            I received a organizer cum card holder, that I never ordered from anywhere. While waiting for my order from Amazon I paid for it to find wrong product worth ₹749 ! Only to find the parcel with no company or vendor address to return the wrongly received parcel.the only information mentioned there was "storozship" send by ecom express. I googled it and found out a logistics company based in Bengaluru by the same name "storozship".
            I want to complain about this whole fraudulent act by "storozship" and "ecom express" and I want my hard earned ₹749 refund immediately.
            Kindly take strong actions again these fraudulent websites and companies.

              My return request keep cancelling without informing me i ordered combo shoe from meesho hasten shop delivery boy promod came to deliver the product i found product incomplete one used shoe i got one is missing i got only empty box i placed return request same day on 20th of November 2022 but i didn't get any resolution since now

                I've ordered a product which is being delivered by Ecom Express through Airway bill no [protected] but not received the package yet. The tracking status shows ODF locked and undelivered but I've never received any call or SMS from the company regarding the delivery. Please look into the issue and resolve the problem immediately

                            My name is C . BHARATH CHANDRAN. I orderd a NetMeds Product. That is coming through courier Ecom express..
                            The TRACKING ID is [protected]... There is no update Since the last 2 days.. It shows only Product "Not picked Up" as of Today.. 30 th November is the Delivery day.                                       I have ordered combo shoe from Miso hasten shop delivery boy promod came to delivered the product on 20th November i found one shoe is missing and one is dirty shoe so i placed return request next day same delivery boy promod came and asked for OTP by saying that he has to update this return request he misguided me and he cancelled it ran away without pickup of product. I placed return request many times they are keep cancelling by themselves without informing me I want to know what kind of dilivery services how they can cancel by themselves without our consent

                                        I ordered 23rd of Nov through flipkart. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said."
