I've ordered a product which is being delivered by Ecom Express through Airway bill no [protected] but not received the package yet. The tracking status shows ODF locked and undelivered but I've never received any call or SMS from the company regarding the delivery. Please look into the issue and resolve the problem immediately

There is No update from this Order Since the last 2 days and It shows that My Product has "Not picked Up" as of Today.. 30 th November 2022 is the Delivery day.                         I have ordered combo shoe from Miso hasten shop delivery boy promod came to delivered the product on 20th November i found one shoe is missing and one is dirty shoe so i placed return request next day same delivery boy promod came and asked for OTP by saying that he has to update this return request he misguided me and he cancelled it ran away without pickup of product. I placed return request many times they are keep cancelling by themselves without informing me I want to know what kind of dilivery services how they can cancel by themselves without our consent

                          Provide invalid tracking number

                          I ordered 23rd of Nov through flipkart. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said."                               On friday i recieved a call from delivery person ...He states that he contacted me and I didn't pickup my order and he asked me for OTP and he assure me he will give it when he come here on next day .But it's been 3 days but still he didn't deliver the product .as I gave OTP it is showing me product is delivered

                                Ecom express courier services form ankleshwar, gujarat are not delivering my courier since last 4 days…from last 4 days my parcel is at there office and they are not even calling on my mobile number i have given….and everyday they are giving reason by themselves like:-(customer refused to take delivery, customer’s phone is out of reach etc, etc) They are not calling me on my number they don’t come at my address then what they are going to do with my parcel?…..
