      Order could not be delivered as otp couldn't generated. Delivery guy checked and called the registered number which was positive but still otp could not be generated and delivery went undelivered.
      Self also received a confirmation message today morning regarding the delivery.

        Please provide me information regarding this tracking number [protected] .
        I only received text for payment confirmation with this tracking ID but no updates after that..nd even I logged in into tracking site it just says last update on the date I placed order.
        Kindly help me resolve this issue

          Delivery OTP issue........

          My tracking id's are WSPP[protected] and WSPP[protected].

          My mobile number is correct for both the orders.
          Today my 2 shipments are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

          My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

          You do not have any customer support...

          As today one of my product will go in return policy and also time alloted for pickup..

          Out for Pickup: SF Sonata Fibre Digita... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 7pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 490). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

          But after 9PM delivery boys not came for taking.. so many time I did call and again and again saying I am in barinagar ..

          Are we have no work except waiting...

          Need to improve service... Also from today onwards I will not purchase any product from Flipkart...

          And also I will complaint in consumer court..

            I was supposed to recieve my package yesterday 8th July and now the status say's I've been reached out for which i wasn't. It was raining in Hyderabad and i did not receive any call from the executive of ekart.

            On 9th of july I recieved the same undelivered message because they weren't able to reach me. I'm right at my house since one week

                  I've ordered a product in Flipkart on 5th July 2022 order Id:FMPC[protected]. The expected delivery was 7th July. On that day the delivery person called me evening 8:16 pm. I was unable to pickup the call. So he left with my package to the store. Then afterwards I called him and asked him where my package was and when will I get it. He said I called you once you didn't respond. So I left with the package to the store. Then I asked him why didn't you call me again, he told me like I'll not make call second time If you pick up while I call you the first time, I will come, if not, I leave. Then I hang up tha call.
                  Next day 8th July I've seen the notification of my package is out for delivery but no one called me for the package then afterwards when I was tracking my package in the ekart website, that shows the status of the package is undelivered due to the cash on delivery amount is not ready. None of the delivery person called me but how could they update the status as cash on delivery amount is not ready.

                    Tracking detail WSPP[protected], I didn't receive my parcel, Delivery executive came to my home, He said he cant deliver as the mobile number mentioned was wrong. Hence OTP didn't came to my mobile Number .
                    May i know when delivery will happened without any OTP.
                    If not planning to deliver, please initiate refund.
                    its more than 2 Months now

                      The experience has been the absolute worst so far..
                      The courier office confirmed the delivery of the package without my permission and now I have already received more than two automated calls saying that I have received my package even though I haven't...
                      They have so much power in their hands that they can confirm delivery of any order on their own, there is not even OTP system to keep them disciplined...
                      The entire system is just corrupt...
                      This courier service is the worst courier I have experienced so far

                        I ordered an item on 17-june-2022 on Amazon and shipped on 18-june-2022 by your courier. When I track it by your website, there is showing order reject but when i contact amazon customer service they told me order will be delivered by 5-june-2022 but i did not get my order yet!                                     Hello,
                                    I recently ordered jacket from myntra, the delivery is on ekart. It's showing that the jacket has been delivered on Sunday (3rd July) by H.S.Gowtam. but, i have not received any parcel.
                                    Here is the tracking ID, MYSP[protected]. Kindly, look into this issue as early as possible
