They do give customer service they totally afake company i do not want any order from them. I have ordered frmm 9 august through myntra they are show pickup reschedul and no response they are not solving the problem.     Hi, my name is sunny kamboj, i ordered a smart wearable ring from ecom express, but the smart wearable ring is not supporting in my phone, i called the delivered boy so many times but he didn't pickup the call, now i am speedup so can please help me out to change the product, either return the product or refund my money please revert me back as soon as possible.

      I ordered 3 watches from club factory. And i received a wrong item, an electronic watch which i didn't order. I returned for shipping. But nobody came to pickup. It has been 2 weeks. When i call them, they say within 24 hrs 24 hrs we will come... But now so many 24 hrs gone.. And still no response. If this is the situation i need to go for a strict further action from my side.

        I ordered a book in Amazon which is supposed to be delivered by today 14/08/2019.but the delivery boy took it yesterday and contacted me I told him all the details and my address he called me and said that he cant come to my location for door step delivary..I asked the reason he said that he have to go elsewhere for delivary..subsequently I complained in Amazon and ECOM EXPRESS, After complaining the delivary boy contacted me and said me to come half way to collect the product which I rejected...following this incident I complained in ECOM EXPRESS, the executive told me that she will do the arrangements to deliver my product yesterday itself ie 13/08/2019..but nothing happened...when I called E COM EXPRESS Today for knowing the status of my delivary the executive didn't even show the courtesy to listen to me and hung the call...and now I am in the middle of no where and doesnt know anything about the status of product...
        NOTE: This is the 2 time I am facing problem with the delivary boy...especially there attitude towards the coustomer..and reluctance towards delivering the product doorstep.it is understandable If the terrain is bad but in my case they are absolutely fine...when ever i call me them thet are telling me it's raining, in the same rain they are going 10, 15 km forward for delivary same day...

          I have ordered an umbrella in amazon and i got it on 5th august. But the product was completely damaged and it was in many pieces. So i made a return pickup complaint. From ecom express i got an sms that tomorrow your product will be picked up. But now all the nine days over no one has come here to pick up the product. Whenever i contact the ecom express representatives they says that today today today but now 9 days over nobody has come here. And the person who used to come over here is his name is mahesh, his contact number +[protected]. But whenever i call to the office the office people says that this mahesh come out there to pick up the product. But he has never called me and when i contact him he is not picking my call. Is this service the ecom express used give to the common people. I need the product to pick it back soon. And i request you to please take action on this mahesh.

            For past 2 days i was waiting for them to collect my documents for tvs credit loan. But people who calls me from this number +[protected] talks in a worst manner and they don't even care about ecom express brand. Such a worst service i never experienced in my lifetime. These people are from chennai, kolathur branch. They deny to tell their names or else i will put their name here. They simply told me to inform tvs credit to avoid ecom express for loan documents collection. Will ecom express main head office will take action on this or they also will talk like this?

                      They are not delivering my product nither they have contacted me and the product is in their office .when i contacted them they told me that i should come to thier office and collect the product because the product is heavy 20 kg to be exact

Its show invalid in ecom tracking site.

                                My AWB number is [protected].Courier boys are not doing the delivery even it reached since many days.Everyday I am contacting the local corier office but now then they are not responding.Make sure that my product is delivered as early as possible.

                                  I wanted to return the phone which was delivered to be that phone is not original and i requested to return the product the message i received was that it will be returned within 2 days but no one came to take the product back. They took 14000 from me and now i want to return the phone. Knindly provide me the number of the person from whom the phone was taken. This a matter of fraud because in site it was written that the phone is original but it is fake.

                                    Placed an order on amazon which was to be delivered by Ecom Express but I didn't get the package. Instead, they just updated it as "Order delivered". I Couldn't reach them either. Tried reaching Amazon for this issue for which they said they need 24 hrs to investigate what went wrong.

                                    Got the package. It was delivered to the wrong person. They accepted the package thinking it was theirs and later on returned it to us knowing there was a mix-up.

                                      Last week i ordered some product from amazon. The products delivery duty is for ecom express. For more than 3 days the product is just 10 km near to my home but ecom express is not delivering the product. One time i poked them and from their office one staff called me and told that today we will deliver the item and our delivery person will call u today and u must attend the phone, but nobody called me still. Very poor service... Its my product tracking id[protected]
