[Resolved] Ecom Express — non delivery of parcel | |||
A parcel with awb no[protected] has not yet reached me. I received sms from your side twice that the parcel was out for delivery and could not be delivered with the reason that i had refused it. The delivery person has never contacted me either over phone or at the address mentioned. I have requested to make delivery on 17th. This is the second time i am having such a bad experience from the courier service. Its very diffixukt to reach out to you as your customer care nunber is never picked up or always our of device. I have requested delivery on 17th dec please instruct the delivery person to contact me before submitting such stupid reason for non delivery.
