Hello sir, myself Subhrajyoti Roy.
Today 08.10.2022 i had a product to return through ekart to Flipkart. But the person of ekart eho received the product was totally illiterate. His behaviour was so bad. He couldn't find my place because he didn't listen to my full. When he come, he was shouting on road. My question is How can he shout? It was his fault. He didn't listen to me & cut the call. Please take strict action on the illiterate man. My area pin code is 743289

Her delivery address was Ashoka University, Sonipat, Haryana-131029

On 6th October, 2022 night (at around 12:30 AM), she received a call from your delivery person, asking for OTP while she was fast asleep, she gave the OTP to him.

Unfortunately, she never received the courier till date. She checked with the incharge of the mail room of Ashoka University, she was told that the packet was never received by them.

You are requested to look into the matter and check with your delivery team and arrange to deliver the captioned shipment.

In case no action is taken before October 11, 2022, we will be forced to escalate the matter to appropriate authorities.

I buy a lot of things from online shopping and another currier person delivers the product on time and to home address, without any reason. But your currier person doesn't deliver at home .He calls and says we don't deliver the product in that area, and if you want this product come to where they are, otherwise we will cancel the products.
Also I have suggested to filpcart customer care many times not to give the products to ekart for delivery.
Please take action as per your convenience

Dear Sir, It was delivered to rajkot facilities up to yesterday and today they inform as it will take 3 days

Regarding late delivery,
Product dispatched to my nearest hub on 2'nd october 2022 but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 6 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,

Madam/Dear Sir,

I have made a order from Flipkart on dated[protected], which was assigned to ekart logistics for delivery. The out for delivery date was[protected], but the order was reached at my nearest location hub on[protected]. On dated[protected], The delivery person called me to take the order from his given location (nearby 300-500 meter from my location) whether my address is at very known location and anyone can reach easily at my location. But he rudely refused to deliver the order at doorstep and repeating the word come and take your parcel. I was at office and the only person is my mother was at home, she is not well, facing health issue. So i request to deliver the order at doorstep, but he disconnected the call and intentionally not delivered the order (the only reason behind this to take revenge to me for not coming on his given address). I have the call recording of all the conversations. At night arround 8:30 PM, i got a text message for rescheduled the order, then i track my order from ekart logistics, and found that my order is attempted undelivered by 2 times.
This is not fare, is the ekart is totally hopeless or the delivery persons make it hopeless. Due to this kind of incidents, the brand image of Flipkart is also deteriorating, customers are turning away from Flipkart too.
I request to please take strong action against the delivery person, whether i get the parcel or not.

There was a ekart return request raised and no one showed up but i got a message that it is damaged product how is that even possible. And when i am trying to reach this gentleman 10 times he is disconnecting my call.

The delivery person is not delivering the orders to our area having called many times the delivery person number is always busy many orders have been undelivered and returned even talked to customer care they say the order will be delivered by the end of day but no order delivery is done

I did a replacement through Myntra app.Now the app showing the product is delivered and also I received messages regarding the delivery.But I didn't get the product yet.The delivery partner is ekart.

The delivery boy came to my house but couldn't deliver the product because I couldn't receive the otp on phone. The order ID is [protected] and tracking ID is SRTP[protected]. Please look into it and get me my otp. My phone number is correct.

This is to complaint regarding your employees for non delivering my order no FMPP[protected]. I had recieved the message regarding Out for delivery on 2nd Oct 2022.I waited whole day for it but nobody called me for the same. On third the same thing happened and at 5 Pm on 3 rd OCT I called the representative and they told me that I do not have the courier and the same is at your Jalandhar Urban estate phase 1 hub. I approach them and they made me stand for an hour outside the hub and after that they told me that we have found the order. After that they start the diagnosis of the device and after some time they told me that we are unable to deliver the product as we have some software issue. I request them that I am not present for next 3 days and it's not customer's fault. Then 2 employees treated me badly and asked gaurd to make me get out of the premises and his name is Rohit ( might be the fake one).
Today I got the mail that my product is out for delivery and when I called the delivery boy he miabehaved and told me that I do not have your product and he will not delivered it. If he does not have my product than why should I have been provided the no of him.
I want to take the same seriously as failing in that will make me move to consumer forum for suing you for failing in providing proper services to customer and also for insulting me.

We are using E kart logistics for our online orders and We are facing so many complaints from our customer that E kart delivery service is very poor and because of you we are losing our business. many of my clients did not get door delivery they had to find out your office and collect from thier respective E kart hubs . Tracking ID:WSPP[protected] from oct 4 th its showing at mumbai hub and every day we track delivery date is scheduled changed to next date . There is no contact number how should we contact !

Ekart is not delivering my product. ( FMPP[protected] )
My product is with Ekart from 23 sept.
They have breached the expected delivery days by more than 10 days.
Every day Message comes that product is out for delivery but no dalivey happens.
Ekart is fraud company.

I was supposed to receive the product ln 4th October 2022 but still not received 6th October 2022. The delivery man doesn't even pickup my calls, every time it's show out for delivery n delivery fails please solve this issue as soon as possible. Order id- [protected]

My item would be Delivering on 4/10/22 but the delivery person didn't deliver the same and I got a msg the my item is delivered. Which I didn't get it after receiving the deliverd msg a called on ekart helpline number which is mentioned in the order confirmation msg the delivery boy said I didn't find your address so I will deliverd it tomorrow but know they didn't received my call and And also my item is not delivered till now .

I had ordered medicines from Zee Lab Pharmacy on 26.09.2022 for my mother. Today this is 05.10.2022 medicines are not delivered yet. when i tried to call delivery person he did not attend call. This is extreme carelessness with anyone's health.
