[Resolved]  Ecom Express — delivery of my product

You guys are wrongly updating that delivery attempted and customer not available but no one came to deliver the product and the delivery agent number given by you guys [protected], this person says on calling that i don't work for ecom now. Please get my product delivered. What you guys are doing and why giving wrong information. If you can't do it just deny it but please don't give fake promises to the customers. My shipment tracking number is[protected].

Amount 6999rs I have not found and today i have received msg by ecom it will be delivered 11:55 am
But I have not found my order then I'll talk to courier boy he said he don't know this shipment.
Then 2:17 pm it will again show out for delivery

I got this message from ecom exp on 03 November Dear Customer, your CLUBFACTORY "Pre-paid" shipment awb[protected] is out for delivery by ECOM executive Ph: [protected] PIN:[protected] but that sales man big cheater he didn't contact me and i couldn't contact with him by this number

I had been continuously told for last 4 days that my parcel whose AWB no.is[protected] will be delivered today but at the end of the day it is being rescheduled... I am fed up of this rescheduling and calling again and again to customer care...
