This is with reference to my order no. 4380856 from 'wow skin science' that has been dispatched through Ecom express courier on 16th January 2023', tracking ID_[protected].
As per the tracking status (screenshot attached for reference) my parcel has already reached ecom express courier office near to my delivery address i.e. Parel (east) Mumbai on Wednesday, 18th January 2023', but still it has not been out for delivery to me even after 7 days, the courier is still lying at Ecom express office.
As it is a skin care product so i need the courier urgently to avoid any loss or damage to my products in the courier... Please let me know by when can i expect this courier to get delivered to me.
My delivery address is as follows.
85 podar centre, crdc department, ground floor, parel post office lane, dr. B. Ambedkar road, parel east, mumbai - 400 012. Landmark : near central railway parel workshop and traffic police booth.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and please expedite the process at your end... I am facing too much trouble & hassle to get this courier... I have contacted the wow skin care team also to get the status of this courier but they are not responding at all... So i am completely blank of what is happening with my order & courier... Whether i have been cheated on this order ???
please do the needful at your end at the earliest and deliver my courier urgently.
Hoping for a prompt resolution and help from your end to my issue... Please solve it asap.
