Ecom Express — I haven't received package

Order no 114385 i haven't received package yet. Which i ordered from bunaai white offical website.
Product worth rs.2429.19
Today morning i got message from ecom express that your order will be delivered. Delivery boy didnt even call me.
Evening i got sms and mail that product has been delivered.
Please do resolve this problem as early as possible.

I have returned the package and it was picked up but till now it is showing that the product is not returned . And while delivering he didn't gave the money back.
Yesterday I called the courier boy but he hanged up .
I want money back!

I wasn't available on the day of delivery but i scheduled it for 10th of January 2020 but the parcel got rto locked n it's been returning now but i need my parcel n the delivery as soon as possible
