Hi, i have placed an order with reliance digital on 25th september 2022. Having an AWB [protected] but the product did not get delivered. The package moved from hyderabad to medak(from tracking status) but i stay in hyderabad. No response from ECOM EXPRESS.

    Since last 2 days ecom express has been bothering no phone picks up, no picks up the product due to which time will run out for my product exchange or return.An Ecom express company had to return a product of mine which is a shirt bought from a myntra.

    please do take action on them and solve me.

                Messho is doing fraud with guest they are selling the product without bill and tax invoice. The delivery boy gave me product saying that invoice is inside the package and took money from me.                   I placed an order with Netmeds for which I got a msg that it is out for delivery on 20/09/2022. The address was my office address still the delivery person called me late at around 7.30 pm and said that we couldn't deliver it on that they and will deliver on 21/09/2022. On 21/09/2022 the delivery person called me at around 5.45 pm and said that he has gone far from my location and would not be able to deliver. Later I got a msg that he couldn't deliver the package as my location is untraceable which is a complete lie. Even today he is not receiving my calls. I want my parcel to be delivered today without fail. It contains medicines which are very necessary for me. But your delivery partners are making a joke out of it.

                            I have ordered some products from Galwaykart last month (August). The status of the shipment showed that it arrived at the nearest hub on 3rd September 2022 and now on 19th September 2022 it's status shows that the product is being returned. What surprising me is that, without my consent you are just returning it. I haven't received at least a text message prior to the return action. At least i would have gone to collect it if I was informed about it a day before you take this crazy decision.
                            When I reached out to Galwaykart customer service they informed me that there is some ''Operational Issue'' going on from Ecom Express and I was asked on 17th to go and collect it but I was not aware of them just returning the product this morning.
                            So what about my money? Who will pay it? When will I receive my refund at least if you can't deliver the shipment?

                                    Hii ...I placed an order in meesho on 30th aug...It was expected to deliver on 5th sep...But by 14th sep I didn't get any updates from Ecom courier side... Morning I got a message that my parcel will gonna deliver today...Now the delivery boy called me and asked the code to cancel the order...                                       My return from TATA CLiQ for Order Reference No:[protected], Transaction ID - [protected], Product, "Nuon by Westside Multi Colour-Blocked Cropped Shirt" for INR 599 was picked up by Ecom Express on 17th August 2022. The acknowledgment I received from Ecom Express is attached herewith.
                                      The Transaction ID in the acknowledgment I received from Ecom Express doesn’t match with my Transaction ID. The Transaction ID in the acknowledgment I received is [protected] which is associated with another customer because of which I’m unable to receive my refund.
                                      When the return pickup executive of Ecom Express picked up my return order he assured that it was scheduled to be collected by them. He opened and verified my package as well. Please help me out. I don’t know what to do. When I called Ecom Express customer care number I was asked to mail them. I already mailed them 3 times and did not get any response.
                                      As I mentioned, the product was picked up on 17th August 2022 from my location Vattamkulam, Edappal, Ponnani, Kerala, India ( 679578 ). Please look into the matter and provide the correct details of pick up so that I can forward it to TATA CLiQ customer support management team.
