Ecom Express — product delivered but I didn't received | |||
Dear sir, I bought some product from clubfactory website tracking id [protected] they had sent the product through ecom express courier and they said the product was delivered on 25 of oct and the issue is i have not received the product. When i spoke the one of the customer representative of ecom express he said your order is delivered using the otp. When i have not received the product so who will give them the otp (I didn;'t recieved any otp from ecom express). When i ask for the proof of delivery they haven't response me yet.
