Hi! I sincerely request any online platform to choose Ecom as your courier partner in future !! It has been eight days since the package from lifestyle has reached Chennai but no delivery attempt was made till date! But they have updated on their tracking site as wrong address, incomplete address, delivery attempted !! Seriously ??! No one contacted me in the past 8 days at least to enquire about my address ! I have made numerous orders before but have never faced such ridiculous delivery situations ! I have called the Ecom head office so many times till date and have registered the complaint, they kept telling I will be contacted today and the courier will be delivered today but nothing happened n none contacted me . Same happened when I raised a complaint day before yesterday, all that they do is telling that my courier will be delivered the following day !they kept assuring my query will be solved but now they are telling the package has been returned to the seller, and they cannot be responsible for that! What the hell? He is repeating the same Lines when I’m asking whose mistake is that the delivery wasn’t made ! When i googled n tried calling the local Ecom office number, they never picked up and after my continuous calls they switched off that number ! I’m frustrated with all these dramas ! I don’t understand what other work a courier person will have other than delivering packages ! This will only make me think twice before ordering In lifestyle just because of this stupid Ecom express !
