    ( FMPP[protected] ) I ordered a mobile on September 22nd, 2022 . My parcel was shipped on the same day from Uluberia ( West Bengal). Percel was received in Hajipur (Bihar) on September 24. Then, on September 24, Percel was again dispatched to Uluberia . Then it showed on September 25, 26, and 27 the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). My registered address is in Mangaldoi (Assam). My main problem is that on the Flipkart and Ekart websites, my promised delivery date is September 26, but the parcel has not yet arrived at my nearest hub, so the promise was changed to September 27, so I waited. But today, my parcel was not received at the nearest hub. It only showed the same update ( dispatched to Uluberia). So again, the date changed to September 28. Please do something...

      Such a pathetic service here in gurgaon by EKART, DELIVERY GUY not even responding the call, or when he picks up he put it aside many times, no contact to the delivery guy . Product delivery time was 26 Sep, 27 Sep is already gone and no response from the delivery guy . Such type of delivery people should be fired or a strict action should be taken against them .

        It has been now 1 week I m getting calls form ur logistics regarding a parcel FMPC[protected] which I haven't placed.

        I have not order anything neither any information is with me regarding any such items to be delivered in my name or place.

        I m fed-up now with continuous calls from your end but I m not understanding that since I haven't placed any order how someone could generate shipment.

        It's an request kindly watch this matter seriously, it has been many days now and is not at all acceptable.

          My problem is Products delivered late and behave bad .
          Because I am ex delivery partner (Karunakar Mohanta) so behave bad rude employees with courier partner . Hub employees name is Chandan Gachhayat and Sangram Tripathi .

            I placed an order from Pooja clothing, Ahmedabad, upon receiving order and contacting them regarding the issue I found its fake as they are not responding. Order was delivered through Ekart logistics but the product was not even what I ordered. I placed an order for ethnic dresses but what is received is some cheap quality sarees. I hope Ekart doesn't encourage these kind of activities further and take some necessary actions towards them. I will also be very thankful i[censored] find any solution for my complaint.

            BHEL Ranipur Haridwar Delivery Boy of E-kart Haridwar not delivering the Samsung mobile made on Flipkart and refusing to exchange the mobile mobile without checking the mobile phone on seeing the exchanged mobile. Not done. The applicant called the delivery boy many times but my call was not received by the delivery boy. Even before this many times my children were not treated properly by this delivery boy.

              I have ordered bombay shaving charcoal facewash on 23th august 2022 at 1.29pm The shipment was done by ekart logistics with their awb no.- FMPP[protected] delivery was going good as it reached shyamnagar (nearest hub)from howrah on the 25th september at 1.42pm But from 25th September and now 27th september it's been two days and i didn't receive my order whereas my reciving locations is just only 3 kms away from my house. When i call the flipkart support, they said that its stuck in and will be delivered soon. By priority wise Neither did since the product is an essantial to me i want to contact and puckup my product from nearest hub as it show it already reached. could not get the ekart logistics' contact no. Its clearly understood that local hub delaying my order as just they wanted too.. I, henceforth need the order by tomorrow or i must appeal to higher authority or i need compensation on my order.

                Hi., I have a product which needs to be delivered by the EKart Delivery Executive. This product is from Flipkar.

                According to the flipkart it should be a Open Box Delivery.

                However., delivery executive said he didnt get any instructions from the Ekart Team. And claimed he will not be opening the product and asking me to share the OTP so that he will give the product and leave.

                I asked to him to get things confirmed from superior. but he was reluctant to do so and claiming he joined recently.

                Finally., he left without giving me the product and updated the false status in the delivery tracking. I could see he updated the incorrect address.

                How can he provide false information to Ekart and ultimately to the Flipkart from where we are buying the products.

                Why Ekart is not providing the same services throughout India. Does the Delivery agents were not trained properly?

                If Open Box delivery is not supported why the buyers were informed at the time of purchase it is open box delivery.

                If you are not supporting open box delivery then it should be conveyed to the Flipkart from Ekart Business perspective.

                Please delivery my Product ASAP

                      Yesterday Your delivery boy gave me one box that is for My nike Shoes ordered by me from Flipkart and i Received by OTP and with the Same OTP two Product Delivered that i came to know when i checked in the app. Because in day usually i sleep and i didn't open box of shoes because i know Flipkart send all the Product in the separate Boxes or peck. But i checked that watch also Deleived on the Day..i was shocked to knew that. And i just tried to call delivery Boy many time he didn't recieving my call. So Check Either Delivery boy Intentionally Didn't gave me watch or it's still going to be Delivered?? I Request you to check my Delivery order and inquire that who was the Delivery boy and why he didn't give me watch?? I'm hoping that you'll find solutions for this concern on priority base..also attaching my invoice of product with i didn't get yet..i cost me near by 2100 and above so...you have to solve this concern on priority base..

                          I ordered a samsung refrigerator from Flipkart. the product is out of delivery on 30 October 2022.the delevery person is a toxic person when I call him he told me he delivere the product at 1 am and cut the call.please solve my issue of delivery.otherwise i will take legal action against the logistic company

                                    Delivery boy has my parcel and he is regularly saying that he will deliver the parcel today. i had to go to the ekart near by office to ask his phone number. today he has to deliver my parcel i have called him many times and he is not picking my phone last time in evening he is saying, if he has my parcel he will deliver today. now he is now picking up my phone he sent me a message that"could not delivered today since we could not get in touch with you. even he has my address and we talked on whatsapp also.
