Ecom Express — complaint for non delivery at your home address

We the people of karimganj dist ramkrishna nagar area, cant find any product in our home by ecom xpress, they always call us in particular point to collect the product, in our daily life we r busy with various work, after the advance paymet of the product we had to bound any product to collect for bazar area whereas we r give our address before any order. Then what is the meaning to put our address through building no etc etc. Please kindly look into the matter.

My order no: [protected] is supposed (Estimated by Myntra) to be delivered by 29th of september.From 24th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled'. Why is it happening? Will i get my product?
