I ordered Raymond formal trouser and mast & harbour shoulder bag from myntra. My shipment was processed through Ecomexpress new Delhi. My order no. was[protected]-6664101 and my tracking bill no. was[protected] on 25th June 2018. They gave expected date of delivery was 8th July to deliver. I gave perfect address with landmark, village area, tehsil, district everything in address. My order reached bhilwara district and ecom express said that my order was at delivery centre which was actually not. I complaint to myntra because expected day was gone and I was not getting my order. they gave me 5 business days to resolve my query. After 5 days I again inquiry regarding the order and I found my order was still in bhilwara. I explain the myntra customer care service why my order is in bhilwara when the delivery address is bhiluda( it's in dungarpur district), not bhilwara . 19 days were already gone. Then just after one day of complaining, ecom express update my order is in dungarpur. I'm happy to know finally they will deliver my order. But they didn't deliver the order. dungarpur is just 50 km away from my village. Then after 3 days they were still in dungarpur but they didn't deliver the order to my address. And myntra updated the status on 18 July that my order was lost due to technical issue. There is a fault of ecom express which place my order in bhilwara since 6 July 2018. They didn't deliver the order even after complaining and they cancelled the order and said order was lost.
