up by ecom express on 20th march. And all those 3 orders got RTO on 24th March and 25th March. And today its been 26th April and still ive not got my RTO returns yet. Its very unprofessional of them. 1st RTO initiated on 24th march whose AWB number is [protected].
2nd RTO initiated on 25th march whose AWB NUMBER IS [protected]
3rd RTO initiated on 26th march whose AWB number is [protected].

Here im also attaching the images of that 3 RTO returns.

    My package is send through ecom. Product reach at 19april and i recieved a msg. But after that i recieved a msg that package delivery will changed into after that day, and i recieved amsg that it changed delivery date again. But still doesnt recieve that. After that day i recieved a call from bobita(a worker from ecom aizawl) she said delivery guy cant make that day so they deliver my product tommorow, i still wait till yesterday, so i make a call and ask her about my package, i can pickup if delivery guy still absent, she asked me order id and i send her but no response after i send her a msg. But today i make acall and go to pick up my package, but they returned to sender?! Why this can be? They dont try to reach me, and never make acall ask me to pick up. Its a customize product and theres no refund policy. I wish all my orders never send through ecom express. This is the worst i ever experience from courier

      1. I'd booked a parcel through subject service on 21 Apr 23 vide tracking I'd FFCC2312671.

      2. I have not received my item as it was expected by 24 Apr 23 for which I've been charged by Rs 2293/- and after that still it's not delivered and showing invalid tracking ID and they have switched off his number also.

      3. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

          I had ordered my product on thu 19 Apr and the delivery date was 21 but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach it is an fake number. while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening.             There is one of my prepaid order with Ecom Express ( AWB NUMBER- [protected]) and the status shows DELHI-DEL OFD Lock applied. When the delivery executive called me, I asked him to return the product to the supplier as I wouldn't be able to receive the product due to some some personal reasons. It is very unprofessional of them that, it has been couple of days and status still remains the same. A huge amount of money is stuck in midway. They are neither delivering the product not returning it to the supplier.
            Kindly, return it to the supplier so that I can get a refund for the same.

              My product was to be delivered on 21st april 2023 but rill now it is showing in transit on ecom express website and on vendor website it is showing unable to connect can you please check the issue

                    I have a return of amazon but for the second time Ecom have cancel it they always give excuses of size dimensions saying that it is big whereas it was delivered by them only i am fed up with this please take action against it I want my return

                      I have ordered a book from meesho and the delivery person is not answering the calls. The supervisor is talking rudely and not giving exact delivery time. This is totally mental torcher.

                        There has been no update for these orders in last few days, no one responds from customer care, IVR is useless as well. I have sent email as well over a week ago no response there as well.
                        These are wedding and honeymoon gifts that I need urgently, kindly update as soon as possible.

                          I ordered Adcom 6D slim wireless mouse green color through meesho whose order number was[protected], price was Rs.478, but due to the product being defective, I requested its return, which was picked up on 19/04/23 through Ecom express Hua pickup tracking number [protected] and I have received receive sleep, but Ecom express has not updated my pickup till now, which is fraud with the customer, please update my pickup, otherwise I will file a consumer court case against ecom express, santosh kumar

                            Prem pureswani is the delievery guy who is not doing delievery of packet and the packet enter in my city is 3 days ago and not yet delievered i call the delievery agent daily and he say that he will delievery it today positovely but daily he fail and i am gaining lost i odered books to boost my knowledge for exam but he wasted my 3 days and he is also not picking up the call

                              I am writing to you may be 5th or 6th time for pickup of my order. My earlier AWB no was [protected] which did not get picked up rather without coming to my place the pickup executive will send pickup cancellation code (even when I have not requested cancellation). This happened again for the second time in a row, my reverse pickup got re-arranged and this time my AWB no is [protected], again no body came to pick my order today rather I received a pickup cancellation code. I am totally frustrated, Is this the kind of employee/ Delivery executives that you hire who are not ready to work just keep sending cancellation codes. Request to esclate this matter

                                No updates on my order, stuck in "in transit"

                                I had ordered my books from PHYSICSWALLAH. The last update was on 15/04/23 'in transit'. It's been 4 days since it's stuck in 'in transit. I have tried calling the customer care but was always a recorded message. Please resolve this issue ASAP!...

                                My package from meesho has been opened and the kurti i ordered was stolen and replaced with an used saree which is not even washed. Literally it seems to be they remove their worn saree and packed. Package front side was torn and pasted with tape. As elder get this from delivery person, he dint notice and opened. No one even like to touch the saree. That much nasty

                                      My AWB Number is [protected] & [protected] I have ordered a product in Meesho, which is shipped through Ecom express and sunday it was shown delivered in the website. But I didn't not received the product and nobody has delivered it ... I have raised the complaint too but none of them are responding..The product has been shown delivered in the website, but I has not received yet. They are not attending my calls too
