Ecom Express — too much delay in delivery leading to delay in refund of my money from amazon

Ecom express has reverse picked up one of my amazon order on 5th november 2018. Awb no[protected]. On 7th the consignment reached bangalore which is the delivery destination also. But since then no progress. I have called customer care of both ecom express and amazon but no use. Ecom express customer care executive told me initially it will be delivered by 9th nov. After a day told me 10th november. Now telling 11th. Called many times and complained also but in vain. Unless this is delivered amazon wont refund me. Because of irresponsibility of amazon.in and ecomexpress i dint get back my refund. They are looting interest on my money in their account.
Here the local guys tel it can be a secret deal between amazon and ecom so that the refund is delayed or avoided. Pls look into this. Deliver immediately. Else consumer court is the only option.
