I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your company regarding an order I placed on Firebolt. The product was shipped from the facility in Ramangara, Karnataka on February 1st, and reached the Mangalore ecom hub on February 3rd. However, since then there has been no movement of the product and it has now been 8 days.

My delivery address is just 200 km away from the pickup place and I had expected a much quicker delivery time. I attempted to contact Ecom Express at [protected] to inquire about the status of my order, but the call was cut after I was told that it would be delivered on February 4th. This is unacceptable and I feel that I have been misled.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I have received. The lack of communication and slow delivery time have made this a terrible experience for me. I would like a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. AWB Number : [protected], Order ID

    This is regarding my shipment with ecom express, which is not being delievered by the local courier even after it has reached the DC rather a false remark has been updated which states "customer not available", since its a high value package shipped from zivame I need this package immediately but im sensing a foul play in this as no one is helping me out from the customer care.

      I am extremely disappointed with how long my order is taking to reach me and especially when the order was supposed to come from Kamothe Navi Mumbai to Panvel Navi Mumbai.

      I really don't know what is the confusion here.

      You are requested to please sort this out somehow because if the order does not reach your customer on time then it does not mean anything. Otherwise please cancel it.

          Amazon has Ecom express as their delivery partner in Ooty, Tamil Nadu.

          I ordered a product on amazon and I got a message from ecom express ooty branch on 6th January saying that delivery was failed as address is not proper, but previous orders have been delivered to the same address before. However i did not receive any call from the courier person. I tried calling ecom express customer care but could not get in touch with them as it said customer care people was busy on other calls. This was the case for 3 days. Yesterday, i again received a message from the courier saying 3rd attempt of delivery failed because of address but this time I was provided with agents mobile number and OTP so I called and enquired which they said they don't have enough people to deliver the item and tomorrow sure they will deliver the item. And today morning 7th January i recieved a message saying my order is returning to seller.

          They said it will be delivered by 24 hours.
          My product has been lying in ooty courier hub for 3 days and they say it will be delivered by 24 hours which they never seemed to worry about the word they gave and processed with further action giving false updates to amazon saying address is not proper and weather is not good.

          And this is not the first time they are doing this, for one of my previous order they have asked to collect the order from their warehouse saying they don't have enough men to deliver the item.

          And as a result of this I am not able to order anything on Amazon

          Such a bad service.
          Very disappointed.

            I'm in utmost disappointment as to how late my order is taking to reach me and specially when the order had to come from Gurgaon to Vasant Kunj.

            I really don't know what's the confusion here.
            Requesting you to please sort it out somehow as there is no point if the order doesn't serve your coustomer on time. Else please cancel it.

                I ordered products from Pat Pat website and the delivery was supposed to be given by Ecom Express Limited. It’s been 15days since I have ordered my product and I haven’t received yet. The status is shown as “shipment RTO lock”.

                      I ordered item from jio mart which shipment handle by Ecom Express. Item at pune delivery center since 28 Jan 23 and delivery date was 30 Jan 23. But item is not deliver yet on 03 Feb 23. Very bad service provider as no contact no working of this firm and I delivered mail also for same on 02 Feb 23. No response of mail. Very very bad pathetic service of both JIO MART AND ECOM EXPRESS, hence not to order on jio mart and don't use Ecom Express for delivery related service. My AWB NO [protected]

                          I had ordered from W for woman. The product was with wrong size delivered. Return request was raised for it, but as the delivery person told, there was some confusion in the address. Later it was promised to rearrange the reverse pickup. But no pickup was arranged till 10 days. They closed the return request as it is and now customer care is denying saying the return period is over.

                          I have contacted their customer care, they are denying to rearrange the pickup as the return period is over.
                          It was a problem of address confusion, the product was wrong, it is of complete waste to me.

                              Actually my order delivery was on 28th Jan. I got otps for 3 days continuously but didt get a call from delivery person or any other. But I received the message as address unlocatable. I had ordered many items to the same address but never faced that issue. Here the delivery person did not even make a call to me even if the address was wrong. And at present my order is OFD lock.
                              The order is very important to me. Kindly release that and get deliver to me asap.

                                  Ecom people are not bringing parcel at all they just put location is unlocatable .they even don't call customer ..when customer got message that product is out for delivery but they are telling they don't have. Product and they don't have knowledge about the product ...in other case the delivery told that he can't bring the parcel because it was big in size ...and told me to come around 50 km to take parcel at hub when i asked him about this he told you can complaint where u want ...my number [protected] ...first is case of netmeds where delivery boy don't have idea of product but it's showing out for delivery another is a product from Amazon where he completely denied me that he can't deliver because of parcel is big in size ...so irresponsible behaviour ...as i required tablet urgently

                                    I submitted return request in Mesho and the parcel has been picked up before a week. Even though I'm getting calls for parcel return and requesting for OPT often. The person who spoke with me also too rude.
