Hello sir, i am saeed pathan your company is giving good service everywhere and you have branches everywhere, but we do not have any branches yet.
We have 100 parcels a day, but there is no branch at all, it takes time to get the parcel from another place and we do not even know at the right time so my request to you is to open your branch in our area as well so that we will also get good service.

    Yeasterday one delivery boy called me and asked to come about 7 kilometers away of my house whene as i had submitted my residencial adress for the return but as i was not there so i was unable to reach him. He rudely talked me and said if you do not come i shall reject your return and hence he rejected too.
    Kindly take proper action against him and tell them to pick my return.

    In the morning I received that my consignment will be delivered today. But it wasn't. Number [protected]. When I tracked my order, it was written consignee request for further delivery. I did not receive any phone call from the delivery boy . I did not ask for delay.

      Hi

      I have a product from naptol and vendor is ecom express.

      2 times naptol try to send a courier hence two times i did not received my product.

      Here what i observed while tracking, ecom staf[censored]pdating fake details like
      Consinee not avalialable or requested for future delivery.
      I not even get a single call from them.

      See the awb numbers for proofs.

        This is wrong product received by costumer.. Please take action.

        Costumer have no invoice about my product.. And the courier bag was damage.. Someone cheat with the package. Please take strick action.

        So that this thing will not happen in future...

          Mera order id [protected] जो की 6.10.19 ko udaipur aa gaya tha lekin local ecom express office ne parcel ko 6.10.19 ओर 14.10.2019 ko out for delivery show kar ke usko delivery attempted dikha dete hai aur parcel delivered. Nhi kar rhe hey mene ecom express customer care par bhi bahut complaint kiya lekin local ecom express office ke staff parcel deliver nhi kar raha local office ka staff jan boojkar pareshan kar raha hey. Worst service. Meri gujarish hey ki unke against sakht action liya jaye taki vo future me customers ko pareshan nhi kare.

            We have ordered the products in online store a the product reached the nearest delivery center but the delivery members had done delay of 4 dahs by saying the lack of delivery boy. And the other one the pickup order since two days and by the same reason they always say that they cannot do it and refuse it. Onve they came to the near address and again they postponed doe two days. I request you to take action against these.

                    Hello sir, i ordered a tv box on baggood through 6.09.19 which i have not received yet. When i found out, i was told that the box has arrived in ecom express but i have not been deleverd yet. My awb number is [protected]. I have called in ecom express many times and every time i am assured to deleverd the product in 24 to 48 hours but it is not deleverd please help me and please make my product reach me.
                    If i do not receive my product soon, i will file a suit against ecom express in the consumer forum. So please request me to deleverd my product as soon as possible

                      Delivery person called me and i tried my best to give him proper direction but due to he is new in my area he is unable to understand my direction beside that i told him to wait as he had many more parcel to delivered bcz i was out of my house but my mother was at home. I was ready to collect my parcel 2 3 kms away to pick it up and he was ready to delivered it but after 10mns i received msg saying that due to no one at home the delivery cud not delivered to me. How come he give such feedback when he don't know my address nor my place...

The tracking details shows that the product is out for delivery and now it is re - dispatched and they are showing that it is not delivered due to unavailability of customer.                                       My order from amazon awb no.[protected] is still undelivered. Last time they said that the address was unlocatable without even calling me... So i had to reschedule it... But again with disappointing result.. Today i got a msg for delivery of the product but didnot get any call so again i went to the particular delivery point of our area. There was 1 delivery boy from ecom, when asked he told that he didn't have my parcel and that another delivery boy was coming, so it could be with him.. But nothing happen... At 06:004 pm i got a missed call from[protected] & when i called back i was asked to input the awb no., so i did but it said the awb is wrong... Later i received a msg saying that i refused to accept the my amazon order awb no.[protected]... Still i rescheduled for one last time... I am exhausted and also very disappoint with such extraordinary service.. Do what is necessary to keep up the company's name...

                                        I have ordered something from club factory with full and correct address. They sent it through ecom. On 7th Nov message has come that they will deliver. But in the evening sent a messege that attempt has been made to deliver but in wrong address and will be re dispatched. No phone call has been made and I also don't have their number to call.
