I ordered a product from redtape. The product was dispatched in ecom express. The ecom delivery boy came for the delivery but i wasn't there. After that day i called regularly in ecom express for the delivery but they didn't deliver the product to me. Daily they gave me fake promises for the delivery of product. I was so frustrated. So cheap service of ecom express.

I want to return my order of two pair of shoes bcz i booked 2 different pair of shoes and another one...but they send another one and both are same ...i want my refund or my shoes that i booked..so please refund... Actually quality of these shoes is also so cheap .. Kindly please resolve it...

Above package was recieved. But there are no item. Empty box recieved.

So kindly check with your team.

I will confirm with club factory team they are dispatched item with 0.5kg.

But package was empty.
