I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your company regarding an order I placed on Firebolt. The product was shipped from the facility in Ramangara, Karnataka on February 1st, and reached the Mangalore ecom hub on February 3rd. However, since then there has been no movement of the product and it has now been 8 days.
My delivery address is just 200 km away from the pickup place and I had expected a much quicker delivery time. I attempted to contact Ecom Express at [protected] to inquire about the status of my order, but the call was cut after I was told that it would be delivered on February 4th. This is unacceptable and I feel that I have been misled.
