Hello Sir, I have ordered a product from Meesho whose order number is[protected]_1. Whose price was Rs 461 in which I received the wrong product on which I put its return request which went to ecom express 16 November 2022 whose Awb Number is [protected]. To pick it up, yesterday on 17/11/2022, your delivery boy came from Khurja office of ecom express, who told his name as Babbal Raja and whose mobile no. [protected]. When they came yesterday, they said that pickups are not like this, now they have to pay for pickup, give half of the cost of the product, Rs 230, then pickup will happen, ecom express takes the pickup money, then the product is picked up So all our products have gone like this, why would the courier company take money, so they threw the product and abused me and threatened to beat me up. I said that I will complain about you to ecom express, then he said that such complaints do not harm me, I take money from everyone on this route, then I make pickup, no one can harm me and he canceled the pickup of the product. Sir, I am very sad and mentally tensed due to this very dirty and indecent behavior of your delivery. If anything wrong happens to me or my family then this delivery boy of yours will be responsible and if you do not take any strict action against it then ecom express will also be responsible. I trust ecom express to take strict action against this rude and dangerous delivery boy.

      I had ordered an item from AJIO on 3rd November and it was expected to be delivered on 11th. It was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected]. When I tracked the shipment status showing it reached the delivery centre on 13th. The consignment reached Kottayam area on 13th and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. It was an important item to be received on date.

      Kindly do needful to get my order.

        My shipment has reached visakhapatnam on Nov 4th from teestory, but till now it didn't get delivered and no one are responding to this. I can see the customer support number in Ecom express portal is +91 [protected] and they are not connecting to customer representative instead a computer recording saying your shipment reached the destination and will reach you in 24 hours. Same thing repeating from nov 4th. Teestory and Ecom express both are not responding I have also dropped emails to below

          I have ordered my products (pre paid) on Nov 5th and the delivery date was 7th but courier never ever called me and when I am trying to reach they never picked my call. While I am tracking my product it is always showing "to be delivered tomorrow", "arriving today." But then I dont get any delivery or calls. Later updated as incorrect address, or call got disconnected. Its the same address where the previous deliveried were made. So that is not the issue. I am fed up with updating my address and my number but nothing happening. Should I upload my Aadhaar or what? And since yesterday its showing ofd lock applied. Either deliver the product or atleast return it to the warehouse so I can get my refund. Order# NYK[protected], AWB [protected].

                Many times, calling to delivery agent for package home delivery but he is asking for extra money for home delivery if we are not giving extra money, they will not deliver my order.

                        I have placed my order on Tuesday 25 October still haven't received it..by mistake I attached old phone number but address is correct they didn't attempted to deliver through address it's a PRE-PAID ORDER I also contacted nykaa and they saying it's already in transit with delivery partner I tried to contact e com but couldn't find correct number...                           I ordered a product from jiomart the delivery is supposed to happen on today (05/11/2022) but these hopeless guys as delivery agents from Ecom express called and asked for the address and gave no response except hanging up the call. Afterwards no response from them worst customer care service. The delivery agent is also not picking up phone. I need my order to be delivered but Ecom Express is making it worse and plz make your delivery agents by having some basic respect to pickup calls

                            I ordered 12 items from the Nykaa and only 2 items were delivered by E-Comm delivery.
                            Nykaa says they have sent all the products which means someone from the e-comm delivery has tampered with the order.
                            I raised the concern multiple times with Nykaa and they said they can’t do anything in this matter. Someone has tampered with the order and nobody is ready to take responsibility. I lost my money but I am more sad that whoever did it will not be made responsible or caught.

                                    For two days there is no update on my package. The last update was information received (Ecom) and it has been like that for the last two days. Customer care has no idea as well.

                                    I was supposed to receive the order by 03rd Nov.

                                    What kind of courier company keeps their consumer in the dark?

                                      It's been a week, my parcel has been put of OFD lock mode, i tried calling their customer care. It is completely hopeless, it does not give you relevant options to your problem and I couldn't even talk to their executive or any person for that matter. It says that I gave the wrong address when it is the correct one. I even tried updating my phone number multiple times but neither the delivery guy came nor did he call. I wanted my parcel last week (expected delivery date) but no mail has been reverted to. They definitely need to improve their customer care service and accessibility.
