I ordered an item from Reliance Digital on 22nd Oct and the shipment was made through ecom express with the committed delivery date of 27th Oct 2022. Later i received SMS from Reliance Digital stating delivery postponed to 28th Oct. Received another SMS on 28th Oct saying delivery affected due to unforseen circumstances and will be delivered on 31st Oct 2022.

Ecom express tracking website showed shipment in Transit in Chennai on 27th Oct 2022. There has been no change in the status till today. Reliance digital is useless and don't have any mechanisms to identify the shipment and expedite it. Really disappointed with Reliance Digital and the ecom express.

Received my Shipment today in good shape. Have to appreciate the delivery person for bringing the parcel to 4th floor without lift due to power cut and also in heavy rain. Looks like ecom express has too much volume of shipments without enough delivery folks.

Make Purchases in Reliance Digital ecommerce site only if you have enough patience to wait for the delivery.
If not Amazon or buying from store is the best option.

    Iam a meesho seller, i already raised too many tickets in both meesho and ecom but no proper respones.

    complaints:

    they not properly pickup and not response to us. they are not scanning when taking a pickup order. and also they not properly returning canceled orders, RTO and returns.

    Around 60 order valued 65k, we did not received any returns till now
    but they put status in delivered without my knowledge.

    we did not received 2months RTO, return and cancelled order.

    ECOM Contact number and mail are useless, i never reply back from them.

          Frequently i received lots of fake msg and calls from ecom xpress i didnt ordered anything but im always received msg from ecom courier pls take necessary action

            I have purchased from Campus website and immediately raised a return request after delivery on 4th October 2022. The Campus customer care created the return request on 5th October and Ecom express should collect the parcel within 4 to 5 days. Till date they didn't attempt for any pickup or update the status of the shipment AWB Number : [protected]. I have raised multiple complaints at Campus customer care but they could not do anything other than escalating the issue at Ecom express. Campus website promised 15 day easy returns and they could arrange return pickup after 20 days due to Ecom express.

                      I have ordered the product on 7th oct 2022 from first cry seller. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said." So I CONTACTed First cry CUSTOMER care support to re-verify my product delivery partner. They said, "Ecom express courier" only. They also tried to track my product through that FDSP+10 digit number. They also could not track. Then why they provided these kind of invalid number. Still I did not get my product in my hand. I want to know where is my order now. Is this shipped or not ? If i's shipped, what is the correct tracking number ? This is what I am expecting. Or else I will cancel the order !

                          Hi,
                          shipment [protected]. The issue is I am receiving daily texts regarding my shipment will arrive today but at the end of the day I am not recieving my product and being told that delivery was unsuccessful.just bcz of recklessness of your delivery agent, I am not getting my product. I even contacted nykaa they are saying this is the issue from the Ecom express end.

                          This is really bothering to a customer and frustrating too.

                            Hi,
                            This is regarding shipment [protected]. The issue is that I received daily texts regarding my shipment will arrive today but at the end of the day, I do not recieve any and being asked to reschedule it for next day. I have to reschedule it again and again just bcz of recklessness of your delivery agent.
                            I contacted nykaa and it says misktake is from ecomexpess side.

                            This is really bothering to a customer and frustrating too.

                              I have ordered my product on 10.10.2022 and the delivery date was 16.10.2022. The courier boy called me on 16.10.2022 but I was not able to pick up the call at that time. On 17.10.2022, "OFD LOCK APPLIED". On 18.10.2022, no attempt was made to deliver my product. On 19.10.2022, they called me and asked my address but they did not deliver my product. I am tracking my product but always they are showing that they will deliver tomorrow. Everyday, I am updating my address and phone number but nothing is happening. Today i.e 20.10.2022, it is showing "OFD LOCK APPLIED".                                   Order should be delivered by 17th Oct but still tracking shows unable to connect. When called for customer care it only ivr and no direct contact. It say order will be delivered by 17th Oct even on 19th October. Didn't contact regarding any address related if it was the reason for tracking status to be unable to connect.

                                    Shipment out for delivery on 11 October. None contacted me and marked as not delivered. Today is 19 October and no update. I tried to call their customer care numbers and it is responding that the operating time is between 8 am to 10 pm. I called during that time only and they seems to be turned off the customer care.

                                        I ordered a product from flipkart and delivered by Ecom express on 16th Oct. But I received a wrong product and raised a request for returning just after receiving it.
                                        I got a message that it will be pickedup on 17th of Oct, but no one came for the same and it was automatically scheduled by them without taking OTP and remarked as failed because I scheduled it but I didnt received any call or something like that.
                                        Again I received a call from flipkart and they said it will be pickeup by 18th but no one came for it and no calls no messages I received from Ecom.

                                        Please look into it asap because they are not coming for pickup and the delivery person number is always switched off and no other HELPdesk is available so I can complain or talk to someone.

                                        I am very much harrassed by Ecom express I was going to consumer FORUM but I thought I should intimate you regarding it.
                                        I[censored]ou can do anything please make it fast because I have no more time for this ###.
