Hi,
My ajio order is expected to be delivered on or before 15th of December. But since December 12th the order is showing as product is at Coimbatore warehouse. I want my order to be cancelled and also I am expecting my refund amount asap

    Sir/mam, My order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet, i did not even receive a single call from the delivery executive... Please Notify the delivery executive to call my number before delivery as it is very urgent . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent.

      Address: 1st floor NH-69 chinthamani-563125

      I order product in flipcart on 9th dec 2022..
      Its delivery date was 16th Dec 2022.. Product tracking no AWB- 95
      So on the date no one came for delivery..
      I called after 2 days later ..executive not picking my call..
      I raise a complaint in flipcart they told that 21st dec 2022 Your problem will solve.. 22nd I got message that your product is rescheduled pin and executive number is given i called them phone was not connected.. I met excutive i asked him why my product not yet delivered.. He told me that your product is OFD locked I cant delivery your shipment..
      So please unlock OFD to my shipment..

                    My shipment reached the delivery center on 19th but they didn't attempt the delivery and posted and update saying address and pincode mismatch and asked me to update it again. So I updated my address again and scheduled a reattempt on the next day that was today. Today morning they updated the status as ofd lock without attempting a delivery again. What the hell is wrong with these guys? Other couriers deliver my parcels and packages without any issues. What is wrong with you? I need a resolution asap. My tracking number is: [protected]

                        I ordered product from jiomart on 11/12/2022 and it's delivery date is 14/12/2022. But the shipment was not delivered yet.Its delivery partner is Ecom express. I complained jiomart by calling them and they registered complaint but it was not usefull. But there is no response from courier service(Ecom express).

                          Awb [protected] shipment is lying at delivery center since 3 days and still delivery is not attempted and whenver i call the customer care number all i can hear only is IVR voice.
                          Im unable to connect to customer care at any point with the given customer care number ie; [protected] and this is one of negative experience i had to face with Ecomexpress.

                            Fraud in delivery

                                My name is shyamala, I ordered a beauty product from Nykaa and it's delivery partner is ecom express . Awb number [protected]. It was to be delivered yesterday, but the delivery agent was new to the city and he couldn't find my address, I opted for the next day delivery, that was today, but unfortunately same thing happened, I didn't get any phone call from the delivery agent, but at 1.39 p.m got the message that it couldn't be delivered. Ecom express delivered my package to my address many times before, I don't know what was the difficulty they were facing this time. Please have it deliver tomorrow. Thank you
