Sir/mam, My order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet, i did not even receive a single call from the delivery executive... Please Notify the delivery executive to call my number before delivery as it is very urgent . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent.

    My shipment reached the delivery center on 19th but they didn't attempt the delivery and posted and update saying address and pincode mismatch and asked me to update it again. So I updated my address again and scheduled a reattempt on the next day that was today. Today morning they updated the status as ofd lock without attempting a delivery again. What the hell is wrong with these guys? Other couriers deliver my parcels and packages without any issues. What is wrong with you? I need a resolution asap. My tracking number is: [protected]

        I ordered product from jiomart on 11/12/2022 and it's delivery date is 14/12/2022. But the shipment was not delivered yet.Its delivery partner is Ecom express. I complained jiomart by calling them and they registered complaint but it was not usefull. But there is no response from courier service(Ecom express).

          Awb [protected] shipment is lying at delivery center since 3 days and still delivery is not attempted and whenver i call the customer care number all i can hear only is IVR voice.
          Im unable to connect to customer care at any point with the given customer care number ie; [protected] and this is one of negative experience i had to face with Ecomexpress.
          Request your kind intervention in this matter and improve the process

            Fraud in delivery

            I have two consignments from payback ( Ref no. [protected] and [protected] ) which were not delivered to me but as per seller it was delivered on 09th December 2022.
            I tried calling E com customer care[protected] and sent mail but no response....

              I have ordered my product on mi on 8 dec 2022 and i have seen my tracking status with awb number [protected] but it is showing rto lock and my order is being returning from delivery centre and they haven't call or tried to contact me at all and i wanted it to be delivered as soon as possible

                My name is shyamala, I ordered a beauty product from Nykaa and it's delivery partner is ecom express . Awb number [protected]. It was to be delivered yesterday, but the delivery agent was new to the city and he couldn't find my address, I opted for the next day delivery, that was today, but unfortunately same thing happened, I didn't get any phone call from the delivery agent, but at 1.39 p.m got the message that it couldn't be delivered. Ecom express delivered my package to my address many times before, I don't know what was the difficulty they were facing this time. Please have it deliver tomorrow. Thank you

                  I am received different product need to return and refund my money... That package have not any detail like seller detail... Return code and extra... I talk to delivery boy and supervisor also they are answering very rude... When i received that package that time i informed also its not my product so please return it but they not respond me

                                  I received a organizer cum card holder, that I never ordered from anywhere. While waiting for my order from Amazon I paid for it to find wrong product worth ₹749 ! Only to find the parcel with no company or vendor address to return the wrongly received parcel.the only information mentioned there was "storozship" send by ecom express. I googled it and found out a logistics company based in Bengaluru by the same name "storozship".
                                  I want to complain about this whole fraudulent act by "storozship" and "ecom express" and I want my hard earned ₹749 refund immediately.
                                  Kindly take strong actions again these fraudulent websites and companies.

                                      I've ordered a product which is being delivered by Ecom Express through Airway bill no [protected] but not received the package yet. The tracking status shows ODF locked and undelivered but I've never received any call or SMS from the company regarding the delivery. Please look into the issue and resolve the problem immediately
