I ordered a product from redtape. The product was dispatched in ecom express. The ecom delivery boy came for the delivery but i wasn't there. After that day i called regularly in ecom express for the delivery but they didn't deliver the product to me. Daily they gave me fake promises for the delivery of product. I was so frustrated. I want to return my order of two pair of shoes bcz i booked 2 different pair of shoes and another one...but they send another one and both are same ...i want my refund or my shoes that i booked..so please refund... Actually quality of these shoes is also so cheap .. Kindly please resolve it...
