On 11th october 2019, i couldn't pick up my shein parcel from the delivery guy from ecom express. He agreed to reattempt delivery on 12th but didn't.
Since then i've called the delivery centre everyday for the past 10 days or so, asking about my parcel and they would tell me it'll guaranteed reach me the next day.
Now, on 22nd october, i found out that without trying to deliver it or contacting me they've returned my parcel to the origin.
I need my parcel asap. This is ridiculous and shameful. Why run a delivery company when you can't deliver accordingly.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
