My name is yuvraj singh. I ordered product on myntra. The myntra consigned my product to ecom express courier company to get it delivered to me. But yesterday night at 7:00 pm the delivery boy of ecom express named as hardeep singh (Contact number ‭+[protected]‬) branch distt: barnala punjab called me and used abusive language against me as i refuged to accept delivery at 7:00 pm as the time was beyond the business hours. When i asked him to reschedule the delivery he abused me and said now you will not get your order. Actions to be taken against him..

    I ordered items through online shopping. They send some items through ecom express and after few days it shows that the agent couldn’t reach me and it’s canceled, it happens several times, the agent never even contacted me, through call, by the way am a frequent buyer from online shops, and am getting all items without any difficulties from other courier service like delhivery, ecart, etc
    This is the worst courier service ever i have seen,

      The last 2 days back my product went for out of delivery but still i did not get my product, i check with ecom portal consignee request to future order, so kindly clarify how month you need to deliver my order and also explain what problem about delivering, i am facing same issue last 2 times now is 3 times,

          We want to inform you that i am the vendor of that particular item and as want to inform you that your delivery boy updated status as undelivered on[protected] reason of customer not available, but we want to inform you that your delivery boy [ saurabh ] not even contact me single time and he also not come to the address and updated status as undelivered and this is not the first time i am facing this problem but many times this happen to me, your ecom express not even come to pickup and it, s so disgusting, we want you to please take some strict action on that delivery boy and return my item as fast as you can.

            Hello, i am yogesh ghanekar, i have ordered 4 quatities of noise colorfit pro 2 watches from flipkart. And the shipment is suppose to be delivered by ecom express on 24th of oct 2019 as per i receive the sms on mobile. But the order didn't delivered and also the awb number was showing invalid after calling to ecom executive (Awb : [protected]). Even there was no sms of delay in delivery. Kindly provide me the delivery of my product asap by today. And also improve your sms notifications incase if order is getting delay. Also, make sure to look after faster delivery process as per mentioned about faster delivery promises.

              I had ordered products from myntra on september 29th. It has been shown as lying in dc since october 5th. I have called the company and they told it will be delivered on 25th of october. This is major irresponsibilty on their part. It has been one month sonce i ordered these products. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible or this irresponsible behaviour will be notified to public.

                I have placed an order on myntra on 20th oct and on 22nd october it was shipped. But still tracking is showing pickup rescheduled. I think ecom doesn't care about their service. It's the diwali season u need that product for that it takes just one day to reach my home please do it soon.

                  Hey!... I have ordered products from nyka my awb number is [protected]. I have experienced similar issues before with ecom express services. First they didn't make any attempt to call me and second no attempt was made at the delivery address. The most irritating part is you applying completely fake traking status. This is totally unprofessional and irritating. Imagine when u ordered something for someone else's birthday and still not receiving even well after delivery date.

                    I ordered earphones on club factory on 6 oct. The delivery was expected on 19 oct. The order was out to delivery on 19th but the delivery boy didn't call me. When i tracked down my order details in site its written consignee asked for future delivery. This is wrong when your delivery boy don't even attempt to reach me through call u can't write whatever you want. Please respond for further details of order and make sure you don't do the same with other customers.

                      My tracking id:[protected] i was suppose to receive the parcel yesterday i was waiting the whole day but no one showed up and finally received a call saying i have to pick up the parcel from their office.
                      We do online shopping because it has a benefit of home delivery or else we could go to shopping malls.
                      I received an sms stating you guys couldn't deliver cause i dont have cash available and now it held at facility for cash pick up.. How insulting that is. If i dont have cash available, why would i place the order.
                      Its disgusting and insulting i will write to amazon as well regarding this incident.
                      The only job of a courier company is to do deliver if you cant do that you have no right to stay in the business.

                        My order was scheduled to be delivered on 14/10/2019 but due to certain reasons was not. N since then it's stated that they will reattempt delivery in the next working day. From 20/10/2019 I have been continuously calling n enquiring about the product. N all I get is an apology n a false assurance stating that the order will be delivered within 24 hours. I even spoke to senior supervisor n he told stated same. N yet I did not receive my order. N now they have blocked my number. The call gets disconnected on it's own. Awb number is [protected] . I want my order asap. I have recordings of their call from my number n immediately from other number to confirm.

                              My package is being showed as delivered but i haven't received it. I've been calling them for over a month (Since sept 20th) asking for details on who signed for the package if anyone did, raised complaints, talked to an apparent supervisor. I was promised a call back multiple times and no one seems to follow up and give me any kind of information. Absolutely horrible and pathetic customer service. Half of the times they told me their internal servers are showing errors and made me call back the next day. And even after getting through to someone, no one is able to give me the details. They say someone from back end team will call and nothing happens and the cycle repeats.

                                My package with awb#[protected] was sent on 11-oct-2019 afternoon and showing "bag scanned at hub" status in chennai since 16-oct-2019 early morning. There are no any status updates until now. I tried reaching customer service multiple times and am helpless..

                                The customer service for ecom express is pathetic that they put on long holds every time i'm trying to reach them and it took 7 minutes to reach the customer service agent every time on an average and about 30 minutes to speak with the supervisor. Most of the customer service agents are not comfortable with "english" language, i chosen english and have no clue why it landed to hindi cc department and they are asking me to drop the call, and try calling them again. I'm definite that their customer service is not meeting the customer satisfaction. Every time i called, got updates that it will be delivered in next 24-48 hours.

                                This is the worst experience i had with a courier partner in the last 15 years and i don't recommend ecom express for timely deliveries.

                                Ecom express - please do the needful to deliver the package as soon as possible. If the package is missed, at least let me and the seller know that the package has been missed so than the seller can refund / arrange alternates for my order. I can't simply wait any further on this. Hope you understood...

                                      I had purchased medicines from medlife and was delivered to me by ecom express. Due to change in RX I returned the medicines to the sender on 1/10/19 with AWB number[protected]. Today it is 24/10/19 but the medicines have not reached to the sender so far and I have not got my money back. I have registered complaints five times to the company's website but there is no response from the company.

                                      I have received wrong product against my order no 11066 from leonenterprises (vide Tracking no [protected] )on 11.10.2019 and I have already paid Rs 1000/- cash against my order and i am not able to return the product.

                                      I want my money return back from leonenterprises.

                                        From last 10 days package is with courier company but not delivered to me and no local customer support is available.

                                        I tried to call customer support at some other number and everytime they said will deliver in 24-48 hours but i didn't get.

                                        Even i complaint at company which use this courier company and said them about this issue but they also not sure how much time it will take to reach
