Ecom Express — pathetic and worst customer service ever

My order was supposed to get delivered on friday eod, they didnt with the reason as customer requested for future delivery. Followed up multiple times, ecom gave me alot of fake promises and fake hopes. First promise was that the product will be delivered by next day (Saturday) before 11am, they didnt, next promise was delivery will be done by eod saturday which they didnt. The same pattern was followed on sunday and today is monday and i havent got
My product.
Ecom express pissed me off and spoiled my weekends with fake hopes and false promises.
Ecom is the worst and i would highly recommend to not opt for it.
Pathetic and worst customer service i have come across in my life.

Since it is very important and the stsus for my cart is showing pickup resuduled day by day . so kindly do something. i cant understand why this problem is ocuuring and this is for the first time. the pickup is not completed.

My son was ordered LAPTOP to deliver At Hyderabad. The said item was not taken delivery and returned. But EMI from last 3 month are deducting from my Bank Account. Stop for EMI deducting from my a/c . Now for this month also i got alert of EMI deduction from my account. The item which was returned, the EMI could not affect.

Sir, your ecom executive didn't deliver my shipment. He take my shipment to wrong area and tell me to come Ratanada and I living at Banar Road ( which the address is mentioned on the shipment). He didn't talk sensible and he didn't clearly reply to me.
