      This company are ver responsible and frude . I creat a shipment 2/07/2022 and estimate delivery time is 6/07/2022
      But they do not delivery the product and take the shipment rto with out NDr
      And till the have not return my product

          I ordered phone covers from zapvi . it is going to delivered by ekart but its not delivered yet, and ekart is not responding, and it shows that it is delivered . but i didnt got my parcel

            Dear sir/mam,

            I am one of delivery rider in Ekart logistics at Nadiad. With agreement from all riders in Nadiad, we would like to report an abusive behaviour of Paresh Bhai parmar.

            He tend to be aggressive and very verbally abusive towards us. Making work environment very depressing to work. He has been misusing his power over us continuesly threatening to fire us from our position over very minor misspoken word/mistake . We demand his removal/suspension from work.

            Please do not reveal identity of any o[censored]s wanting to report.

            If I am writing to wrong email, please tell me where to complaint towards such issues

                The order id SRTP[protected] is not delivered its been almost 3 weeks it reached the destination and the delivery person called me only once when am not available and told to call him next day but he didnt now its is automatically marked RTO.                     My mobile number is correct for the order.
                    Today delivery boy came at my location but cannot gave the order because I didn't received the OTP.

                    My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

                    You do not have any customer support also to get it solved.

                    This issue is faced by many people today. It is not only with me.

                    Please check this and provide me with my delivery OTP immediately, so that I can take my order. Delivery boy will come again tomorrow.

                      I have ordered a product through invella website. The delivery was made through ekart logistics, but they asked for OTP for delivery. I have not received OTP, as i did not order from flipkart. They delayed the delivery due to their otp issue and the reason for not being delivered was "customer requested".

                      I have not requested to deliver on a later date. The OTP issue was their problem which we do not need to bear the delivery time. This is lame and pathetic from ekart. Their support services are also bad, there are not contact numbers and support systems for them. I tried contacting them, but there is no way to connect them. Either automated call drop or no response. For a company like this, this is unbearable and pathetic. Such a shame!!

                            OTP issue

                            This is in reference with shipment WSPP[protected]. It was prepaid order and delivery guy came to our place and asked for OTP but OTP didn't came and hence he said he could not give parcel to us. Please do something....

                            I have ordered from non flipkart app and the delivery was supposed to be today via ekart.order I'd is [protected]. Now the delivery boy called me on the phone number but in the same phone number I was supposed to receive otp. The OTP did not come but details were matching like order I'd shipment I'd phone number everything. The delivery boy went away as the OTP did not come to my phone number . Please ask ekart to provide me my parcel immediately . This is not only issue with me but with many people but still they are not solving or finding an alternate way for it.
