Ecom Express Complaints & Reviews

Shipment out for delivery on 11 October. None contacted me and marked as not delivered. Today is 19 October and no update. I tried to call their customer care numbers and it is responding that the operating time is between 8 am to 10 pm. I called during that time only and they seems to be turned off the customer care.

Sent mails multiple times to their customer care address. No response yet....

I didn't order any product from ecom Express but I have delivered a product please return your product and refund my...

I ordered a product from flipkart and delivered by Ecom express on 16th Oct. But I received a wrong product and raised a request for returning just after receiving it.
I got a message that it will be pickedup on 17th of Oct, but no one came for the same and it was automatically scheduled by them without taking OTP and remarked as failed because I scheduled it but I didnt received any call or something like that.

I ordered books package from Physics Wallah and it is to be delivered by Ecom express with tracking id [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 7th oct 2022, today is 17th and they have not delivered yet. Submitted many package queries but still there is no change and can't even contact in their customer care....

My AWB number is [protected] it was out for delivery on 13th October but in the evening i got a message that i refused to receive the package but there was no attempt or even a call to ask me about delivery. Then i tried to call on their customer care but its also fake they just end by saying "Exceed attempted of worng key" even when i try only once. Worst courier service previously also i gut these problem and now again....

I ordered Pigeon Non-Stick Coated Cookware Set from flipkart and it is to be delivered by Ecom express with tracking id [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 7th oct 2022, today is 13th and they have not yet delivered. Can’t even contact their customer care....

I had shipped 2 orders from Ecom. They have such pathetic and useless employees that they do not even attempt delivery and blame it not the customer while stating wrong address or customer refused.
#[protected] - This is awb number. My order is already running late and the unprofessional courier made 3 FAKE ATTEMPTS stating wrong address when my customer is saying the address is correct. That pathetic courier didn't event tried to contact...

Kindly Re-Attempt the Delivery of My Order ( AWB NUMBER : [protected] ) and Deliver it to me as soon as possible. Also, Kindly Update the Status of my shipment....
