My name is saritha.. From shimogga. I am orderd 1 item in amazon.. They send my order by ecom express.. But my order is not reach my address.. The message send to me by ecom express the order was delivered.. But i dont receive the order from ecom express.. They could not contact me till today. Pls give my parcel.. The given no. Of ecomexpress shimogga is not correct. I will try to contact them but i can't. They send the msg ti my mobile no. On janvary 1st. The order is deliverd. But i book my order cybernova company toiletary bag at amazon. The company send the order by ecom express.. But my order is not reach to my addres.

I'm Santhana Krishnan. My Awb [protected]. My Parcel has not been delivered but it is showing delivered.A guy called and asked for delivery code I asked him to deliver it to my hostel. But he has not delivered. He updated delivery status alone. Kindly resolve this issue.

While tracking it was found that the courier has reached kochi courier center, but so far no attempt has been made by them to deliver the product and no updates at all. I am experiencing unnecessary difficulties because of their irresponsible attitude. Kindly do the needful.

              I have not received my product yet still the tracking page says the product is delivered. I have not even received a call from courier boy. I have talk to neighbours but they told me no one came to my home. I have not picked the delivery and even no one from my family.
              So look into matter and solve my issue as early as possible.

                  Product not delivered

                  I haven't got a call and even i haven't got the product. But still the tracking page says the product is delivered. But i have not picked it. I talked with neighbours also but they told me no one was there to deliver the product.
                  How the brand name like yours is doing so?

                            I don't want the product that i ordered because it is taking more time for delivery than i expected. Please cancel delivery of my product with tracking number[protected]. I no longer need the product and it cannot be cancelled from the online shopping website. But i came to know that ecom express is going to deliver the product therefore i ask you to cancel its delivery. Please let me know, once it is cancelled.

                              I order something from myntra 4 days ago still not even the pickup for my product has been done. Something similar happened when i ordered through jabong. Please resolve my issue fast. This is way to much whenever i order something and if ecom is the one to ship, i would immediately cancel the order because of the delay you guys do on. Such a shame. Please improve your service.

Delivery boy call me today for parcel delivery but after few minutes my delivery not arrived due to wrong address. I received a msg from courier service where i can direct contact to delivery boy.. I tried calling him so many times to give my direction but call didn't connect with delivery boy... Worst courier service..

                                  I bought a multicolored art silk saree on snapdeal somehow, i didn't like it and return it on 23 december, e com express boy collect my full order i. E — 2 silk saree then also i received a email claiming that my order that i returned is incomplete and that's why they aren't going to return my money,, today i received a call from snapdeal and he says that i received 2 silk sarees however i returned only one... Well thats not true i returned the product same as i received i. E — 2 silk sarees i think they have misunderstood it or what,, but i want my refund as soon as possible.
