Delivery guy does not call us. Updates the fake information that he called and we are not available for delivery. This happens only with this delivery company. There is not proper customer service not proper escalation point

    Yesterday I received my package from homesolution ecom express order no. 1058806 it was tempered (broken) therefore I want to return the item as soon as possible and want my money to be refunded.
    Highly disappointed.
    If you take my problem in notice it would be highly appreciable .

      - Provided Address and Pincode are correct.
      - Courier service is updating the status with wrong information (Address pincode mismatch, address not found, etc)
      - Today I received different order from same Ecom Express.
      The delivery is delayed and they update the status with false information. Please help

            I have placed an order on 22/09/2022 from Flipkart, and initially the delivery date was 26/09/2022. The Flipkart's delivery partner Ecom Express picked my order and they haven't delivered it till 26, and then flipkart changed the delivery date to 29, and today is 29 and my order is not yet delivered.

            Ecom Express send messages daily morning like my order is out for delivery and at the end of the day they cancel the delivery and say that they will retry again tomorrow

            They are doing the same from past 5 days, and i cant even contact their delivery person or customer care.
            Please help me regarding this issue

But from past 3 days I get a message that order out for delivery and evening I get a message that order not delivered as I have rejected to take order which is completely false and its making me feel bad. worst service by ecom expresss. If you cant deliver you can give genuine reasons but instead of that you are blaming customers.

                              Messho is doing fraud with guest they are selling the product without bill and tax invoice. The delivery boy gave me product saying that invoice is inside the package and took money from me. He went away.when i checked inside there was no tax invoice.now messho is denying to return the order.Sub Order id[protected]

                                I placed an order with Netmeds for which I got a msg that it is out for delivery on 20/09/2022. The address was my office address still the delivery person called me late at around 7.30 pm and said that we couldn't deliver it on that they and will deliver on 21/09/2022. On 21/09/2022 the delivery person called me at around 5.45 pm and said that he has gone far from my location and would not be able to deliver. Later I got a msg that he couldn't deliver the package as my location is untraceable which is a complete lie. Even today he is not receiving my calls. I want my parcel to be delivered today without fail. It contains medicines which are very necessary for me. But your delivery partners are making a joke out of it.
