Delivery boy called me and trapped me about my products and did not deliver my product but marked as delivered..And after caling he was very very rude and told me do whatever you want I will not deliver your product. And my order was prepaid.

    Delivery assistant called us multiple times in a day and repeatedly requested for OTP number and when questioned why he was asking multiple times for same OTP he threatened that "I will make sure that you never receive any future orders from herbalife" in telugu "neku malli herbalife lonuchi delivery ela ayidho nenu chusta".

      My shipment number [protected] was out for delivery yesterday from 11:05 AM but the delivery executive never even called me and in the evening the status was changed to undelivered. No body even tried to deliver the parcel and commented that the address is unlocatable.
      Today too the shipment is out for delivery but no body has contacted to get the parcel delivered.

        Shipment tracking status

        My order was booked with Ecom express on 30th September and today it is supposed to be delivered but i see no update regarding the status of its location from the first day it was picked up. Why give us a tracking number if you cannot update it. Worst courier service ever. I need my shipment today. Look into it and respond.

              My parcel has been locked at ecom centre

              I requested delivery person to give me open box delivery and he refused me and took back order. Next day i visited their ecom centre in my location, then they told me that my order is locked, it will take some time. Now what can i do to unlock it earlier.

                I have ordered an item through Flipkart which was placed by ECOM. The ordered item came before the expected delivery date. The delivery boy called me and I talked to him, he said that the item will be give tomorrow as he was late.So he rescheduled to the next day.But there after i didn't get any message or calls.Later i found it as undelivered on the site.A clear cheat by delivery boy.                   I got a call from the company and they listened to my problem And he asked the Airway number And then they probably talked to the delivery agent and I was refunded the amount of the product which was missing in the parcel Thank you

                    To whom ever it may concern
                    I have my consignment scheduled for delivery today 03/10/2022. I called up the delivery boy in the morning inquiring at what time he will deliver, he told me to keep my phone with me as he'll deliver soon. I waited for him the whole day but he didn't come. FYI this delivery boy has delivered so many orders in our residential school.
                    In the evening at 5pm I received his call and he told me that he'll not be able to deliver the order today as he has some urgent work and has to go home. To which I told him that as the School has Navratri holiday today I had plan to go out but since the delivery was scheduled today I canceled it and. I requested him to deliver today to which he got angry and started to threatened me saying I'll never receive my order as he'll cancel my order.
                    While writing this concern I received an SMS saying my order AwB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. How rude and unethical delivery boy canceling my order intentionally. I am so disappointed with the service please resolve soon and see to it that some basic trainings are given to all the service boy on how to behave and deal with customers to avoid furtherinconvenience.                     Thank you for the response. No action has been taken against the said delivery agent because he has mark my address as unlocatable again today for the third time. What kind of actions are taken against this kind of rude behavior who is spoiling the name of Ecom Express?
                    He came to our residential school today to deliver my myntra order and asked me to give the OTP of the Flipkart order. I denied saying please bring my product only then I can share you the otp. He threatened me again today verbally and was so mad at me because I lodge an email complaint against him. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. Is it too impossible for Ecom or the concern people to change the delivery boy or have some other agent to deliver my order? Is that too much to ask for??

                          Hello I am Bhagyaban Konwar from Jorhat Assam
                          I ordered Boult Drift Bluetooth Calling, 1.69inch HD Display Smartwatch on date 22 September 2022 from Flipkart . But the item is not delivered me yet. Always show in the website of Flipkart out for delivery. But I didn't get any call/ sms in my registered mobile number . But suddenly the Ecom express courier cancelled my item without any reason and refund the money. When I talked your customer care executive of Flipkart regarding this subject . I mention that this type of Courier never delivered any product to us and suddenly they cancelled item without call/sms . After undelivered the mention item they suddenly cancel the item. So please investigate it this is the serious issue to save us from fraud courier company like Ecom express.

                              Delivery of product purchased via Flipkart

                              My delivery date for scheduled for 30th September 2022 for a product ordered through Flipkart. On 29th Sept, on the portal, I could see the product was "Out for Delivery". However, at the end of the day, the portal said "Undelivered". Since it was one day before the delivery date, I didn't think much of it. However, the same thing happened on the 30th. The same thing happened again on the 1st of October.

                                My ordered item was out for delivery on 27 september but its status changed to undelivered and today is 1 october and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.
