Ecom Express — parcel not received for last 8 days

I am from tamilnadu and rummy circle had me a parcel from mumbai on 11th october 2019 and it got shipped via ecom express on 11th of october and i got sms in which the product is going to be delivered by ecom express on 16th october 2019. But after sometime it is showing as delivered but i didn't get it. Its been 8 days since we don't received the parcel.
