[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Return request cancelled by delivery boy

I have ordered combo shoe from Miso hasten shop delivery boy promod came to delivered the product on 20th November i found one shoe is missing and one is dirty shoe so i placed return request next day same delivery boy promod came and asked for OTP by saying that he has to update this return request he misguided me and he cancelled it ran away without pickup of product. I placed return request many times they are keep cancelling by themselves without informing me I want to know what kind of dilivery services how they can cancel by themselves without our consent
I didn't cancelled any return pickup but they are doing without pickup
