I purchased (Billion 25 cm (Cy142) non stick induction bootum cookware set, in flipkart different sizes and damaged product given. I asked for a return and they accepted my request and arranged the pickup through ecom express.
But despite my repeated requests, the ecom express in imphal is not picking up my item for return. Instead, an ecom express staff called me up from this no [protected] (Kolar) and asked me to bring the item to their office which was very inconvenient at that time. When i requested him to pickup the item from my place as arranged, he rudely told me that he would not pick up the product. This is pathetic pathetic, cheating, arrogant, courier service ecomexpress.in
