[Resolved] Ecom Express — delivery not attempted - awb no.[protected] | |||
I had placed an order online through Ur Pet Plaza and the order was despatched through Ecomm Express couriers. The above shipment was not even attempted once but the Ibrahimpatnam branch, Telangana has updated the website stating that attempts were made and the last attempt for delivery was refused by the customer. I am truly appalled at the level of service that is being provided by this courier, who lies to customers. It is disgusting to say the least. The call centre provided me with a contact number ([protected]) but no one is picking up the call. Would appreciate your kind intervention in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||

Our company is dispatched the product on 9th july and today is 12th july still we didnt receive the product within india for courier delivery more than 3 days is too late as there are much courier services which are delivering in two days i dont know why u guys are taking such a long time for deliveries customer are very irritated

Courier delivery boy not try to connect a single time for delivery the product and refund the product. Plz delivered the product immediately.
