    I ordered books package from Physics Wallah and it is to be delivered by Ecom express with tracking id [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 7th oct 2022, today is 17th and they have not delivered yet. Submitted many package queries but still there is no change and can't even contact in their customer care.

      I have ordered my product on thu 7 0ct and the delivery date was 12 oct but courier boy never ever called me and while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening plz improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is #nyk[[protected]] and awb is #[[protected]] today is showing ofd lock applied plz resolve my problem i need my product as soon as possible

                      My AWB number is [protected] it was out for delivery on 13th October but in the evening i got a message that i refused to receive the package but there was no attempt or even a call to ask me about delivery. Then i tried to call on their customer care but its also fake they just end by saying "Exceed attempted of worng key" even when i try only once. Worst courier service previously also i gut these problem and now again.

                              I had shipped 2 orders from Ecom. They have such pathetic and useless employees that they do not even attempt delivery and blame it not the customer while stating wrong address or customer refused.
                              #[protected] - This is awb number. My order is already running late and the unprofessional courier made 3 FAKE ATTEMPTS stating wrong address when my customer is saying the address is correct. That pathetic courier didn't event tried to contact the customer
                              #[protected] - this is the other awb number which is running 11 days late. Same issue, pathetic service. No attempts made and same false testimony saying that address is wrong.

                              One of the worst service I have ever seen. Get your service right.

                                My Order ID is NYK[protected] with the AWB number [protected]. I was highly humiliated and disappointed with the delivery service since I was constantly asked to pay twice even after doing the first payment.The delivery boy asked me to talk with one of his colleagues named as “Anshul” who was continuously using harsh words and lacked decency on communication. I was frightened and felt threatened with Anshul’s verbal behaviour which further lead to a crowd in the area I live nearby. Please do the needful.
