I had ordered from W for woman. The product was with wrong size delivered. Return request was raised for it, but as the delivery person told, there was some confusion in the address. Later it was promised to rearrange the reverse pickup. But no pickup was arranged till 10 days. They closed the return request as it is and now customer care is denying saying the return period is over.

I have contacted their customer care, they are denying to rearrange the pickup as the return period is over.
It was a problem of address confusion, the product was wrong, it is of complete waste to me.

      Actually my order delivery was on 28th Jan. I got otps for 3 days continuously but didt get a call from delivery person or any other. But I received the message as address unlocatable. I had ordered many items to the same address but never faced that issue. Here the delivery person did not even make a call to me even if the address was wrong. And at present my order is OFD lock.
      The order is very important to me. Kindly release that and get deliver to me asap.

          Ecom people are not bringing parcel at all they just put location is unlocatable .they even don't call customer ..when customer got message that product is out for delivery but they are telling they don't have. Product and they don't have knowledge about the product ...in other case the delivery told that he can't bring the parcel because it was big in size ...and told me to come around 50 km to take parcel at hub when i asked him about this he told you can complaint where u want ...my number [protected] ...first is case of netmeds where delivery boy don't have idea of product but it's showing out for delivery another is a product from Amazon where he completely denied me that he can't deliver because of parcel is big in size ...so irresponsible behaviour ...as i required tablet urgently

            I submitted return request in Mesho and the parcel has been picked up before a week. Even though I'm getting calls for parcel return and requesting for OPT often. The person who spoke with me also too rude.

                  I ordered some products from Nykaa and it was supposed to delivered by Ecom express by 23rd January. It's 26th January and my package has been misrouted thrice!
                  I tried contacting the customer care executive through their customer support number but they don't seem to have a proper channel of communication. I contacted Nykaa but they also can't do much because the delivery service is a third party service.

                  How do I resolve this issue and get my package delivered on time???!!

                    I have placed a prepaid order on Ajio which was to be delivered by Ecom express. On 19th jan, it was out for delivery. I talked with the delivery person to return/cancel the order as i gave an old address by mistake, but they are not returning it. They have been trying to deliver it everyday. I have emailed to Ajio and Ecom but they seem to ignore customers plea. AWB Number : [protected]

                      This is with reference to my order no. 4380856 from 'wow skin science' that has been dispatched through Ecom express courier on 16th January 2023', tracking ID_[protected].

                      As per the tracking status (screenshot attached for reference) my parcel has already reached ecom express courier office near to my delivery address i.e. Parel (east) Mumbai on Wednesday, 18th January 2023', but still it has not been out for delivery to me even after 7 days, the courier is still lying at Ecom express office.

                      As it is a skin care product so i need the courier urgently to avoid any loss or damage to my products in the courier... Please let me know by when can i expect this courier to get delivered to me.

                      My delivery address is as follows.
                      85 podar centre, crdc department, ground floor, parel post office lane, dr. B. Ambedkar road, parel east, mumbai - 400 012. Landmark : near central railway parel workshop and traffic police booth.

                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and please expedite the process at your end... I am facing too much trouble & hassle to get this courier... I have contacted the wow skin care team also to get the status of this courier but they are not responding at all... So i am completely blank of what is happening with my order & courier... Whether i have been cheated on this order ???

                      please do the needful at your end at the earliest and deliver my courier urgently.

                      Hoping for a prompt resolution and help from your end to my issue... Please solve it asap.

                        Recently i have ordered a pepperfry product and they assigned Ecom Express (my bad) as the delivery partner. The shipment was expected to reach me by Jan 21.
                        On 21st the product reached the base location near to my address . Then started the real Trauma.
                        The Delivery boy called me and said that the product is bulky and they cant deliver it to my home . He further added, that if more than 30 couriers are there in my area then only then can home deliver my product.
                        I even talked to his Manager ( dont know how he can call himself a manager, he didnt event have common sense on how to talk to a customer), but i got the same response saying they cant take bring their vehicle for a single order and so on.
                        Since their office is located at a distance from my place, i cant go and pick it up.
                        Its 4th day the package is at their office and everyday they call and ask me to pick up the package and daily the tone gets harsher and harsher.
                        So i kindly request you to look into this and get a proper resolution for the same by handing over the courier at my Home.

                          I have attempted to contact the company using the provided numbers, but have received no response.

                          The delivery person, Venkatesh Govindaswamy R., does not attempt to deliver the package and marks it as undelivered even though someone is always present at the delivery location.

                          This has occurred three times (in three different orders).

                            I have a package that has arrived and not yet delivered. The status shows wrong pincode when that is clearly not the issue. I tried contacting Ecom number and it is showing switch off. Now my package is showing it is OFD locked. I hope you can clear this problem as soon as possible because it's been almost a week.

                                      Ecom Express has started new scam by looting public money in the guise of fake orders.

                                      Order No- EXP1898

                                      I received a call from Ecom Express delivery agent saying I have order and there is a cash on delivery of 500. I was confused because I haven't ordered anything.

                                      Thinking maybe my family members has ordered I asked him to come, and when I looked into the package I was sceptical. I asked delivery guy that I'm not really sure about the order. He said I cannot take back the order. So I accepted and when I opened there was a pencil box of 35. For that they collected 500 rupees.

                                      You are looting public money in broad daylight without any shame. I want to raise this issue so that no one uses Ecom Express hence forth.

                                        I was delivered plastic crayon set by Ecom express today. I never ordered a crayon color set that was for 500/- Rs. But I had to pay as the delivery boy was not having any fault here. Please look back to the orders and let me know when and by what channel did this order was received from you by me. I would want full refund of my money.
